I will never stay here again. The air conditioner make a clicking sound all night and when heat turned on it would smell of smoke. Rooms carpets were filthy and I would not allow my children to walk around on them in bare feet. Our truck was broken in to in the parking lot and because the staff did not put in our information we were not informed until I saw it, however they taped up the window. DO NOT STAY HERE

I cannot believe I had to pay an extra $10 to park and had to park hundreds of yards from the entrance. The hotel sells parking spaces to airport users and does not reserve any for guests.

Check in was very fast and staff very friendly. Our room was very clean (except for a dirty washcloth and bar of soap left in the tub) and the bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great, too. We parked our car for the week and took the shuttle to the airport at 3 am. It was nice having a shuttle run so early. We heard the planes taking off and a couple of trains during the night (hotel is very close to the tracks) but it wasn't so bad that it kept us up. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing; however, the hotel is outdated in terms of the room with debts in the wall, worn out dressers, and what appeared like mold in the bathroom. It was a last minute stay that got the job done, but it definitely needs a lot of work done.

Well situated, professional staff

The staff were very rude and the elevator to our floor did not work. When we asked where to buy laundry soap we were made fun of by staff as they thought we wanted it given to us called us “entitled white people” all we asked is where the vending for soap was! Horrible experience

It wouldn’t be fair to give hotel a bad review due to the storms/ice that they are going thru. The parking lot is a mess trying to walk or driving. I got stuck trying to get out of my spot including a great fall due to ice(not the hotels fault). All staff remained friendly thru WI-FI outage and electricity outages. Eventually all came back. I would stay again at hotel…. Heck they are 5 minutes away from PDX airport 😉

Hotel services were very limited. Coffee bar’s espresso machine is down. Pool is down. Restaurant has limited hours and due to low staff guests had to stand in a line inside the restaurant waiting to place their order. Restaurant dinner food was great, however! One extremely rude gal in the restaurant barked at me when I requested two water glasses one hour before restaurant opened. I never got them. No answer at room service button; I already assumed the Stars of this hotel did not include room service, but the room did not have any water glasses (tap water in Oregon is fantastic so everyone drinks tap water) no other glasses yet room has a mini fridge, microwave & Kcup coffee machine & styrofoam cups. Only one tea bag. One caffeine free tea bag & wr are two guests in a King. Location is very out of the way. Free airport shuttle starting at 3am! Long term & short term parking is $10/ day. When returning we are instructed to call to request the shuttle in PDX. Receptionists were very busy checking in many people due to storm & had to answer these calls during check in.

Stayed here due to a flight delay. The staff were unhappy and seemed irritated with any question. The coffee bar was out of coffee. There was 1 hostess for a packed full restaurant, so we never got served. The pool was broken. It was a disappointing stay and we will not stay here again.

Called for pick-up 3 times. Waited 45 minutes on 9 degree weather for John to pick us up. It was 10:30 at night. Asked John why it took him 45 minutes to pick is up. He avoided the question and just replied with "sorry for the delay" Was John sleeping on the job? We asked him and he avoided answering us.

This hotel is TRASH. The front desk associates were RUDE. The pool didn’t work (no signage posted) and wasn’t notified of that upon check in. The day of our stay there was an event (no signage posted again) every single parking spot was taken, but we were still charged to park even though we had to wait till 830pm to get a parking spot. The whole place is outdated and run down. I will never stay at this specific location again. Take your money elsewhere, they have a sister location like 5 minutes away go there. The cherry on top they didn’t offer any kind of compensation or kind gesture of apologies at all.

Clean and comfortable beds, choices of pillows and good linens. The long term parking is very safe and convenient.

Worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Super disappointed and shocked Expedia allows this hotel to be listed on the site. Absolutely disgusting place. Toilet plungers sitting in the hallway. Dirty maintenance towels laying in the walkways. The bathroom was gross. The shower was awful. At best the water got luke warm. The room was super cramped and don’t know how it passed any safety regulations. You could not walk into the room without almost having to turn sideways to squeeze past the wall and tv/tv stand. Rudest emoployees I’ve dealt with. They charged me twice to my room. When I called to straight it out the employee argued with me that they didn’t. I have screenshots from my bank statement to prove it. The employee got frustrated with me and hung up on me. Expedia called the hotel directly and they lied about it and said I never called. Even having the screenshot in my call history to prove it. I called prior to my stay and they told me they had gated fenced parking. Absolutely not. The “gate” is an arm that comes down (with no fencing on either side. It opens and closes for anyone. So it’s not a “secure” gate, at all. The property is NOT fenced. The entire front is not fenced at all. Anyone can walk onto the property. So leaving my car there for a week while I’m out of town is a huge risk. I’ll be shocked if my car isn’t broke into or stolen. All their parking lots are super dark. The hotel keys don’t work on the back doors when it’s cold outside. Not safe.

The Holiday Inn is so close to the airport! And their shuttle arrives every 20 minutes. The shuttle drivers have been really helpful and very courteous. Rooms are clean, the lobby is lovely, and there is a spacious area for food consumption.

It was great. Tessa at the front desk was super helpful and nice. I was able to check in early, I received a text making sure I was settled in and when I had questions about shops near the area she recommended some. When I was leaving early in the morning I was able to get a coffee and hot chocolate for my son even though it wasn’t ready yet. The staff accommodated me above and beyond.

Older building. Kinda eerie and bunker looking outside and inside. It was ok for just one night. Staff was friendly. Food was mediocre. There was no one there at the restaurant when it was supposed to open at 6 in the morning. Luckily the friendly staff from the front guest served us and we got our breakfast for free. Clean overall, just a strange building.

Reserved online with 50$ in parking got to hotel was told additional parking fee of 50$ plus given a room that was not clean went back to desk and was givin another room

Good enough hotel if you need to be close to the airport. Convenient, clean, basic. Shuttle is reliable if that matters to you.

I was flying in from Denver for 3 night Christmas stay. I called made a reservation with the hotel. The attendant over the phone was nice, but she lied to me. She told me I could arrive early with no charge however I was met with great cost for arriving early and was charged. Then she was loud about the matter so everyone could hear my situation. It was embarrassing and costly. So the rest of the stay was just overshadowed by that experience for me and my family. Extremely disappointed

The room had a weird smell to it and the water in the bathroom wasn’t hot

some of the staff said the water was complimentary other said it was two dollars a bottle, there was many vehicles parked sideways across the spots so multiple were taken by a single vehicle

I loved the service, staff and overall property conditions.

Our room was not stocked. No shampoo and no coffee. We had to make 3 trips to the front desk the get what we needed and the staff was diwnright rude.

Heater was mislighting and terribly noisy all night. There are no towel bars in the bathroom.
