We enjoyed the hot tub and cozy comforters on the beds - would like to see the pool be a little warmer otherwise we enjoyed our stay

After a night at the Hershey Theater we were able to enjoy the comfort of a night's stay at the Hampton Inn. Quiet, immaculately clean and with a very friendly, helpful staff. Recommended to everyone.

We had a king deluxe room and it was great! Staff and both check in and check out were very nice and helpful.

We booked this hotel specifically because it hot tub was advertised however, it was under maintenance and closed.

Amazing and comfortable stay very polite staff

Had a problem with check in. Found out when we were leaving that our card had been charged for the room, and not for the $50 incidental fee. Spent 45 minutes trying to figure out what happened and get it reversed with the front desk. Was finally told the money would be refunded in 3-5 business days because only a manager could override that and return it immediately and no manager would be in that day. When calling the customer service number we were told to have Expedia come after the hotel for the money because there wasn’t anything they would do. Won’t be coming back to this location or any other of the hotels in the chain. Place was clean, beds were very uncomfortable.

I would definitely stay here again. The sheets were so clean and smelled good i didn't want to get outta bed. I love that the carpet didn't smell and the towels were clean. The breakfast staff was so friendly and always smiling made my morning great. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. My family and i had 5 rooms all together and we all enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great. Very attentive very helpful, but it was hard to sleep. The kids ran around the hotel at all hrs of the night. Doors slamming and everything. And the beds are actually very uncomfortable. Other than that it was convenient and only 15 mins away from our destination and shopping so thats a plus

Heading back to Missouri we stopped and stayed in Grantville. Our stay at the Hampton was great. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and the beds and pillows were perfect.

Hot tub was very relaxing - pool could be a little warmer. Pillows were pretty flat and the mattress was hard-usually enjoy the mattresses at Hampton but this time it was too hard. Very quiet room and breakfast was very good.

It was nice and convienient spot.

The sofa bed was filthy and very uncomfortable to sit on. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work and it was miserably hot. The washing machine was broken so we were unable to do laundry. The room all in all was outdated and uncomfortable. We will not be staying at a Hampton Inn again.

Enjoyed our two night stay during the AACA Fall Meet at Hershey. Very accommodating for us and our small Yorkie. Very clean, and the breakfasts were great. Thank you ! Only a 5 minute drive to Hershey, with good restaurants near by.

Needs a little improvement. We have been coming to this hotel for years. Sink did not drain. Need new bed covers. A little worn but clean. Breakfast needed jus a little help. Waiting for supplied

The staff was extremely helpful and competent.

Hampton Inn is a nice place to stay. Only complaint is the shower head - way too low to stand under. Good location.

Not happy when opened the door to room. Room smelled musty. I tried calling to get another room since my husband has asthma. They said they couldn’t change since I got room thru Expedia. This was first Hampton inn I stayed at that I was not happy

Hotel was clean and quite. But the breakfast area is very very small not enough room for the amount of people there are. Definitely get there early to get a table or end up eating in your room. Also the parking wasn’t ideal not enough spots close by.

The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff was helpful and efficient. The price was very reasonable and provided good value for the expense.

Great all around experience

We stayed for 3 nights. We informed the desk upon entering the room that our remote for the TV did not work. I took it to the desk and got batteries but still didn't work. We informed 3 different people but nothing was ever done. For 1 night I wouldn't have complained but it was a major pain over 3 nights.

Front desk staff argumentative. The hotels system was down and they were arguing with me that my credit card didn’t go through even when we showed them proof… never apologized

Staff are very friendly. Room was clean. Disabled accessible was a plus. Very close to Hershey attractions and restaurants.

Conveniently located off the highway and plenty of places to eat and get snacks and gas nearby. The GM was very kind and welcoming. Quick and eat checkin and check out. Free coffee, tea, cookies, and water. Breakfast was what you would expect. The pool and hot tub was nice. The room was clean. Comfy bed. Only one elevator but it was never an issue. The fire alarm went off at 6am both nights we stayed. We were told it was someone smoking in the building but that's hard to believe when it happened at the same time two days in a row. The room we were in was nice. Only complaints are that there was black mold growing on the shower ceiling and the peep hole on the door did not have a cover on the inside of the room, so anyone could see straight into our room. We did put tissue in the hole to cover it during our stay so that we would feel safer in the room. All concerns were brought to the staffs attention. Not sure if anything will be done about it though.

Great stay, near everything! Close to Hershey Park and great continental breakfast everyday which we utilized to the fullest with 8 people on our vacation! Would highly recommend, very close to Sheetz which was great for the kids snacks and ice cream and fast food!
