Top of the Mark for a great stay. Comfortable and roomy rooms, with a fresh feeling of relaxing time. Great pool, hot tub and wonderful breakfast. All furnishings were excellent and in good order.

We are a repeated customer so we really enjoy staying here. It was disappointing to have a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night but everyone was safe and it was a false alarm. That was the most important.

Great family meeting place. Kids enjoyed the great pool area. Breakfast was yummy. Rooms very spacious.

From the front desk lady Emily to housekeeping there was no problem. We arrived before our room was ready and Emily said no problem I'll put you in a new room. What a wonderful experience. The breakfast was amazing. We loved staying here and if we ever return to Richland we are definitely staying here again.

It was a great stay. My husband and I were only there for one night. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean.

We checked in after 9 in the evening and were greeted with kindness. When I heard we had a city view, I asked if there were any rooms facing the river which was why I'd chosen this hotel. We were able to switch and the view was magnificent, including the sunrise the next day! Breakfast was fine, as were showers and the bed so comfortable with great pillows.

On the river. I have stayed here 4 times and my experience has always been excellent! Helpful staff, clean rooms, access to pool 40 hrs is a plus. Will be staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Don't use Expedia. They would not refund my room charge when I realized, within one or two minutes, that I had booked the wrong day. The hotel and apparently Expedia kept the money even though I had not used the room. Unable to really rate the property.

My room was large, spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed, good lighting for in-bed reading, a commodious BATHTUB, and plenty of how water.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful, the breakfast room and dining area very clean.

Below us along the river runs a 7 mile paved walking path. The hotel sets alongside a large beautiful park.

Check in was very slow check in time was listed at 3pm but room was not ready until 4:30. Sat in lobby for 1 1/2 hours as they couldn’t tell us when room would be ready. Forgot about our Hilton gold status.

This hotel is very nice. The people are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We really like that it's right on the Columbia River and there is a walking path thT goes along the river.

Came to Richland due to a family member in the hospital there. Various members of our family had rooms at the hotel during the week. All the rooms we saw were clean, functional, with good basic amenities. If you can splurge, the river view rooms are well worth it. Breakfast is well stocked and maintained. Definitely enjoy breakfast outside and take in the river views. Best thing about the hotel is the staff. We have had to extend our stay through the week, and every interaction has been friendly, helpful, efficient. The front desk staff in particular have worked with us so we can be at the hospital as much as we can. Thanks to the hotel staff from our family. Definitely would stay here again.

River view room was more of a peek of the river view. Balcony was OK with an abundance of spider webs. Inside the room was spacious with comfortable pillows. Toiletries were of good quality. The room at night had too much light from various places for our liking so if you like it dark, it may be a challenge.
