Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is showing its age; time to replace carpet, spring in door not functioning (Rm111). A refresh would be a nice touch.

Area around the hotel was very sketchy. Room was comfortable but can see it’s getting run down. Elevator was broken.Love Comfort Suites but this was not the usual quality I expect from them. It served it’s purpose as a place to crash for the night.

The elevator is not working. Strong smell in hallway, like a skunk. Ice on sidewalk made it treacherous to enter back of building and under canopy.

Solid hotel for a good price. Sheets and rooms were clean. Pool was nice and warm although definitely in need of some repair (tiles were missing on bottom) and seemed a little in need of a clean. Nice hot breakfast.
It should be noted this hotel does NOT have an EV Charger... it has an EV Charger capable PLUG (outlet). We went to this location specifically because it mentioned EV Charging and I even called to confirm and they said they "had EV Charging". This obviously means different things to different people. Make sure to bring your own or be ready to drive to Bloomingdale for a fast charger because Peoria doesn't have any Level 3s.

The bathroom door would not close all the way. The USB charging ports near bed did not work. It was clean but some work is needed.

This is a very nice hotel. The room is very comfortable, clean and pleasant. My only issue is the parking lot, which is a complete skating rink. The weather isn’t good, but most streets are clear and safe. There does not appear to have been any effort to salt the parking lot, making it extremely unsafe. But otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!

This is my go to when I stay in Peoria. Its a little dated and wear and tear is apparent but its clean has a pool and good wifi.

The building, room, and furnishings were not new but very clean. Beds were comfortable. The bad part is there was a strong marijuana smell in several parts of the hotel. The first was right at the front desk and nearby bathroom. Others were in parts of the long hallway to our room. The smell is bad and gives a very seedy feel to the hotel, just like cigarette smoke would.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, but could have been a better breakfast. Good for my dr appt but when I need a driver for dr appt need a 2 bed handicap room and they don't have these.

Elevator did not work, ice machine did not work, had to switch rooms when first room smelled like smoke and the window did not lock (first floor room). Internet was super slow when checking in (on a Monday) so check in took forever. A/C was not on in room when we get there (95 degree day) and took a while to cool off. Tiles on floor in the bathroom were loose and it felt like we might fall through to the first floor. Staff was friendly but I would not stay here again.

I booked these rooms for the wrong night. I immediately recognized this and started an online chat with Orbitz to cancel these rooms. Orbitz said they were unable to contact the property at the time and would contact me later. The next day I got an email saying I couldn’t cancel and there was nothing more I could do.

The room smelled bad. There was blood stains in the pillow. And the sofa bed was full of mold or the like.

Hotel was very clean. We checked in late and they were great to work with. Breakfast was hot and coffee went down great.

Front desk was very welcoming and nice. When we walked up to the door it was locked and barricaded for safety and we had to call to get in for safety of the guest b/c we arrived after 10:00. The room seemed clean but when we pulled down the cover there was hair in one of the beds and the fitted sheet didn’t fit the other bed and you could see the mattress and it flipped off during the night when we were sleeping. We still stayed and made it work. Water pressure was great when I took a shower and the staff was nice.

When we arrived, the doors were barricaded. Had to call front desk to check in. The elevator and pool were not working. Electrical issues. No a/c in our room led to an awful night of sleep. No waffles at breakfast time due to supply issues and they said they offered biscuits and gravy but no gravy was offered. Also, kitchen help didn’t wipe down the tables. Carpet and sheets in room had many stains and there was a dead bug underneath the table.

The outlet did not work. The outlet that did work were very loose and the plugs fell out of them. The phone wasn't even plugged in. The couch had a big stain on it. The carpet was stained. Also the bed was broke.

Property was ok. Way to high price for the property. Had a hard time keeping the room cooled. Very run down. Room was ok. We always stay at a comfort suites and this one was so so. Just way overpriced $166 per night for the property. Will never stay here again.
