The cleaning ladies were trying to come in while I was in there but other than that everything was great. The lady at the desk was awesome, we checked in less than 5 mins.

I only stay at places with customer scores >8 and I've always been happy with the place (independent of star rating, etc.). This hotel was disappointing for an 8.2. The person at the front desk was short. They weren't rude, but not friendly either. The hotel is dated. It also has a distinct smell, not necessarily bad, but distinct. The hotel carpet is pretty dingy. It is covered in stains. There was an even more distinct smell when I walked into the room. It's almost as if they are trying to cover up another smell with this smell. The room was pretty solid. The bed was comfortable. It only had liquid body wash. I prefer a bar. No one was at the breakfast buffet ($13 additional dollars) on either day that I stayed over the weekend. I don't think I would have eaten there for free considering the general state of the rest of the hotel. The highlight of this hotel is that if is adjacent to a Waffle House! The proximity to the WH and the room being on sale was why I picked it over the other airport hotels. I rate this place as a 7.

This Holiday Inn does not offer the same breakfast options, as other Holiday Inn! Ice machines barely work, super small pool that definitely does not accommodate the size of the hotel. Old dated furniture in the rooms, barely want to give you more than 2 towels at a time. Very underwhelmed with this Holiday Inn.

Perfect, great place to stay after a 11 hour drive. Restaurant has great food.

Next door to airport

So from the moment I stepped in I was greeted with smiles and polite professionalism. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the fried potatoes. It conveniently had a nice bar and grill that had extremely good food and the staff in both establishments went out of their way to please me. I checked out on on 9/16/2024 at 2:30 am and the front desk clerk Lanchey was super nice. The cook and the waitress at the breakfast lounge was kind and attentive. I will recommend the establishment to all my friends and family. It was a very relaxing place and I will be returning soon.

Clean, quiet and nice breakfast

My family stayed there to visit family. We checked out on Easter Sun around 930am. OMW to Conway I realized I forgot my firearm in the bedside table. If anyone has ever traveled with children you know how hectic check outs are.I phoned the hotel to let them know that I had left my firearm in the room and was on my way to my family's for Easter could I get it on our way out or if they could retrieve it from the room for me to get later on. They said they could not enter the room knowing a firearm was inside. My firearm was unloaded the magazine was taken out and the slide was cocked back to safety. They phoned me an hour later stating I needed to come get it before they turned my firearm over to the manager and I would not be able to receive it until Monday.I live 6 hours away and worked the next day which is what I told the lady who called me. They would not reason with me to hold off on cleaning that particular room until I could get back to get it I was told a manger would be contacting me but never heard back My family and I had to leave our families Easter to go back to the hotel I return to the hotel and they had my firearm in a plastic bag after being told they could not touch my firearm they went and took it out of that bedside drawer and the lady at the front desk was talking under her breath stating I shouldnt have been allowed to get my firearm back today. I was handed my gun in a plastic bag and was told I couldnt look in the bag I looked to see it was all there
