The hotel is a nice concept and has everything, but probably needs an update. Room was not super cleanly upon arrival but nothing too horrible. All in all a good trp.

My son loved this swimming area but we found jt difficult to sleep because we could hear noise out in the halfway and from other rooms.

Hotel needs some updates in rooms. Bathroom door scratched up, fridge not stable. Room was semi dirty with major dust build up on vents and by the fridge. Found someone's vape and t-shirt that was left before us.

If you’re looking for a budget stay, this place is pretty good for the value! Beds were surprisingly comfy. Room was clean, but pretty outdated. Our bathroom door looked like a zombie took a bite out of it. Breakfast was tasty, but disappointed that they were taking it down by 9:30 when it goes until 10. Pool area was clean and the water was warm. Loved the hot tub!

So fun! The hotel was clean, breakfast was standard, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the pool was so fun for my 3 year old. However the hot-tub had A LOT of sand or something on the bottom? Which was weird so we didn’t go in there after that but it was very fun trip for my kiddo. Definitely recommend going if you have a toddler. The pool area with the slide and sprayers was so much fun for him

It was okay

Walked in to a dirty uncleaned room, there was dirty clothes left on the floor from the previous customer. Roach traps all over, dirty tables, bathroom had stuff all over the shower. Tavle was dirty and nothing had been wiped or sanitized.

The attached restaurant, The 1851 West, was very nice. The breakfast included with our room was not very good. The facility needs to be refreshed.

No housekeeping, during our stay. The pool area really smelled like there was to much chlorine in enclosed area.

The facilities could use a little upgrade but we had a wonderful stay!

The rooms were very dusty and my son and I spent the nights with a lot of allergies, small beds and non-functional air conditioning.

We love the pool for toddlers and preschool aged children! The room is kept warm and the pool water is warm and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was quiet , clean, and spacious. The shower was the nicest I have ever been in. Water Park for the grandkids and bar the adults topped off our stay. The hotel had a WOW factor I wasn't expecting.

Given a room with view to pool And just are luck the loudest people possible Using it . Nice If you want a nights rest don't stay here

The room was not very clean, dirty q-tips and garbage on the bathroom floor, shower was not clean and smelled of mildew. The staff was all very friendly, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast area was clean.

Pool area was ok for kids. Breakfast was good and convenient. Property in need of some updating.

Check-in was a breeze and the front desk lady was very friendly and confirmed all of our details. Once we got to our room, at a quick glance it looked clean. After we got settled in, moved the coffee maker and found a nest of bugs! (See photos) I killed as many as I could but there had to of been at least 50 or more. We called the front seat and the kind lady switched us to a new room right away. The second room was bug free however, the walls were covered in spills, the ceiling was dirty and the couch was unusable due to mystery stains. After brining it up to Managements attention, he apologized and offered us a gift certificate to use in their restaurant which was nice! For a hotel that has plenty of banquet halls and a steakhouse restaurant atached to it, I thought fore sure the rooms would be higher quality. Overall it was a good spot ans the water park made the trip worth it for our kids! Maybe the remodeled rooms are nicer but the ones we were at were not. Kudos to the staff that was there as they were always prompt and courteous anytime we interacted with them!

Nice indoor pool for kids. Very good restaurant. Convenient location. Very odd configuration of rooms. Plenty of parking. No Fan in Bathroom = ridiculous. Altogether ok.

We stayed here for a family wedding. The hotel and staff were a complete disaster. They couldnt figure our our room block so i ended up paying full rate and was required to have a min 2-night stay. As well our room 270 had a broken a/c unit. The hotel sent someone up to take a look and they said there were motion sensors in the room. Anyway the room was 78 degrees overnight, and when i brought it to the front desk's attention their only comment was "we dont have any maintenance". This hotel is attached to a banquet hall so i was expecting that they would provide at least a 'decent' level of service however i was wrong. Travelers BE WARE!!! I rate this a 1 of 10.

Great hotel. Clean and comfy. My only complaint is the hot tub was cold, not the least bit warm.

This hotel needs some tender loving care. When you first walk in the carpet is dirty and it smells. Almost all of the staff isn't friendly and seems not to care if we were there or not. The room wasn't bad, but it also shows a lot of wear and could use attention. The breakfast was average but it was a continental breakfast so you can only expect so much. The pool area needs cleaning, and the water fountain was all rusted. Can't imagine drinking out of it! We stayed here because of the Comfort Suites name - that was a mistake!

House keeping was awful. There was old pizza in our fridge when we checked in, there were no toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) in the bathroom and there was used coffee grounds in the coffee pot in the room. The room also had mystery stains on the walls and green stuff ground into the carpet.

At checkin, we found the refrigerator dirty. When called front desk, they sent someone up to clean it out, as it should have been cleaned out before we arrived. Hotel offered a fun waterpark, good for younger children. There was also a nice courtyard, great place to eat or for kids to play. The complimentary breakfast was ok, offering simple options. Unfortunately, the hotel does NOT offer cleaning services between stays of multiple days. When questioned, they said someone should have told you this at check in. I was also told I could come to the front desk to get replacement trash bags and towels. They did NOT offer to bring them.

Overall it was fine. The room was clean(ish), nothing terrible. Didn’t know until after the second nights that they still don’t provide housekeeping during your stay because of “covid”. You call to request towels, linens, garbage etc….

Our experience was good, but we probably won’t be back. The hotel seemed dated and the room was not very clean. The bedding had large amounts of makeup on it as well as some sort of food splatter on the bed skirt. There was also a lot of food splatter on the wall by the garage can and food containers in the closet which tells me that area was not cleaned by staff. I felt the bathroom needed a deep clean and the tub area needed to be re-calked. The shower curtain was moldy. The continental breakfast was a disaster, there weren’t enough staff attending to this area, it was very messy and several items ran out. I would not recommend eating at the continental breakfast. Otherwise the rest of the experience was good, the kids enjoyed the pool and the staff were friendly. We had a “suite room” with 6 people in it (2 adults and 4 kids) and it was way too small. I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, if you know there’s 6 people staying in the room why do you only provide 3 towels and one roll of toilet paper?

Would stay there again.

The property offered free breakfast, small kiddie water park, and restaurant onsite. A plus when traveling with kids!
