First off, the hotel stay was not bad at all. However, here are the couple things I thought could be improved upon. There was absolutely no parking for guests. The parking lot was riddled with local vehicles and 20% of the parking lot was reserved for employee parking. These parking spots were located closest to the hotel while the other spots were further away. Also, the hotel provides so card access for the toll bridge. One day I didn’t have the $2 need to pay the toll to get back to the hotel, I only had a $100 bill and a $1 bill. I figured there was no way that could be a problem. Wrong. I was told they had no change for the amount and that I needed to get out of the vehicle and beg another vehicle to pay for the additional dollar for the toll across. That was the weirdest part of the trip. If the hotel is on Paradise Island, then providing an access pass for the toll bridge should be included the cost of the hotel.

The BEST value in Nassau! A clean and comfortable room with no frills; Just across the street from Paradise Island and all its scenery. A lovely and well kept patio and pool area and a pretty decent free breakfast with delicious fresh fruit! Save your money and bring the family here! The passes to Paradise Island water park are included in your reservation! The best value ever!!!

Good location but very noisy. Had to turn on the noisy AC to cover up the slamming doors, music and talking from outside the room.

A much needed weekend get-away for me and my wife.

We did have some issues with our room when we arrived. We brought the issues to the attention of the management staff, and they were very kind to move us to a more improved, more updated and quieter space which we really appreciated. The breakfast was decent. There were eggs and it seemed they rotated sausage and bacon every other day. They did have fresh pancakes and fruit. We were there for the food and wine festival. The best part about the stay like most people have probably said is the free access to Atlantis, which is right across the street. Our room was clean, but this is not a resort for luxury. A few simple changes to some of the rooms could really make a difference for them to feel more updated. However, due to the location and the price we would definitely come back.

One star because of the access to Atlantis. Great benefit. Everything else, terrible experience. If you’re boujie, this isn’t the place for you. Check in takes forever, getting a wristband at Atlantis took forever (around 11am, try earlier). When I finally got into my room, it was about 80 degrees A/C was on but rattling and making little difference. Very dated interior. If you have small kids, it’s a long walk to Atlantis- take your stroller or get ready to carry kids and hear whining. Bright spot: bartenders at bar were nice.id you just want to do Atlantis at a discount and don’t care about the room, this is your place.

Convenient location near Ocean Club

My room smelled awful of mildew! Front desk communication was awful. They could have given us better information about the use of Atlantis! This was my 3rd…but last time at this Comfort Suites.
