The owner is a rude condescending imbecile his wife is also rude. They’re not very welcoming nor inviting. They invade on peoples privacy and I would not recommend people that are in town that have visitors not book here they’re only out for money hence the reason and our before 3 o’clock, which is check-in advise that they could not check in without a $20 check in early fee after I’ve stayed in the establishment for over a week

Strategy location, but a bit noisy due to traffic from the track and smoking at the lobby

It started off bad. Had to change rooms first room the bed was filthy. Pulled the spread and top sheet back and the fitted sheet looked like it hadn’t been changed. So I pulled it back and mattress cover was filthy. Called the office he came to the room and checked the bed and gave me another room. It was perfect everything was clean I was satisfied. Slept very well. Thank you!

They don’t have a breakfast. Coffee and a packaged sweet roll is hardly breakfast! The lobby smells like smoke as it is attached to a bar that allows smoking.

The ONLY issue I had was there were only 2 packs of decaf coffee in my room. I went to the front desk and got coffee amd picked up a pack of regular coffee. I went to make the coffee and ot seemed like someone had taken the coffee pot apart amd I couldn't get it all together right. I reported it to the maid. I am aure they will fix it.

The bed covers had cigarettes burns all over it. The towels were rough and stains. Doors didn't lock good. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. I asked for another room and was told I couldn't be moved. So I left and I really wanted my money back for this room. I've Never had a room like this

My name is Shelby Keeland and I had reservations here in Longview Texas at super eight. It has been a horrible experience but I have to book another day tomorrow even though it’s been so horrible because I’m paralyzed and I need the extra day of rest. The beds are not handicap level. The handicap spots out front or not handicap appropriate or accurate. The bathroom is really rundown.

For the price, the room was great. Only thing I didn’t like was how disgusting the carpet looked. Good thing the bed was perfect!!

My stay was okay until I went to take a shower and there were super long black strings of hair in the shower. I could also tell someone had shaved in the shower. So it was NOT cleaned before my stay. Not to mention the hotel worker walked right into my room! So glad that my partner and I were fully dressed and decent. That was definitely unexceptionable! Then he proceeds to ask me if I’m checking out at 9:50! Check out is at 10. Everything else was fine but those 2 incidents will definitely be the reason I never stay here again.

Well, to begin with, while the property was listed as "pet friendly" that is with an asterisk. When I arrived I was told that I had to pay an extra 20 dollars a night as "pet rent" and that an extra 50 dollars hold would be put on my card and credited back to me after my stay was concluded.
I was then put in a room at the far end of the facility where construction started immediately at 7am Friday morning, along with construction on the room directly over my head.
It was so loud and so unpleasant, that I checked out after the first day and drove the rest of the way so that I would not have to put up with the experience for a second night.
The "mini fridge" in the room struggled to keep bottles of water cool - not cold, just cool.
The mattress was about as comfortable as if someone had taken a three-quarters inch sheet of plywood and put a mattress topper on it.
And finally, my "non-smoking" room smelled like stale tobacco smoke and the bed spread had multiple cigarette burns in it.

The websight sure doesn't describe well. There's no pool. And I'm handicap and had to walk up stairs to get to my room. I told the lady I couldn't walk up stairs she informed me there are no refunds on my room. We have little money if not for a Dr apt we would not have stayed. Will never come back.

The overall experience wasn’t too too bad. But trying to secure a downstairs room seemed a little overly complicated compared to, um ahh, anywhere else I’ve ever stayed. For some reason there was a need to wait till after 3pm the day of the prepaid stay to get that confirmation. Not a huge deal but it was even more annoying since Travelocity shows the check in time to be 2pm.
If my reservation hadn’t been prepaid and non refundable I would of just went somewhere else after my initial interaction. Overall I basically had an abrasive interaction with what I would call a super difficult manager / property owner but a nice overnight stay after having gotten through their check in procedures.
(Be prepared to put a a $50 cash deposit or card on file for incidentals)

Location convenient for our immediate need but many repairs needed and heating unit would not work properly.
