If you are looking for an inexpensive room with absolutely no amenities or creature comforts this is the place. Not to mention this place is advertised as smoke free it’s not! Absolutely will not return nor will I recommend any decent person ever even attempt to stay here with my knowledge of them doing so.

Coffee and microwave only accessible in lobby, there is nothing for it in rooms.

I checked in and went to check my room and it was fine then left for three hours and came back and they rebooked my room so I had to go back downstairs and they had to give me a new room

Nice room; very nice staff; the room would have received 5 stars if there were a refrigerator and microwave. Pool is very nice and clean.

First room- TV did not work Second room they gave me was Occupied Very frustrating

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the property for the price. Basic room and amenities.

Room had fleas and a palmetto bug.

The room was clean. The tub drain slow and the toilet didn’t flush good. They didn’t have hot water in half of the hotel rooms and the pool was not in commission. This should be available to people before they rent the rooms. The whole purpose of my trip was to relax and enjoy the pool. It was a big disappointment.

When we checked in and went to our room we found out it has no hot water. They said they are fixing it and never did get tit fixed for the 5 days that we were there. They offered a $20 discount! Not for each day just one $20 back. Thank you! I will never stay in this flee infested place again. Hotels.con and Expedia didn’t give us anything back except the $20. Yea they will give you a future discount but I will never use them again either. Terrible service all around.

Could not use the pool! Ice machine not working! Then one day no hot water! So I checked out two days early!

Every thing was okay except the mattress and the pillows were flat. the bed sounds like a plastic mattress and even with three pillows stacked on top of each other barely equals a fluffy pillow.

Corey at the front desk was amazing. Totally understanding of my situation and helped me to resolved it. The next day the lady on call at the front desk also was very kind and ready to help. She was patient and was calm even though she had about 7 people waiting to be served. The front desk is amazing. The room floor could have been a little cleaner and there.l was a couple of bugs (roaches) crawled across the wall. But I know they can’t be totally preventable. Would I stay there again, I would because the front desk won me over.

Gross dirty hair in the sink .sink waters runs all night dirty floor and beds tv barley worked towels are hard and smelly in safe parking in the back lots of homeless people in the back hanging near the wooded area.

The staff was great. The hotel was in good condition and clean with the exception of our room smelling like cigarettes. We called the front desk to make sure we had been given a non-smoking room and we were told it was a non-smoking room. That being said, whoever stayed there before us was obviously a heavy smoker and even after the clerk sprayed the room the get rid of the smell it still reeked like smoke.

The blanket smelled like they were not washed and the AC would stop working at weird times

I don't know if the party above or beside us was on a tear, but they woke me up at 3:30 they were so loud! And bare bones! Holy cow! No hairdryer, no fridge, no nothing!

Sandra at the front desk was amazing. She was attentive, compassionate, and fun to talk with during checkin. Thank you, Sandra, for making my day (although it was 10p!) Sending positive vibes from Rm 222 on 1/26.

This was the second time I’ve stayed here and both times I’ve had a good expierence:) it’s clean and quiet the only problem was that our sink didn’t have running water.

We live a day early from the property because they have a lot of cockroach in the room and they not refund the money from last night.

Ive stayed here several times, always clean. Responsive when I've asked for more pillows. This ti.e around there was no breakfast options but there has been in the past. Only coffee, but no cup lids, nothing to stir the coffee so left without.

The outside needs major touch ups, when i pulled the blanket off the bed, my son found a long hair on the sheets. There was no microwave or mini fridge.

TV was out and did not get fixed until 10 at night. no extra blankets available and it was cold

This was my 1st time booking a hotel room. All staff was super nice.

Affordable and clean. Close to what i needed. Safer than other motel 6 and 8 we have stayed. Pet friendly.

The shower had no grab bars at all. Also the water flowed nicely from the spigot but when the shower diverter was lifted, the flow from the shower head was a trickle. Also I killed a roach in the bathroom. Only amenities were 2 small bars of soap - no shampoo, etc. Television worked fine.

Rooms not sound proof u hear all the noise from inside the scent of weed everywhere cops always at the motel for some thing or the other

As a disabled person, in a disabled facility, the toilet was too low, beds way too high to get on, no clean towels or linen

I went to take a shower and it was run dirty out it have a pile of sand in the water

We switched from a different hotel to be closer to family, however, will go back to the previous hotel for any future trips. We were awakened each night or early morning by loud talking... our room was right beside the smoking area (neither if us smoke), and people would stand in that area talking. The first night/early morning there was a family loudly arguing, and the second morning were awakened early to hammer drilling in the next room... apparently under renovation. I was disappointed there was no microwave or mini-fridge in the room as had been in our previous hotel. The price was the only thing good, but dont know if that would convince me to try again. The staff were very friendly and very apologetic when we were checking out and told them how noisy it had been... they suggested a room away from that main walkway area.

When I arrived for check-in there was a sign that the pool was closed after I specifically called and asked them there was also a sign that said water would be turned on and off for plumbing there was also no microwave or coffee pot in room
