Valet parking and directly across the street from Big Night Live and the arena...convenient! Friendly staff. Small hotel but the room was clean and fresh. The hallways are old...and somewhat uneven...and slow elevator.

I have to say our stay was exceptional bc of cleaniness, the staff, the way we were greeted upon arrival. The size of the room was perfect. And the location was great. Comi g back and forth to boston every few months, i will certainly stay here again. We were so very pleased!!!

Unfortunately we will definitely not be staying here again. The hotel was clean, the staff was great, and the location was convenient but the room/facility had some major issues in our opinion. The walls were paper thin (we could easily hear our neighbor speaking at a normal volume), there was only cable TV and most of the channels did not work (bad reception or something), the fan in the bathroom did not work, the room was very warm and we were unable to turn on the AC, and the bed was uncomfortable (there was an indentation from where previous people had slept and worn away the mattress).

Great place to stay when going to the TD Garden for an event! It’s literally a 2 minute walk to TD Garden and about a 12 minute walk to the North End. Great service, they offer valet parking, the room was a good size, and great amenities! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boston!

We had tickets to a Bruins game, it was so convenient that it was right across from the Garden. It’s was pretty quiet all things considering. The only issue we had was there was a ton of construction on our way to the hotel, that’s Boston for you, but the hotel alone was awesome.

Right next to TD Garden - walkable. Nice bistro downstairs - food all day. Rooms are cramped, but clean.

PERFECT location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you are going to TD Garden...less than a 5 minute walk to the Garden. Valet parking is less than parking at any garage in Boston and the people are amazing. On prem restaurant is great. Have stayed here several times and will for many years to come.

The room temperature never set to the degrees we needed. It was clear the room had a problem with thermostat as it had an external AC unit in room. Room was either too hot 75 degree or too cold. When I mentioned it to maintenance he said I wasn’t setting room to desired temperature which I did. He said he would look into it but nothing ever changed

The room was small and cave like and there were only two small windows. The beds were probably some of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The pull out couch mattress felt like all springs and made noise with any movements. The regular bed was hard and lumpy. I would not recommend this hotel based on the beds alone.
Also the staff at the front desk were rude to a person in our party when they arrived early and wanted to check in before I arrived.

Hotel was great. Check in was a little rough. Check in starts at 3 and we arrived around 430. Had to wait about 20-30min for our room to be ready. The lady at the front desk was very nice and took off $100 on our room for the inconvenience. You can't find a better spot in you are going to the TD Bank arena for an event, the hotel is directly across the road and it's a 1 min walk to enter to arena. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay again.

Staff in reception and breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. Chilled water in room on arrival, but not replenished. Room was rather dark, with limited natural light.

We liked that the rooms were huge! It was a beautifully decorated and renovated hotel.
The only downside, was they had a large air conditioning unit that was in the room on the floor.

We had a fantastic time staying for the one night we were in Boston for a concert. The staff were able to let us check in early and we had zero issues with the room.

Across from The Garden, great staff, clean and nice rooms- all make it worth the money for an event at the Garden. Generally a good location for N End and Downtown. Only criticism was our room was too hot and we couldn’t resolve it. Tip the staff well and they will take care of you.

The front desk staff were by far the rudest group of people I have ever seen. Autumn in particular was so rude, condescending, and just inappropriate. She needs fired! In all the years of staying at many hotels, this customer service was the worst. I would never recommend anyone staying here.

I enjoyed every moment of my stay at Hotel Indigo! The employees are absolutely wonderful. From the reception staff to the doormen to the housekeeping staff, everyone was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean. I have very high standards of cleanliness, and Hotel Indigo definitely lived up to those standards. The hotel is centrally located, within walking or Uber distance to everything. I spent four enjoyable nights there and would highly recommend Hotel Indigo.

Small hotel directly across from TD Garden. This is a boutique property and very convenient for attending events at the arena, but obviously noisy when events are happening. We paid a premium to stay here because we booked last minute for the UFC event. It was not cheap!
