It was a great hotel for the price. My family enjoyed it. I wish this sofa was a sofa bed but I knew it wasn’t going in. We were missing a few items like a remote to the TV. The filter for the coffee maker and we were only given one towel, but they quickly brought up the items and we enjoyed our stay!!

Everything was good except the beds I could feel the bed springs but everything else was good

The structure of the building is still very nice. However, the rooms are extremely outdated and they smell like cigarette.

The place looks like it belongs in a 3rd world country. Nothing works from the elevators to the vending machines. The furniture should of been replaced 10 years ago it is ripped and satined. Was woke up at 1am by a party in the room next to me causing noise. What a horrible place.

Lobby is gorgeous and elegant but Room looked very worn down. Ceiling pieces were cracked and old. Some walls looked dirty. Remote control was filthy. TV’s were old; no way to stream Netflix or YouTube. No were to plug in USB cords to charge phones.

They guve us a room with half of rhe room lights not working.no AC remote control..Property need a lot work..is duty all over the place

Wi-Fi is not available throughout the property, the two rooms we stayed at due to the first one having a giant puddle of water in it had several broken furnishings, the door keys constantly failed to open the doors at the end of each of the four day stay. The staff was wonderful though very welcoming and accommodating, with a few updates this would really be success all around

The rooms were a bit outdated but clean and comfortable

I was given a remote for the heat. The remote didn’t work. The patio door was open when we entered the room and was very difficult to close. Didn’t dare touch the door after getting it closed or it would pop open again. The water for the shower was cold. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. You know it’s bad when you check out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. I’m guessing she afraid of the answer.

Wifi wasn't working in my room so they switched me to another room, still didn't work. I ended up burning through my Hotspot allotment for the month. Whatever. For some reason, almost every lights in the room are on a timer (except for desk lamp and light by the door), so they turn off after a while of settling in. The room they switched me to had an in-unit a/c. It was dirty with watermark(mold??) and it is not enough to reach the suit area. For all the electricity they "saved" by turning off my lights, I kept the a/c on the entire stay because it doesn't cool.

This hotel has poor maintenance and is becoming more and more dilapidated every year. I come to visit my mother every year during Christmas, and every year I’ve noticed that this hotel is becoming less and less maintained, last year there were exposed electrical wires coming out of a junction box that was not covered, this year in room #203, there was mold in the bathroom walls and a mushroom was growing out of that second story wall. Also, when I called down to the office to ask for some pillows and blankets for the sleeper sofa in this suite, they said that they didn’t have any at all.

Perfect for cost.

This property was the worst. I booked two accessible rooms due to traveling with elderly handicapped family members. Only received one accessible room and the shower didn’t even work in the other. There was no nozzle to turn on the shower. The rooms were all the way in the back of the hotel which was a complete inconvenience for my cousin on a walker. Only stayed one night will never book here again

This was the worst experience I've had with booking through hotels.com. Whatever you do make sure you call a day in advance to check if the hotel has your reservation. I arrived to find out the hotel didn't have the reservation and there was nothing they could do. The staff is not helpful at all they'll just tell you to call hotels.com and deal with them. The lady on the front said they encounter this issue all the time with third party bookings.

Great stay. Very clean for what it is

Its a dated renovation with a nice entrance. This place is huge, maybe 160 rooms on 4 floors that snake around a large pool and banquet rooms. All rooms are connected with outside walkways. This is not internal entrance rooms. My room had a bedroom and a front room for only $160.00 a night. Tv's in each room. Couch and small table in front room. Very comfortable beds with very clean smelling pillows, sheets and towels. Full carpet floors. I stayed 2 nights. Neighbors were noisy and I had to go to the front room and sleep on the 5 foot long couch. The room has wear and tear everywhere, but was clean. The only thing I didn't like about this place was the cheap noisy Neighbors. At $150.00 a night, any noisy person will be beside you for a cheap, all night noisy time. The service people were nice and super easy to talk to. Next time im picking a more upscale (although more expensive) place to get better Neighbors that respect others noise limits.
