Rooms are cleaned only if you request it the previous night. This is not okay.

First impressions upon walking into the property were that "good is good enough". The furniture in the lobby area was worn and stained. You could see that not a great deal of profit was put back into keeping the area current. Our room smelled, not like cleaning supplies, but smelled with a weird spice/food smell. The television was dated with a cumbersome method of navigation not seen since the 80's. Breakfast in the morning was different. The orange juice was watered down, milk came from a gallon jug, and cream cheese was shared from a tub. In contrast, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and the room was quiet. Both of these provided us with a great night's sleep.

Staff were super friendly and hotel was very clean.

The only negative I have about this place is when I entered the lobby I was the 1st person in line waiting to check in. A young lad was checking in a guest. shortly after arriving an older gentleman walked into front desk. Looked like he could have been the owner maybe farther of the younger gentleman. He just stood behind the counter. Another gentleman walked into the lobby behind me and was waiting to check in. I waited probably another 5 minutes after the older gentleman came into front desk and the guy was behind me in line. As Soon as the guest in front of me left the desk I walked up to talk to the young gentleman, and he got on the computer. The older gentleman started helping the guy behind me. I was in line first he clearer saw me. He knew I was waiting. This was clearly rude and unconsiderate of the older gentleman to wait on the guy behind me before me. Plus when I got down to the breakfast room. They didn't have any eggs or sausage in the warmer. I don't know it there is normally bacon as well. There was no hot food left. I had to go to front desk to tell them. So I had to leave and didn't get to eat a hot breakfast.

The side entry doors did not work for card entry. The breakfast food was cold and there wasnt many items to eat. The entry door into the room stuck and was hard to open

The room looked very clean, but when I took a shower the tub was very clogged. I was surprised there was no coffee maker in the room. The guy working at the front desk was super nice and friendly. Check in was very quick and easy.

Pretty poor in terms of cleanliness and facilities for the price.

Mould in the fridge (cleaned off myself). Privacy doors that do not shut (between bedroom and sofa area of suite). Dirt on the stairs still evident 2 days later). Breakfast poor - hot water (NOT, just tepid - 2 days in a row) asked new management for replacement (5-10 min wait). Nick on reception was great - but the new managers/owners ….. they smile, say “Sorry” and carry on in the same manner. Been here many times - but will not return.

No coffee in the room….

Very dated. Musty, moldy smell but the staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Breakfast was good. Tv didn’t come through well. They said their provider was sketchy at times. Lol.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to alot of dinning options and shopping.

Awesome service- have shuttle to and from the click with just a phone call. Super friendly driver and very great ride. Beds were comfortable.

Our room was great! Gal who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. Very nice room, clean and quiet! Breakfast was good with some options. Breakfast attendant was present and friendly. Would have. I hesitation booking again with this property. Shuttle service was available but we did not use it but nice option to have!

Only one night stay. Property is in nice condition. Shopping and dining options in the area are great.

Moldy pool, lights out, broken windows…

Free parking was good, did not have to pay extra for parking, it was also quiet.

When we checked in the staff had issues with the key cards and we had to wait to get into a room for almost 30 minutes. The staff member was very young and unprofessional.

The property is run down. The hot tub was broken, the treadmill was broken and the Tv in the fitness area was also broken. The carpet was all rippled everwhere, in general this place needs a facelift. On the positive side the staff was very friendly and trying very hard.

The room was quite and comfortable. The hot tub was out of order which was disappointing because we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub before going to sleep.

Staff was young and unprofessional. Not trained on any customer service skills. As a business I would be embarrassed to have staff of this caliber representing hotel. Rooms are described as having daily cleaning. This is not correct at this hotel. Our beds were not made, the wet towels from the morning were still in the room and we had to request new towels. Overall, disappointing

The rooms were as expected, size wise but things may have changed a bit since covid as I was an employee at a CIS location I had a standard and this location did not meet that standard. Maybe the location I worked in was newer or recently remodeled but very disappointed to find the hot tub was out of service as when I booked I specifically called to verify the covid issue wasnt restricting use anymore, i understand breaking down is not a controlled thing bit Id expect to at least see an attempt to get ot back up for guests as many enjoy that piece of a pool area, windows aroind the pool are cracked like broken bringing the feel down to a not so fancy feel as I remember my location achieving I think the entire location needs an update, when it came to appearances; it gave me the feel of being in a poor area of st.paul or mnpls not the feel i was used to experiencing for CIS locations ive been to.I was also disappointed that the only hot item im the advertised hot bkfst was a waffle maker. I expected the eggs and sausage aldo that other locations offer. It was comfortable to rest and clean enough to not be gross but run down and not well maintained interior or exteriors when I first checked in to my 2- night stay there was a black spider on the wall utility door area near end of forst floor hall outside had lots of webs over vents and plants and the window screen had a gap in it w/ window open prob where it got in. Overall not my best CIS experience and would not recommend it.

Wish there was a notification that the hot tub would be out of order. We select our stays to get a hot tub.
