We stayed over night for a procedure at the hospital and the room overall was clean, people were friendly and very helpful. Had plenty of resources around the hotel. Sad that the pool wasnt open yet.

First, it’s ridiculous to have to pay for parking when you’ve already reserved a room, especially given the rates and size of the lot. Paying for parking would make sense in a downtown area where parking is high demand and limited - but not for a small business district. Even in many downtown locations, parking is included in the room rate as a courtesy. Second, my expectations for Hyatt hotels is relatively high, so to have a room that was missing the microwave as advertised, not have functioning ventilation in the shower, and the shower fixtures being in slight disrepair, I was relatively disappointed. Never mind that the clearance between the toilet and door was so narrow, you’d have to stand on the opposite side of the toilet just to be able to close the door. The mystery stains on the couch and throw pillows also did not go unnoticed, though the rest of the room appeared clean. I appreciate the ease of the check in/out process, though I don’t think I’ll be staying at nor recommending this hotel.

Mostly good. The sofa bed seemed broken and it was extremely uncomfortable. There was mold in the shower which was quite offputting. Breakfast buffet was yummy!

Was an okay stay. They didn’t tell us we had to pay for parking or that they take an extra 100 for security. The front desk wasn’t very knowledgeable about anything around for us to do when we asked. And their sitting area is super small and very cold!

It was a good mediocre place to stay. The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast experience. Missed having a microwave in the room. Aggravated about having to pay to park in their parking lot when staying there.

The lady that worked the front desk on days wasn’t polite and was very short when asked questions. The lady on evenings/nights was very nice and knowledgeable. The hotel appeared to be an older Hyatt Place, than the others I’ve visited. But overall the stay was comfortable

The rooms were nice and clean and very spacious. Not crazy about having to pay for parking but that was a minor inconvenience at most.

This appears to be an old Hyatt hotel under poor management. Staff was unfriendly, room was substantially worse then on the pictures (—same layout but run down, with old noisy AC used as a heat-pump). Smaller than usual bathroom, low quality breakfast, overall feel that we made a mistake booking this hotel.

Have stated twice now. Good breakfast selections, clean rooms, comfortable. Pay for parking was new and wasn't happy with that, but they gave me a code when I questioned them about this, and I was able to get free parking.

Ok online it said indoor pool they arent a indoor pool and the breakfast lets say i didn't eat any of it. They workers were very nice. The bed bout killed me though it was way to firm for my liking.

The room quality is average but the staff makes the difference. They were friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient for my purposes (I was moving in nearby), with good options for breakfast, luch, dinner; etc. Easy, safe parking. Overall good value at a fair price.

Very nice hotel and very affordable. Our suite was exactly what we were looking for in a room. Everything looked clean except the floor. There were noticeable spots that had not been vacuumed, specifically there was a rubber elastic hair tie on the floor along with other dirt and debris that was likely on someone's shoes. The extra blanket in the night stand had a stain on it but it seemed that it had been cleaned just the stain had not been removed. Other than this, I would highly recommend the hotel. The bedding on the bed and all of the towels and wash cloths were clean. Bathroom was clean as well. The staff was very friendly.
Please note, parking is not free. Hotels.com claims that it is free but there will be an additional $10 fee when you check in. The hotel said they have shared this with Hotels.com multiple times but Hotels.com has yet to update this.

We had reserved a room with king bed & separate sofa sleeper but we needed a tub for our 1 year old. First room did not have a tub. So they moved us into a room that needed maintenance. Finally third time we got room. It was not as nice as I expected for the price. Plus you have to pay for parking!! And I'm not sure where the bar area was at because I didn't see it. Definitely a 1 & done stay. But the staff was really really nice!!

It cost 15 dollars a day to park in the lot. that would have been nice to know prior to arrival. i would have chose a lower star hotel and parked for free. the bathroom was so small that the door hit the toilet making it difficult to shut. the shower handle was broken and would fall to the all the way hot position burning my skin so i had to hold the knob in the exact temperature range the whole time i showered. The tv also cut out alot making it hard to watch tv as it was like having dish network in a bad thunderstorm only it was perfectly clear the 2 nights i stayed. I expected a hyatt to have better standards but i guess not.

The property was nice, the room was spacious, except for the bathroom, which was rather small. I liked that there was a bar in the hotel. I did not like that we had to pay for parking. I can understand that for downtown hotels, but this was not downtown.

We were not told until we arrived at the hotel that you have to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot. Its $10 a night to park in the hotel parking lot and there is not a convenient alternative.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We were traveling 7 hours there with a small child and we booked this specific hotel because it states that there is a bar that serves food and there is ZERO food served there. All of the staff admitted that their website does say that but they do not have anything. Also there was no pool there like it states. I will not return there! False Advertisement!!
