The pull out bed had no linens and was broken. That was very disappointing.

Room finishes are a bit worn (ceiling crack, dim lighting in bathroom). A very LOUD alarm clock in the room next door went off at 6:30am and didn’t get shut off for over 20 min. It was very annoying. The highlight is always Haydie in the breakfast area and your chef! Good thing the Ricotta Pancakes are A+.

Looked like many people came in to use the pool from outside. They were diving into the water, creating lots of noises.
2.0
This place will nickel and dime you for everything. Expect people would try and make you pay twice and unexpected “ incidental” fees
5.0
Excellent hotel, room were spacious, the lobby was amazing , food was delicious and the staff was very courteous, I was little doubtful while booking the hotel seeing if the negative reviews , but we love everything, would again !

The atrium is beautiful and the restaurant is pretty good. For the price of the rooms, it would be nice to have free coffee/tea on the upper floors if not in the atrium area itself. The sheets had holes in them and the TV was kind of limited (and the streaming from phone didn’t work). Staff were very friendly, though, and the heated pool is great in the winter.

very clean and quiet
bed wasn't that comfortable
no netflix option?

My favorite was the chocolate breakfast croissant served by a friendly barista.

Many rooms have a glass facade that overlooks the hotel's restaurant/bar. Bar patrons were unpoliced the entire time, making noise, dragged tables and chairs across a the floor until 130am. Noisy, shouting bargoers, laughing and yacking nonstop until closing. From 2 am through 4 am, vividly coherent and graphic sounds of adult activity in the room right behind our wall. Rooms were occupied by noisy, nocturnal guests that prevented my companion and I from getting a single minute of sleep.
At 4am, we had enough. Packed our things and walked out. $200 per night and didnt even stay due to the unrelenting noisy, vile, gross conduct and a total lack of class by this hotel's guests.
I have traveled around the world. This is by a country mile the worst hotel stay I've ever encountered. And I didnt end up staying. Awful.

Hotel room is very nice and spacious. It’s clean but the bath drain does not work.
2.0
Carpet was stained. Housekeeping should wipe down doors and door handles, light switches, etc. They were grimy. The shower curtain was ripped. We asked for a quiet room and although it wasn’t near the elevator or ice maker, it was facing the hotel courtyard so we could still hear noise. The sheets smelled overly “bleached” and that made them fell coarse.
6.0
The room was loud because the room overlooked the restaurant which was busy until midnight
2.0
The hotel is rude and threatening. Manager are always condescending towards guests
4.0
Our room was very dirty. Needed to have all bedding changed. Also called the front desk and requested housekeeping to vacuum the room as there were crumbs and food on floor from previous stay and no one ever showed up. Food and beverage good but overpriced.

Great place

Very noisy until the bar closed at midnight. Don’t plan on going to bed before then.

free parking, food isnt too expensive, everything was clean and peaceful 10/10

Efficient, rapid and courteous service

It is a different architectural concept of horizontal development and central entertainment and food - all rooms facing the center. Breakfast is extremely expensive. I do not recommend it. Go for breakfast around, there are more reasonable prices nearby.

We stayed with our family at this hotel for two nights in Nov-2023. This is a great hotel close to Princeton Junction/ University area. The dining options are great and atrium lounges are a great place to hang out. Our kids loved the stay at this property.
3.0
Nice hotel but staff has an attitude- management: train your front desk staff
To say hi and and goodbye to clients. Also: room service at 8a on a sunday: is it real necessary?

An extremely pleasant hotel - have stayed there several times and will stay there again!!!

Great stay at a very affordable price! Highly recommend

It was our first time in the area and the GPS doesn’t take you to the address given for the hotel so that was a little frustrating. Overall we were happy. Room was clean, there was a lot going on at the hotel the weekend we went. Only complaint I had was the breakfast menu is a tad pricey for what you get.

Breakfast wss very good and our waitress was wonderful.

It was both to our medical needs and the charm of downtown

Overall, a terrific place for a stay in Princeton. The restaurant is a destination dining experience--superb!
I wonder why a hotel in this class does not employ bellmen to help with luggage. But that does not impair the overall experience in the slightest.

Everything was so pretty.
Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Housekeeping called and checked in to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Facilities were new and well maintained. Room was very clean. But neighboring doors were very loud when closed and made the walls shake noticeably

Next to route 1. Events hotel, so a bit noisier than usual.

Great work out facility!

I loved the location of this property. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful. But only thing is, breakfast options could have been more. If I come back again to Princeton, I will choose this hotel absolutely. Thanks for everything.

Not enough lightings.

The restaurant is very bad, the buffet is extremely limited for the price you pay, service is not that good, they are always rushing you.

Great!
2.0
Room/carpets not cleaned properly for 10 days.
Bedsheets had holes.
Charges added to room incorrectly.
Raised issue with staff 3 times and promised a response which did not get followed up on.
Offered points as apology which also were not given
3.0
Staff was uninterested and disconnected. Did not explain the $50 charge that was needed at check in. From the room called the front desk multiple times no answer. This is why I normally stay with Hilton and will not go back to Hyatt or use Expedia again. Not pleased.
