Loved the room. Didn’t love our entrance. Entrance B. I know you have to do upgrades but there also has to be safe entrances and exits. Entrance/exit B was not safe. Pictures below Our actual path for us, our dog and all of our belongings was about 8 inches.

Clean hotel, great front desk staff. Bed frames are touch sensitive & loud. Convenient location to stores, restaurants, & highways. Carpet in room was suspect. Also has good cable & large screen tv on wall.

Unlike other La Quinta Inns this one was way below par. Expected better service and better rooms. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was looking for a last minute (week before) relatively cheap place to stay with a friend on our way to see the eclipse. The service at check-in was good. The room was fine for a 2-star. It could have been a 3-star, but there were little things that fell short. The exterior looks really nice, especially the lobby/entry area. Entry and hallways were fine. The shower had good water pressure and I didn't have to wait long for hot water. However, the bed spread had obvious stains. The toilet paper had grey mold on the outer edge. The coffeemaker looked dusty. The complimentary breakfast had good hot and cold variety, but I'm not sure the eggs were real (not the best texture/flavor) and the breakfast potatoes were squishy (like they were frozen and cooked enough to melt the ice but not sufficiently warmed). So overall mixed review, but what I was looking for - a clean place to sleep that had a clean bathroom.

Bathroom sink fell off in the front and fell on my toes. Room was still dirty(other peoples trash on the floor). Honestly very poor quality. Breakfast was gross inedible.

The remodeled rooms are fantastic. But when a single woman gets locked out of her room after midnight that is not cool. They tried several times to get me in. I was finally able to get my stuff and they moved me to another room. Very inconvenient. Next room, TV did not work and neither did the coffee pot. Please fix the bugs before giving out the rooms for stay.

Nice La Quinta with updated interior (some sections still in progress). New carpet. Lots of outlets. Backlit mirror over sink. Clean room. Hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. Good coffee. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The TV in my room was not working. I asked the front desk about fixing it or discounting the room and he said it couldn't get fixed, the hotel was booked out and there was nothing he could do. The hotel was under construction, there were doors leading to the inside of the hotel with no locks or handles. There was a youth team there, and they were unruly the entire night. Lastly, some of the amenities provided were used and not new. By far, this is the worst Hotels.Com experience since I have been a member.

The staff was very nice and service was good. The room appeared to be clean (except for the bathroom - there was mildew in the tub), but the hall carpets were filthy. There appeared to be some kind of construction going on in the building, and there were a lot of mechanical noises in the morning. Kids were running up and down the halls until about 10:30 pm. I realize that hotel staff can't help that, but nothing about the room's design or quality of materials used did anything to alleviate any of the noise from the hallway. On top of that, there was parking right outside of the window close to the building, so we could hear people getting into and out of cars, cars starting, and see bright headlights directly into the room. Again, staff was great, but we got no sleep and I couldn't recommend anyone stay here.

Booked property due to family emergency - outdoor area full of trash, door leading into building that required key to unlock always propped open, randome people wandering around hallways and sitting on stairs, hallways dirty, only housekeeping completed in 3 night stay was new towels, breakfast fruit had mold, and front desk staff - especially morning staff - very argumentative and unhelpful.

The hotel room was clean and nice. Galway carpeting was dirty. For a stay for the price room was good. Nice breakfast.

Hotel is very dated and being updated badly. Staff is nice and friendly. It was clean but hotel is poor repair.

Our key did not work on some of the outside doors. The water drains too slowly in the tub and sink. Hall door does not block any hall noises

It is a basic room which I expected for the price. I did not expect the extra critter, some kind of worm/bug on our carpet…

The rooms were terrible, dirty, smelly! We had to change rooms a few times, our room had no soap and etc. we would not even eat their breakfast. I would NEVER recommend staying there

Hallways smelled bad. Room smelled worse like just had a carton of cigarettes smoked in it. Bed was dirty, pillows and sheets had yellow stains all over. Breakfast very lacking compared to other la quintas I’ve stayed at.

The hot water was out in the property and no one told us. I even called before I booked on this website and they didn't tell me the hot water was out. It was when I got in the shower that I found that there was only freezing cold water coming out of the shower head. Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at and will not be staying at this brand of hotel again.

We paid for a King which is MORE then a double Got to the hotel and they gave us a double and wouldn’t do anything. The girl didn’t know where her manager was as they hadn’t showed up yet and she didn’t know why. Asked us to wait another 20 minutes. We waited and got sick of waiting and left. On top of it gum wrappers (Nicorette) were on the bed, water was left running in the room which was weird, it’s under construction and messy as well. Would NOT recommend at all!

Ongoing renovations made the hotel looking cluttered and disorganized. an outside door access lock was not working right and a security concern. This should have been noted in the booking page

Nice, quiet, room looked ok. I have stayed at many La Quinta and this one does not have the same caliber of decor or bathroom space. The tub and toilet in one little room was very small. The vanity area was a separate area and of good size. The caulk at the base of the tub where it meets the floor was poorly done and quite a mess. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket for one of the beds. Ao hatd when some people are hot and others are chilly at the same time.

White stuff floated in the bath tub when you took a shower, the bed was comfortable, but we found a roach crwaling in the bathroom. Had to argue and threaten to call the health department and knock on all doors to let all guest know that the hotel had roaches with the front desk person to even get Christmas eve's night stay refunded and our deposit back cause i wasnt staying at a hotel with roaches. Was glad i was able to find another hotel even though i had to pay $60 more.

See alot of people complaining about updates. My room was clean, to me,..that is all that matters. I dont care about paint or furniture not matching. I stayed in a suite and it was perfect clean and private.
