People are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options. The bed was very comfortable and they had a real comforter. I will stay here again

Great stay for our family. We had the queen suite and it was just right for a family of five. Room was clean. Breakfast was great and the service was awesome from check in to check out.

We had a state swim meet that we had up at the rec center in Bountiful. We had plenty of room. They treated us really well. They have a good breakfast and it has something different every morning. They have a hot chocolate/coffee machine that makes it on demand. The kids loved the hot chocolate.

We were skiing Deer Valley and Snow Basin. Perfect location for both. The staff was very accomodating. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and early. Would definitely stay again.

Needed a safe place to park my truck and trailer. Off season so lot was virtually empty. Room was great. Good food options very close. I highly recommend

They didn’t know how to handle a state issued Driver’s License. What’s the point of pre-registering if check-in takes 7 minutes? Picture made it look nicer than it was. Pillows were not good but I realize that’s a very personal thing. Overall, probably a very average experience.

When we arrived learned the pool was closed. No mention of this on the listing with Expedia. Kids were bummed. They arranged for you to use another hotels pool but that is a huge hassle to drag your kids around to swim. But couldn't cancel without losing money. Room was clean. First night was quiet. Second night we had some loud people above us. Sounded like the ceiling was going to come crashing down.

We got assigned a quiet room as requested at time of booking. The AC is modern and QUIET and works efficiently. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on it.
We will come here again.

We liked that staff read and satisfied our request for a quiet room and managed to give us the same room we had during a previous visit.
The AC is a modern window unit, that is very quiet and efficient. We are glad that there is attention to that in a hotel. Most hotels in this price range often have window units that are extremely noisy and very inefficient.
The room was clean, parking was easy, the windows managed to isolate from the outside noise well enough.
We didn't have breakfast at the property so we cannot comment on that.
If only the door to the corridor where noise insulated... ;)

I've stayed here about 4 times in the past few years. Always loved it as it was clean, nice and dog friendly. However, the room they gave us this time had a king sized bed with the biggest sag in the middle that neither of us, nor the dog could avoid the middle! Two people and a dog sleeping in the middle of a king sized bed makes for a very uncomfortable night!

We just stayed one night at the best Western. The registration staff was wonderful. Very friendly, efficient, fun. The property is getting older. The room was basically clean but things are older. The stairway squeaked. Breakfast was fine. Would stay there again if needed to be in that location.

Quiet other than the airplanes in the morning. Good breakfast! Bed was a bit bouncy and the pillows were not great but that’s a personal preference thing. They had our keys ready and everything when we got there. Nice folks :-)
