It was a great stay..just wish the buffet breakfast either wasnt so expensive or was a continental breakfast

Our two oldest grandchildren stayed in the room for 3 nights. The first night was Christmas Eve, and we checked them in (they are 17 and 22). Everything went well, but on Christmas night when they returned, their beds had been stripped and the desk clerk didn't answer the phone. The night watchman did. Eventually they were given another room, but this was totally unacceptable. The third night was fine. I realize that it was Christmas and there was no housekeeping, but we wondered why the beds had been stripped and nothing else was done. Please look into this. We have stayed at the Verve several times and were very surprised with what happened. Thank you, Pat & John Hargrave

Liked the vibe and creativity in a franchised hotel, representative at front desk was very personable and efficient, fun throwback in time memorabilia, comfy bed…food in restaurant was not so great and lackluster. Would have liked a bit more time to explore more.

Great place to stay while attending the USTA NE Tennis Coaches Conference. The staffs were extremely kind and helpful.

The hotel was clean staff was friendly.

Lady at the front desk was giving an attitude while checking - in as if I disturbed her. Carpet in the room felt like it hasn’t been cleaned and changed in last 5 decades. Marriotts in that area are super awesome, don’t waste your money thinking that it’s like other Hiltons.

The hotel has a very nice vibe/aura. Our rooms had issues, though. The first room did not have a working exhaust fan, telephone and the drain in the tub was not working (water filled up the tub instead of draining when taking a shower). Had to negotiate to get a different room. That next room was better, but the toilet seemed to struggle every time it was flushed. Other then those things, it was a great stay.

The hotel was clean. Had a cute theme with 80s games and memorabilia. Bed very comfortable. Nice shampoo and conditioner in shower. Smelled really good! The staff was helpful and efficient.

Just about perfect. Hand held shower did not work and no tissues in room. That was ll could find wrong, everything else = perfect!!! AAA+++

I've stayed here several times - it's a great properety. Staff was super friendly, decor is really fun the rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The comforter was full of stains from some sort of red dye. The bathroom was somewhat falling apart, and the fan didn’t work out. The showerhead had buildup on it, and lastly, a spider crawled down from the ceiling to the bed.

Difficult to charge phones, ipads because the plugs are so loose that the charger just falls out.

Manpower shortage while we arrive at front desk, no one helps us for check in, all things in the room are old... Special decorations are the only thing to visit...

The young man working there with the ear ring did not give me a wake up call like I requested. The clock was broken and they did not replace, and the worst, "was that the AC and heater did not work, it was stuck on 85 degrees and they said they would fix it and never did!" Also, the refrigerator did not work and maintenance was scheduled on the elevator the day I had to leave, all this for almost $500.00. WoW! Will not stay here ever again, and was very dissatisfied. Worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at, hands down!!!

Nice rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best and there didn't be any other meals offered. However, Zaftig, a great Jewish Deli, is a short walk away.

The property is really nice. They have a gaming theme throughout. There was only one person working at the front desk. Several people including myself had no hand soap in our bathrooms. For $200 a night, there should be soap. It wasn't an oversight. The soap was not placed in any of the rooms.

Let’s talk about the pros first. This is a 1960’s-1990’s themed hotel and the only one in the area that DOESN’T have any mentions of customers experiencing b3dbugs in the reviews. The front desk will give you a scavenger hunt at check-in. My fiancé and I are 90’s babies and big kids at heart so we enjoyed exploring the hotel. They made me realize I had booked the wrong room through Hotel.com and offered to change it without me having to ask. When we got to the room, I noticed they upgraded us. We had a king bed on the corner and our closest neighbor was halfway down the hall. The receptionists loved us so much and made our stay special. I don’t want to include names or details just in case. Cons: -The sink clogged at one point, but I fixed it. The plug pulls out and it’s very obvious it hasn’t been cleaned in months. -When it rains, you’ll feel the humidity. Keeping the A/C on around 66-67 helps tremendously. -Hair on mattress protector. They don’t use fitted sheets. During my b3dbug check, I lifted the flat sheet to discovering lots of short hair. Potentially dog hair since this is a pet-friendly hotel. Honestly, I don’t blame them. Have you tried getting dog out carpet or your car? It’s seriously a PITA! Conclusion: This will definitely be our go-to hotel in a 15 mile radius because I refuse to stay at any hotel with a previous history of b3dbugs.

The overall vibe of the property was great for the other options in the area. Our room's TV was not set up and the sink was clogged. However, we called the front desk and it was fixed within the hour. Overall, would recommend it.
