I stayed one night at this hotel, conveniently located near Atlantic City, where I had a business convention. It was disgusting and should be condemned by the Department of Health. The place smelled like smoke, as smoking is allowed. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, and my eyes started burning. The draperies were broken and didn't cover the windows. The TV didn't work even though the room had two remotes. The cleanliness of the hotel was a tad better than that of a third-world country bathhouse. Homeless people were hanging out in the parking lot, smoking and walking around, making it a bit unnerving when coming in at night. The lighting is poor; the elevators are broken or held together by duct tape (literally). The hallways look like they were last vacuumed a few months ago. The sheets were very dirty, and the towels were like sandpaper. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had in 40 years of Traveling. Do not stay at this hotel.

The toilet lid was cracked in half, AC DID NOT WORK IN MULTIPLE ROOMS (spoke to other patrons). Grounds are overgrown and lobby missing about 50 ceiling tiles with lights and wires hanging through ceiling tile framing. No ice machine and soda machines were out of order. If u need a bare essentials (bed and shower) otherwise don’t stay here.

This place is exactly what it means, you get what you pay for. The rooms were not clean. The hallways smelled like urine. There were rooms that had their doors kicked in and taped off. As soon as you walk in the cielings were dangling, and elevators were out of service. Burn marks in our blankets. We did not stay and demanded a refund.

Where to even begin! But if not up to reading just stay away! Upon arriving and checking in the entrance doors where broken and had to pry open with two hands. Checked in and got into the one elevator working that doesnt light up what floor you are even on. Not inspected and parts of it exposed with broken panels. Hotel smells like weed and dead birds. Room was okay except some torn wall paper. No breakfast or coffee in the morning and a bunch of shady people staying at this hotel. Last time for me and ive stayed at this place for many years but seems owners just dont care anymore. I have no clue how this hotel passed any inspections. I should have taken photos

The hotel is shelter that houses AC homeless which is not a problem, however, no one should be living in those conditions. I pay for a room with no heat...an electric heater plugged to the wall (safety hazard). The room smell bad, dirty, old out of a horror movie. I had to buy cleaning supplies to disinfect my room. Elevator, carpet dirty, holes in the wall...bathroom mold and mildew. I can go on and on...Everyone that stay there left early complaining about the same issue. All other hotels were booked...we were better off at a small motel/hotel near the board walk....ADVICE book ahead and pay a little extra...

I had to book another hotel. I had my kids with me, when we got there the first room had a piece of metal in the middle of the two bed, also in the same room the had an open space in the wall that they were fixing. The second room smelled like cigarettes. The 3rd room was dirty, the toilet had stain, even fake nails on the floor. Disgusting!! Since we got inside you can tell the place is dirty, dirty and dirty…. Regret booking this place, plus the fact that I had to get another hotel, it was very cold and had my kids.

First of all there was absolutely No Heat in this hotel. They switched our room and it was somewhat better. There was more heat in the hallway on the upper floor but none whatsoever in the Lobby. There was a odor in our room. Upon returning from an evening event. We couldn't get into the lobby The elderly desk clerk instructed us ro pry the Automatic Door open by hand and told us to close it back once we were inside. The lights in the elevator were dim and the ceiling tiles in the lobby were missing in areas and stained. This was the worst stay ever!!!!
