Very very cold room, I called ahead to say I was coming off the Ferry, no foresight by staff to turn the heat on. The heater in room was in poor condition so it blew soft and low temp. All furniture was ice cold, would not move me , was late , light switch is combined with a very loud fan can not separate so very odd.

A very average experience. We were in town visiting family so we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. We saw very few staff members around but we didn’t really need anything so it was fine. Rooms and linens were clean but the bathroom was dated and in need of an update. Water pressure was very bad. Pool was closed which we weren’t informed of before arriving. Breakfast choices were very limited with the only hot option being waffles.

When we entered our hotel room for the first time (december) it was like walking back outside. It was very cold. Could they not put some heat to the rooms they know will be occupied ?! Toilet seat was loose and toilet tank plunger was stuck open. Little things like this speak to the staff and managements give a $H!T factor. Continental breakfast was nice. Hotel is showing its age, although it looks like they may have done some upgrades to the first floor. Fantastic location if you want to be close to a Fantastic beach

Average, we wanted to swim but it did not say the pool was under maintenance. Overall stay was good.

Late check in was handy after an evening event. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Continental breakfast was great. Clean, quiet and convenient.

Good location. We needed a place to spend the night during our travels. Excellent customer service. Had a cute little breakfast bar. would stay here again.

For a reasonably priced hotel, this property exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and included an updated bathroom with lovely shower. The bed was a king and very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet despite being full of young hockey players. Staff was very welcoming and polite.

The inside was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and the breakfast was good and appreciated. However the outside needs a lot of work on it and that makes it look dowdy and unattractive.

We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Only after we arrived, were we told it is closed for service. Even the scrolling sign outside advertised the pool and hot tub are open. Would have been better to let people know at the time of booking.

The property is showing its age and needs renovating but the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and a reasonable value for what we paid

This property is now a dump !!!! Peeling paint, dirty carpets, rotting timbers, exposed siding..I'm sorry but this hotel is in need of a major refurbishment. It's not worth the nightly price and we won't book here again if the hotel property is not improved

No towels in the pool area

The continental breakfast was good - make your own waffles! However the beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky. The pool and hot tub were unusable due to too many chemicals, which too bad because the main reason I booked this hotel instead of another was that it had a hot tub.

Like the late check in. Friendly staff. Was a great little room and the breakfast was good!

It's a simple older facility but still has a pool and jacuzzi. Staff were great.

Needs a refresh of everything

The room was fine for this 2 star hotel, the staff were pleasant… but the common areas were dirty and unkempt. We stayed because they advertised a gym… and it was neglected and inoperable.

Wow! Worst run down dump we have ever stayed at. Outside and inside are basically decrepit. Peeling paint, stained brown carpet everywhere, really musty dank smell, just disgusting for what we paid. Plus the breakfast was so minimal it was pitiful, Look out for the pot of boiled eggs! We were appalled. Will never go here again, whoever owns this is letting it rot into the ground, and collecting the money. Stay far away from this sad excuse for a hotel, ruined our families night for sure.

Very nice

The bed was very comfortable, not too soft. Room was a bit warm, ac was loud. Pool was nice and cool. The ceiling in the pool area needs to be redone. Staff were pleasant. Room was very clean.

Very nice breakfast set up . The lady was very quick to remove dirty the dishes and very friendly.

Checked in with a service dog and was given a room with visible dirt and grime on bathroom door. There was a connecting door in the room that we didn’t know was there as it had a mirror on it and we were busy unpacking. We checked out the property to find the pool and hot tubs water was murky and dirty. When we came back to our room, someone had been checking in the next room. I could hear everything as the door was not sealed. We were staying 4 nights and the noise would make it impossible for us to sleep as well as our service dog. My daughter called the front desk to say nicely that the room would not work for us due to the noise from the adjoining door. She was then told that’s not an option. I then proceeded to the front desk to kindly explain that the noise is unbearable and we were staying 4 nights and would need a new room without an adjoining door. I was then told I would be charged a move fee after the lady threw up her hands and said “fine, give her a new room” and then walked away. The other employee was then speaking very rudely to me saying that I was in that room for over 4 hours and should have seen that door. I tried to explain that other hotels with an adjoining door does not have noise like this one did. The so advertised “updated and newly renovated”work was a disgrace! I refused to pay a move fee and asked why everyone was so angry at me as I did nothing wrong. I requested a room that would work for us and was yelled at and disrespected. Do not stay there

I don’t ever really leave reviews, but this place was beyond awful. - Pool water and hot tub look like they’ve never been cleaned. Mold in the ceilings and parts that are breaking off due to it. - Front desk girl rolled her eyes when my husband asked if they had a fork, and she asked the young guy to grab it for her - while taking a personal call - Very run down rooms- huge dents in walls, bathroom toilet continues to run after being flushed - Door in hallway on second floor- overpowering smells like feces - lights continuing to flicker on and off, after being shut off - upon check in we were never advised that there was a card to fill in for housekeeping. We went days without any type of service (clean towels, garbage being taken out). The only positive was the cleaning staff were friendly.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly but the building was in poor condition, most notably in the pool area. The ceiling was stained and sections of paint had fallen off, the paint on the walls was peeling and the hot tub had a strange smell to it.

The carpets were ready to be replaced. The breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The exterior of this hotel looks a little rundown and needs some TLC— but the interior is clean and modern enough for a hotel of this price point. Close to nice parks and beach
