Upon arrival the front desk person informed us that you Hotels.com cancelled our reservation.
She told us you cancelled the reservation the day we booked the room
I told her it was impossible, that I was never notified, and that I even received a confirmation email.
I showed her the reservation # and email
We were still able to get two rooms after the front desk person continued to insist that you canceled our booking.
I don’t know if this is a conspiracy from embassy suites, or the two companies working together, but I won’t be using hotels.com ever again

Everything was good, except we thought they had a hot tub, and that was disappointing. Also, the pool was kind of dirty.

My family was disappointed that there was no Hot tub in the pool area. The breakfast was excellent but i had a hard time sleeping because of the awful sleeping pillows. Overall, it was an ok stay for the price. Thanks

Everything at the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was delicious but my only problem was your bartender, we went for some drink last night and he was Soooo rude,his attitude to us and we were friendly to him. I don’t know if because we were Latinos or what was his issue with us. We have always stayed at you guys hotels and we have never felt like this with anyone from your staff. I would like a call back from a manager

Surprisingly impressed with this hotel, breakfast was amazing. Better quality than a restaurant, which is great for a continental breakfast. This hotel is in a whole different class than the rest in the price point. Room was clean and super spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here again next time.

The hotel is dated (facility, furniture etc), but the staff was very kind, the cleanliness was great, the evening reception was awesome. Could use some updating, but overall a good stay for business travel.

It was a great hotel. Unfortunately the room temperature stayed at 75 degrees even though we had our thermostat set at 60. We couldn’t sleep because we were too hot but it was too late at night to report it or do anything. Everything else, especially the breakfast was wonderful.

With a soaring central area upon which all rooms open and waterfalls, everything feels open and clean and smells great! The rooms are nicely appointed, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable.
Staff are few, and the overall feeling is slightly impersonal. Breakfast is ok.

There was a blood stain on the mattress protector. We requested a new one and it took quite a while to get one up for us. We then requested more towels and never received them.

Staff was not welcoming or helpful. From check in to breakfast the next day, nothing went right. There was only one out of three elevators working for 9 floors of guests. Waiter at the restaurant for dinner was less than helpful and rude. Went to breakfast at 9am and it closed at 10am. No fresh food and didn’t refill any of the breakfast options. You had to wait in a 20 min line to get an omelette, every other food option was gone. Worst Embassy Suites we have ever stayed at.

Very nice, clean rooms. The employees are very nice and helpful. Our waitress at the restaurant was hands down one of the best we have ever had. She was amazing! Our food was also very good! The room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade our room to a king for $20. The upgrade gave us snacks & drinks in the room. It was worth the extra $20!

Quite expensive ($190 for solo traveler on a Friday, November 2023). However, the suite provided a quiet sleep and the buffet breakfast with omelette bar was good. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to expense but, if you don’t mind that, it is an adequate choice.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke. The bathroom had hair on the ceiling and in sink. Bed was not completely made I had to put the fitted sheet on one side of the bed.

When I went to take a shower there was a bar of soap still in the shower which made me think they didn't clean. We had a concert to attend so couldn't participate in the nightly reception. I tried to use a drink coupon 15 minutes early and the bartender was rude and didn't even turn around to speak to me. I feel like they should let you use the drink coupon a little earlier because it's part of what you pay for.

It was an ok stay for one night. There were a few hiccups with the elevator working correctly and there is not a hot tub in the pool area, even though it is shown in the pictures. I was not aware of the $75 per night pet fee. My bathroom sink and tub didn't drain. However, the customer service and food were very good.
