There were screaming kids in two different units close to us. Dogs barking in the parking lot outside our window. Very noisy building and hard to get rest. For the life of me, I don’t know why hotels don’t put kids away from adults. They run up and down the halls yelling, screaming and crying at all hours - very frustrating when you just want to rest. We also wished the restaurant was better. The menu online looked limited therefore we had to go out for dinner.

The pool and hot tub are great but the sauna and indoor hot tub were out of service. I witnessed a lot of people from out of town be very disappointed

My buddy and I stay here every winter when we go skiing. We love the hot tub and pool area and they have a great restaurant connected to the hotel. Sadly the hot tub was out of service during our stay this time.

The property is in need of some updates as it is becoming quite tired looking. During our stay the indoor hottub was closed for maintenance but the outdoor hottub was initially working, then closed for maintenance. Many guests stay at this location for these amenities so it was disappointing not to have access to these over a long holiday weekend.

We booked for 5 people and this room could not accommodate 5 people, only 4 people.

Went to check in late at night with two sleeping babies in the car only to be told that there’s no reservation for us.. which was already booked and paid for through hotels. The worker at the desk said I could “wait around for the booking to come through,” pay for another room out of pocket, or call hotels and sort it with them— offering absolutely no help on how to contact them. I even showed her the confirmation on my phone, which had the booking number on it straight from hotels and she said said nothing she could do. It wasn’t until I provided my maiden name (for the second time) that she finally “found” it. Rooms need some deep cleaning. Dried tooth paste on the walls, pen marks on the door, black piles of dust/grime in the shower lighting in our room didn’t work. Beds were tiny, even though we booked queen beds, our room only had doubles. Also had to request THREE separate times for a roll away crib.. made other requests when booking (late checkout, extra pillows for kids) and those requests were also ignored. Will not stay here again.

Went with 3 hockey teams from one town, paid a high rate to be babysat in all aspects; hotel room, restaurant and bar. Had to “go to bed” at 11pm, friends were not served at pub for no reason, was asked to move to a different area because they were “busy” when there was 5 tables being used. Nothing like going to enjoy a weekend to be jailed.

We came especially for the pool and Cabbana spa they boast. But the pools had their heaters broken. Thankfully their outdoor hot tub was working well, but this meant that it became overcrowded quite often because the indoor hot tub was cold. Their regular pool was frigid cold, and hardly anyone was able to comfortably swim in it. This was pretty disappointing but we still had a decent time overall.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Casey’s restaurant attached is phenomenal dining option and extremely convenient. Pool, hot tub, sauna, all well maintained and great for recreation and relaxing. Only slight was one of the elevators was out of order, but I’m sure that will be repaired quickly

The pool area was fantastic except the room could be warmer so the kids don't get cold so fast since they cant use the hot tubs or sauna.
Also the hotel carpets and decor could be updated especially the carpets

I have stayed at the Water Tower several times for business. This timecwas fir pleasure and it is always an excellent stay. Rooms are well kept and comfortable. Caseys restaurant is attached and always serves excellent food.

Id that and that yous eere known to be a rip off. Toobad. Paid over 500 gor 2 nights snd the bar was vlised too. Pools were small and datk. Outside was dsrk and roo.s were too.
