I could not sleep due to the many bed bugs biting me so after a long day of travel and minimal sleep I had to check out around 4 am, had just checked in n at 10pm . I absolutely do not recommend. The staff did nothing to help or try to accommodate besides say sorry.

The policy for towels is absolutely crazy. They are incredibly understaffed. We were there 4 days and never received new linens or towels.

Check in lady was very nice and friendly. I noticed when walking in that the chairs where you could sit and talk were very dirty and either needed shampooing or tossed. Once in our room beds we’re comfortable but bathroom toilet was old and made a horrible noise when flushed. The shower door didn’t help a lot because water ran down door and onto the floor. Installation and or the make of the shower wasn’t Thur best. The lack of a nicer tv and lessor channels to choose from was a lot less than most places we stay but we were tired the room was clean and we felt we were at a safe hotel.

I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again! The price is great BUT the smell of the carpet was horrible. The maid came knocking on my door at 9am when check out wasn’t until 11am…. The pillows weren’t too clean or the bath towels! We stayed there one time before last year and it wasn’t that bad! Now it’s has to be $100 deposit and the maids will check the room before you can leave😑 honestly it’s probably good enough for a truck driver that needs one night to rest!! I wouldn’t recommend going there if you’re not use to half clean rooms.

Beware of an unexpected $100 “incidental” deposit! The facility does not have this requirement posted on their website, so you will not become aware of this until you arrive. We paid cash instead of allowing it to be charged on to our credit card. We paid cash intentionally only because of a Google review from someone who recommended this, because of others who stayed at this facility complained that they were having hard times getting their deposit refunded back to their card. I encourage you to please read these Google reviews (recent reviews) on the facility for yourself and you’ll then see what I’m talking about. It’s a shame that we had to go through all this trouble only because of what we read about this facility. I don’t get is that this facility does not advertise (or post) that this $100 in an incidental deposit would be charged upon check-in on their website!!!! This should be required by the hotel chain! To make our night stay unpleasant; somebody at 12:45 in the morning on the second floor broke off a sprinkler head right above their bed waking up all the Customers. Not much sleep that night! To make the stay worse, the hotel clerk at checkout did not possess any customer service skills; very poor customer service, including the comment to my wife of ‘well this is the way things are done here and you can always choose to stay somewhere else’ Which we will!!!

I like the area of the hotel, but the carpet smelled bad in the room and hallways. Smells like it had been wet for a while. I might take a chance on staying there again, but would love things to smell a lot better.

Tina helped us out because Expedia booked us and when we got to the hotel it was booked. Tina helped us out and got us a room.We would’ve had to sleep in the truck for the night.

carpet was not clean. stain bed sheets. accused us, was there when we entered room. never used the bed. wanted us to give up 100.00 deposit.

The floors of the room were nasty. Then in the morning i had a knock on the door from the mgr who was extremely rude saying she needed the pet deposit which i was not asked for on check in. I said ok that i didnt know, she then demanded double the price stated on the website for 2 nights. Later that evening my dog cut her leg on im thinking the sharp edge of the bed frame & got some blood on the bed covers. I left the next day even though i paid for 2 nights because i was worried my dog would injur herself again. Then, 2 days later i receive a call from this so called mgr demanding that I pay x amt of dollers because my dog got blood on the sheets. She then threatened me if i didnt bring her the money by the end of her shift. It was horrible & i dont see how choice hotels allow her to manage anything. I dont know what i did to upset this woman but this was truly the worst experience of my life at any hotel. Plus, the eggs were green at breakfasy.

Charged $100 deposit that takes up to 10 days to get back?? Why so long?

Property was ok,but then again it it a Sleep Inn. Front Desk staff was fantastic. First thing I noticed was not a lot of comfortable seating, what was there was visibly filthy. Breakfast was run of the mill continental breakfast. Pop machine was out of order. Room was nice for the price, NOISE, one side of the hotel was loud blaring music from all the bikers, the other side was screaming kids in the pool (this is due to parents not caring about other guests, but what can you do about how other parents parent) All in all the stay was a basic run of the mill discount hotel.

Parking was horrible. You could not use face towels to wash your face without having an additional $100 charge added if you used make up or was to get any stains on towels. Hotel did not provide wet wipes the lady said they was out. The carpet and furniture looked to be very stained and outdated. Walked into room noticed someone’s hair on desk. No fridge in room just a space where old one may have been. Spider in bathroom. Beds lumpy. Room had horrible smell like old wet carpet

Room had heavy mold odor. No telephone in room. Sink faucet so far back it was hard to wash hands.

Checked into a room that was still occupied. It’s been 20 days and my deposited has yet to be returned to my debit card.
