The room was very neat and clean. The only thing was no safety bar in the shower.

I reserved 2 nights with my company account and one on my own. I was told that I would be able to keep the same room to just remind them at check in. I did that and was told that I should not have been told that because they could not guarantee that. The room was dirty. They bathroom was dirty. There were 3 chairs in the pool area and 1 was broken. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cheerios, and raisin bran. There was toast that you could make. The bread felt toasted before it was toasted. They had butter for it and that was it. The breakfast staff stood in the kitchen and watched through the crack in the door to see what all I was taking (not that there were many options). This stay was less than desirable. I did not stay my second night and went to a different Hotel.

The breakfast was ok. Mainly eggs, sausage and a waffle maker. Our room was a bit warm and when kicking on the a/c it never got any cooler in the room. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The staff here are very nice. The hotel is clean. The pool was warm and had some floral scent. The problem with this hotel is the beds. We rented the double queen. Both beds seemed to have a divet, which I assumed was from the "box spring'. Worse, the bed is so hard, you could likely recieve the same comfort if you slept on the floor. My husband and I left this hotel very sore and tired. We will not stay at this hotel again due to the uncomfortableness of the bed.

I had two beds in my room. Neither were comfortable. The mattresses were worn. Otherwise, all was good. Close to restaurants and Walmart within walking distance.

Convenient location, enjoyed breakfast, beds and pillows were wonderful. We were on first floor by entrance and was noisy as of 6am each day. Eggs were runny and. No fresh fruit but rest of breakfast was great. Very nice front desk and breakfast and room staff.

Aside from garbage in the front bushes that our dog was drawn to, the actual dog area was clean and had bags, the grounds tidy.

Checkin was easy. I was concerned when they asked for my Wyndham rewards status but connected it anyway. The pool was freezing as they had the window wide open. The rooms were average what you would expect from a typical hotel. The breakfast wasn’t great but not horrible. The kicker came when I checked out. I had paid for my room via Hotels.com and the hotel charged my card for the visit. It wasn’t the incidental hold as that had fallen off and this was a new charge. I called the hotel when I returned home from my trip as I didn’t come home the same day. They were aware and had refunded it but didn’t inform me of this mistake on their end causing my balance of my account to fall. Now I have to wait up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process and be short the money because of their mistake.

Been using this hotel for the past 10 years when we travel back and forth from Arizona to the east and we've ALWAYS trailered our motorcycles and parked in the lot. This year we go to check in and the girl at the desk says, "sorry no trailer parking". Seriously? We just drove 10 hours and are told we can't park!! She proceeds to be rude and says laquinta has an agreement with Panda Express and Walmart so we can park there! It's 1/2 mile away from the hotel. You can't even see your vehicle from the hotel! So we had no choice but to leave our vehicle and motorcycles in and unlit public parking lot. You've just lost loyal customers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Our room was a bit loud, but that could be our unlucky location. We could hear everything right through the door. Overall, price was great and would recommend if you're looking for a decent place to stay at a great price.

Since i have had my catalytic converter stolen before (at a hotel in Overland Park) i look for hotels with outside cameras. Blinds at window did not block out all of the light.

Our room had a strong unusually foul smell. After spraying sanitizer and running AC at full blast for an hour, the smell became tolerable. Per the front desk, we could not change rooms due to the hotel being fully booked.
