Reception staff was good..made it easy for me to find the building and also accomodated me to upgrade to be on the beach. Only issue was that one of the elevators was dirty and there was a stain on the bed sheet but I guess it maybe a permanent stain.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very out of date! Not sure I would stay here again but cheap and close to the beach so expected.....

Spacious and comfortable room. Pull out bed had really soft/excellent mattress for kids. Balcony had nice view but f beach and pier. Breakfast lines were really long with up to 20min wait time for food. Otherwise a comfortable stay with good location.

Great location Stay here whenever I travel for cruise This time the room was bad I was having bad allergy issues neede to get meds Found out the floor/rug under the air conditioning was sop and wet and air was blowing all the time Had I realized sooner would have changed rooms or gone somewhere else if there weren’t any

Hotel is convenient to the cruise port, hotel is very old and needs to be updated, check-in was very businesslike, and not very friendly, nice restaurants nearby.

Room did not at all match pictures. Hotel is many buildings in a parking lot. We were in a disconnected wing with an exterior door. Considered leaving. Room was small and stuffy, much painted over. Smacked of the worst college dorms. Only stayed because it was very late and my husband was with me. Would not have stayed here alone by any stretch.

Convenient location for the beach and eating places. You will need a sledge hammer to get your door open, they stick so bad. Breakfast is great. I arrived early and they allowed me to get a Pool Key card while a room became available.

Didn’t like how everything was spread among several properties. Older property..

I needed a room either on the ground floor or with elevator access since some parts of the resort are 2 story with no elevator. Staff fixed me up with a beautiful king suite that was great. Thank you

Second time to stay at this hotel. The first time, my room smelled a bit funky. This time, no funk. Well done Best Western.

Great location. Customer service was outstanding. Facilities where clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again for short or long getaways.

Good, right on the beach lots of eating places near. Saw a rocket launch from Cape Canaverel. Pool was warm loved the free popcorn at reception

Greeted well even though it was after midnight. Given great information and assistance with shuttle services. The walk to the room was not expected and there are no elevators. The room could use some updating especially the shower which was super small. Breakfast was decent although a bit of a walk from the rooms.

Enjoy Cocoa Beach with a hotel close to the beach and Pier. Grocery store nearby and parking included. Good base for Kennedy Space Center. Rates include a breakfast with good coffee.

After 15 hours of cross country flights I arrived at 1am exhausted and ready to sleep. I was able to check in quickly and the front desk gave me some recommendations for late night food that would deliver quickly. I was able to eat and get to sleep within about 45 minutes of arriving. It was exactly what I needed.

Nothing bad to say about the property of staff. Convenient location to stay before departing on a cruise the next day.

We stayed here for a quick winter getaway and loved every bit of it! We stayed in the oceanfront building where we found plenty of parking and the room was clean, smelled fresh, and had an outstanding view of the ocean as well as the pier and rocket launch site. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and it was SO convenient having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Perfect for popping some popcorn for a movie or a late night snack to wind down! We were literally steps to the sand, and the heated pool felt amazing after a chilly January dip in the ocean. The drinks at the Blue Flip Flop were also great and reasonably priced. Very kid-friendly all around, and located in a great area. We felt totally safe walking all around the huge Best Western campus and around nearby shops and restaurants. All of the staff were also great! I can't remember his name, but I think Nate was who helped us most often and he was a total delight. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious, and there were plenty of gluten-free options. The coffee was also really good, both at breakfast and in the room. The staff were super accommodating when we had to check out early after our flight got cancelled and rebooked and did everything they could to save us a little money for having to lose a little vacay time. I'll absolutely be staying here again next time I'm in Cocoa Beach!

One of the nicest breakfasts I have see in many of my hotel stays. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and polite and happy. Yes it need work on the equipment in the suite ( utensils, plug for sink wash dishes , paper towels, dish clothes. Ok for over night stay before going on Cruise.

Terrible, very old, smells, mosquitos & fly and so on….NOT as shown on website. Must refund

We stayed here for 2 days after our cruise to enjoy Cocoa Beach. They were accommodating in allowing us to store our bags in the hotel until our room ready. Our room had cockroaches and they were BIG. They were not able to move us as the hotel was full. Pretty sure we will never stay here again. Great location but needs updated. Fish Camp next door was good.

We stayed in the older part of the hotel. Room was a bit dated. Other than that a good place to stay waiting for a cruise. The camp fish grill was off the hook delicious.
