Hotel excellent. Very well located for in and out ski. Nicely fully renovated. Excellent staff. Very nice rooms. Super confortable.
Negative: hot tubs are like a children daycare. Impossible to relax.people even recording with their cell phones.
The publish fake information on their website. It said special menu for Christmas eve but not true, it is just two additional special day meals.

We stayed 6 consecutive nights. The beds, linens and towels were wonderful quality. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine in our room. The room was very quiet. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need and has high quality appliances. We would have liked to see a fire extinguisher and broom for the kitchen. We enjoyed our deck too!
Housekeeping did not come the first 2 days but they came every day after that. It was great to see the recycling containers in the hotel room and elsewhere.

This was our first stay and we enjoyed it. Coming from Blue Mountain we found it lacked activities and restaurants.

Amazing stay and very professional service. We stayed in the penthouse which was a hit with kids. View of the mountain was nice. Breakfast was adequate but limited choices if you are muslim. Options for late dining are little limited if you want to go out of hotel. Area itself is amazing and hotel grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Kids loved the pool

The environment was beautiful around the hotel. Less about the hotel was the bathroom ... needs maintenance! Otherwise the room was clean and tidy!

After driving 1.000 kilometers arrival at the hotel was fantastic. With friendly staff, beautiful setting and high quality rooms. Everything around the hotel was just great.

The hotel was clean and bright. We stayed in a lofted room and it was very comfortable. Access to the slope was just outside the door and inside storage for the skis worked great. I gave it a "medium" rating because I was disappointed with the service. The couple of people at the front desk were pleasant but not very helpful. They kept referring to a manager who never left his/her office t come speak with us, but would dictate various things that were not available to us. For example, they shut down the option to buy lift tickets at the front desk because someone was out sick that day, they allowed our Platinum Elite status to be associated with the reservation and then, after we headed to the snack area for the access we had been promised, reversed the access because we had booked online via hotels.com. The restaurant food was decent but the service was awful. Could not have been slower and there were employees packing up the place up to leave for the night with nearly two hours left before they closed up for the evening and all around us while we ate dinner. The one person who was awesome was the gentleman who runs the baggage service. He was super helpful and very friendly.

I not sure it is the regular policy of the restaurant to have customers come from there rooms to pick up there food. At 5:15 we tried to make reservations for 6:30 at the restaurant and they told us they were full until later in the evening. At 5:20 we went down to see if they could fit us in right away, but again were refused. At that point there were only a few tables seated. They suggested we go to the Starbucks coffee bar... for premade sandwiches. After trying several other restaurants and not wanting to go off resort we decided to order from the restaurant. They said they would call when the food was ready, or try bring it up. They called and my wife went down to get the food. At that point they were still only half full. Several items were missing from our meal, and daughter's spaghettis and meat sauce tasted terrible. The rest of the food was fine but only warm. I understand that this may have been a staffing issue, but it was frustrating all the same.
My advice to travelers, make reservations if you want to eat on resort on the weekends. We had a much better experience the second night at another resturant.
The hotel itself was clean and nice.

Amazing hotel with great amenities. Unfortunately the station was closed so we couldn’t ski but could imagine how great the location is.

Clean with friendly staff. Pet policy leaves a lot to be desired! Fee way over industry norms!

Large and clean room. Great pool and whirlpool. The gym and game room are large and functional. Teenage will definitely enjoy here. We did not dinning at the hotel restaurant due to the review. Restaurants nearby closed very early, not that many dinning options.

The complex is fantastic. Indoor and outdoor pool plus large therapeutic pool and whirlpool. Kids loved it! The games room could use a fixup but kids also loves that including the air hockey and play structure! Right at base of mountain. We used this hotel as a home base for various day trips. Go to Tadoudsac (whale watching) it's well worth it and the town is lovely. My only complaint is that the "penthouse" room we had (#541) had the worst bed set up and not reflective of what is shown in pictures. The upstairs inexplicably had four singles...and downstairs a double. Wth? Also no proper balcony for this penthouse room. Tip: request anything but room #541.

After a long journey on the road, it was great to arrive to a welcoming front desk, and a spacious, clean room with unexpected amenities, including a kitchenette and seating area. We felt very at home here. Thank you.
