Convenient. Good breakfast

everybody so friendly and smiles. Always making themselves available to motel stayers. I thought just corners of room under table and grounds away from building could be cleaned up a little bit, not awful by any means but good overall in these regards.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was shabby, run down, broken & cheep closet door.

Pros: Nice linens on bed, enough towels and washcloths, clean bathroom. Cons: Notice at front desk about being understaffed, when I took off my shoes to get into bed I discovered the floor was damp by the bed, it was impossible to set the heater as the digital display had numerous sections that were burnt out so you see temperatures displayed as, for example, a 1 with a backwards F or a 1 with a sideways U. Finally just turned it off in the night. Also an earwig found crawling by the headboard in the morning, and the guy upstairs woke up and 3:30am and start tromping around, making so much noise even a pillow over my head did not help.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Very clean. Cons: After booking, then a few minutes later the hotel states they've closed the hot tub. I wanted that hot tub. It's part of the reason i chose that hotel. Freeway noise was loud. No facial tissues. Shampoo and conditioner dispensing was a pain, as each push gave a teeny, tiny amount.

Facilities are fine, staff is great! The noise level from the street however is pretty bad. Probably better on the backside of hotel.

Dog friendly accommodations was the main reason for our reservation here. The front desk staff, Emily, was friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient as it is right off the freeway!

Easy check in, 24hr coffee bar. Very clean & nice. Cleaning products they use have very mild scent so not boled over by scent when you open room door.

This was the fourth time visiting Sun Dial Bridge. But this was first time staying at Best Western Plus Twin View Inn & Suites. I was skeptical and so worried right after booking the big suit for 6 people. The location is right off the Freeway and 2.5 miles from Sun Dial Bridge which is easy and convenient but It's not a great neighborhood (just my opinion) What a Surprise for us when we enter the room. it is very clean, comfortable and well supplied.The descented hot breakfast are also well prepared. Friendly and polite Staff. I highly recommend this place.

The building and rooms are old. Our sheets did not look brand new.

check in staff was very good I thought at a BW Plus the towels would be better they were average.. caulking around the bathroom door casings

Bathroom needs more clean they have some smell

I had just driven 650 miles and wanted nothing more than to get to sleep. The constant sounds of thudding footsteps from the hallway above continued almost nonstop for three hours, forcing me to turn on the television to muffle the noise from above and to bore me to sleep (which came quickly!). I did not call the front desk to get the noisemakers to stop

Awesome place

The breakfast was very good at this property, with a large variety. Even a European-type coffee machine that makes excellent specialty drinks.

My bed was so comfortable that I will book here again. The room was in great condition, the location was perfect, and the ease of checking in, eating breakfast and checking out make it a super option for people passing through Redding. I felt clean, safe, and comfortable.

Noisy location. Rundown property. Staff and bedding were nice. Bed needs replacing but clean. Sink is in bedroom which isn’t best configuration. Shade was broken. Alarm clock kept going off in adjoining empty room. Truck noise kept us awake all night.Toilet paper was awful, thin and rough. Generally an awful experience.

The floor needed to be fix but other than that great place

We checked the reviews before booking and were unpleasantly surprised. We had to change rooms because the first room had ants and the closet doors were broken. The 2nd room was better but there were no facial tissues in the room and the bathroom fan sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling (it got quieter after running for a minute or two). The place is just run down and not a good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. DON'T BOOK THRU EXPEDIA!

Location and cleanliness

Staff was very friendly and helpful..Romm was nice and clean.

The place is further from the downtown than we expected. But it's very close to the freeway. Not much activities in the area. Its okay to stay one or two nights.

Our room had a terrible mildew/mold smell. We arrived at 11pm from a long car ride that we were too tired to ask for a different room. Plus in lookimg at the app, it seemed that the hotel was sold out. We saw mold on the restroom wallpaper. The AC needed to be on because it was so hot and muggy inside but the AC air was so smelly! One of the pillows had a stain. The toilet had a slow flush and there was hair on the restroom floor and toilet. I don’t think its healthy for people to breathe the mold in the room. The hotel should seriously consider mold removal service for thr well being of its customers and workers. I woke up a few times gagging from the smell. Ive never had such a bad experience with a Best Western before with cleanniness and smell. The lady working the reception in the AM was nice and so was the lady working the breakfast area.

My wife was immediately disappointed by the bathroom cleanliness.

We stayed here as a last minute overnight on a road trip. It was not well maintained. Carpets looked dirty, stains on the pillow. Would not stay again.

Original room had strong odor of mold/mildew. Desk staff was friendly and changed our room no problem. New room had much less smell but still there. Was also looking forward to the hot tub after all day driving to find out its not even filled.

Despite how hot it was in Redding ( 100°), this was one of the best stays we've ever had. The facility was very clean and the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. Yes, it's located right by the freeway, but the AC acted as a buffer against the loud trucks and motorcycles. Would definitely stay here again!
