I think the young lady who works the front desk doesn't understand English as well as the 2 guys because she always repeats everything I say, but she is sweet. I tried washing my clothes last week and lost $4. I told her and she was telling me something about the maintenance guy but said nothing about my refund.

Clean & nice room for the price. Close to walmart Supercenter & North East Mall. Very convenient location.

I've been in this hotel for almost a month and I love it. The only issues I've had is that in my last room, the hot water didn't work. Now in this room, the remote doesn't show what channel I am watching, and I can't just push in the numbers to change the channel. But hey, you can't have it all.

I booked a non-smoking room and the room had a heavy smell of smoke. There were live and dead roaches. I had to clean the shower because it was covered in soap scum and mold. The carpet also had pet hair in the carpet and large clumps of pet hair in the corner. When I spoke to staff, all they did was apologize but did not offer any additional refunds or accommodations.

Nice affordable rooms, service was great.

Would stay here again. Affordable clean and convenient area.

Very good staff in reception

We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was clean and pretty large. Had a full size fridge, which we did not expect. The sheets on the bed were super soft, almost silky. Comfortable too. The shower was awesome. Amazing water pressure. It was much much better than we thought it would be.

This is a roadside Motel 6 rebranded to Studio 6. Half the lights in the room did not work. Phone in room to call front desk did not work. Mold in the shower, frayed sofa, oversized refrigerator just plopped in the room that blocks 3/4 of the dressing mirror. Overall terrible choice for a nights stay. Would never consider going back.

Well, for one thing, from the photos online, we thought we were getting a kitchenette but it was only a microwave and frig. no sink, no stove. Housekeeping left our door open all day, didn't close it tight. Towels were very thin, no box of complimentary tissues. Trucks rode up and down alleyway next to our room, nite and day. Outlet by desk didn't work at all. Needs lots of updating. For a one nite stay, it is OK but longer, stay somewhere else.

Very friendly staff. They quickly respond to any questions and know what they're talking about. Quiet place for the most part. Clean property in rooms and outside. I love having the kitchen in room. Cooking supplies, dishes and even a toaster. There are some cockroaches, however they were actively treating while we were there.

Non smoking room smelled like someone was smoking a pack of cigarettes a day every day in it, sketchy people, completely run down, dated and gross

The bathroom had hair on the floor and the tub from previous guests.

The property will never be my first choice, but they were available and had the necesities. Will not recommend.

Towels and bed sheets had permanent stains. Also ling hairs that definitely were not mine in what was supposed to be a "clean" wash rag. I mean I get it, it's a lower cost hotel. But damn, get rid of towels, rags, sheets , and comforters that have permanent stains. Also, housekeeping likes to beat on the door at 8am like they're the SWAT team on a drug raid. Chill TF out , or at least give guests Do NOT DISTURB tags to hang on the door. Peoples at the front desk were cool and friendly though.

I just want to start this review by saying, if this was the last hotel available in Fort Worth, stay in your car. Our room was broken into within 2 hours of checking in and we had to switch rooms. The rooms were filthy, disgusting and outright not at all as pictured. I made the reservation thru Hotels.com and used my rewards points to pay for the reservation. When I check in, the lady tries to charge my card for a room that has already been paid for. Hotels.com had to call and verify everything was paid for. Well, we decided that after the room break in and the filthiest of rooms we were going to forego our stay here and go to a different hotel. I left after about 5 hours and was assured I’d get my refund back. Ha. They denied my refund and then proceeded to charge me three more times for a room that was paid for. Hotels.com reached out to them and it was just a cluster. I highly recommend staying away from this place at all costs. I will be filing complaints with every platform I know to get them removed.

Stayed in room 219 Bathroom had mold and the tub didn’t drain. Besides that the room was alright.

Dirty rooms, wall full of mold ok walls and dirty bathtub in the restroom, no safer locks in the door.

Just had a bad start

Room was dirty, mold in the shower, exhaust fan so loud we couldn't use it, A/C didn't work well, unfriendly staff, horrible bed, and NOTHING like the photos online.

Great room it was everything that was posted. Great price for the suite i will definitely stay again

Very difficult to understand staff at front desk. Asked 3 times for WiFi password and still can’t understand him. Not very busy at least not at approximately 6pm. Room is reasonably priced, a full size refrigerator and a microwave in room. I will say I was surprised though to enter the room to find out the air conditioner was not on. It was 103 outside still and it took about a hour maybe longer to cool off room. It does have a pool but it is extremely small it looks more like a hot tub for maybe 8-10 people. But everything looked clean and it served the purpose.

I can't get over that my room had roaches

The shower curtain needs to be replaced. I felt that the room was not vacuumed very well.

The bathroom shower wouldn’t stop leaking and the entire bathroom was flooded and black mold was very apparent all over the restroom. The blankets were covered in what seemed like pee and blood stains. The staff had attitude and would stare at us everytime we came onto the property. Terrible experience.
