Excellent hotel! Very clean and grounds well kept. No stairs to climb so accessing room was super easy. Assigned parking so no parking fuss with others.

This was a one-night stop for us, on the way to Key West. We were looking for something on the way, functional, clean with parking and thats what we got. The breakfast was nice too, they had bagels & you could make your own waffles! The owner/receptionist was a super sweet guy.
The hotel seemed full of people with similar idea and purpose as us, so from that angle it looked safe. However, please allign your expectations with reality: since this whole city/village is on the road, we saw a few other accomodations like this one (not commenting on the pool part)...so it is really a lodge, dont expect actual hotel. Overall it was safe, but as I said, it is located on the road so please take it into account for your own satisfaction. :) There are plenty of food options around & the outlet mall 5min away.

This Travelodge was so clean both inside and out. Convenient marked parking space. Room was nice, bed very comfortable, extra nice linens. Liked that there were 2 sitting chairs and table in addition to desk and chair.

After a very, very long day, we arrived late evening and appreciated the warm
welcome and check in from Vidal.
Our room was exceptionally clean, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. Although a modest lodging, it is obvious the management takes great pride and care.

Property and room were very well kept and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is heated and was kept very clean. Was actually pretty peaceful and quiet even though its located on a busy road. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Was pleasantly surprised, especially for the price! I give them a 10. Property has 24 security which is very comforting.

We stayed for three nights while exploring the Everglades. It is such a nice quaint motel. The landscaping is charming and immaculate. Everything on the property is exceptionally clean. The breakfast had good choices both hot and cold items. There are plenty of dining options close by, several within easy walking distance. It was a good location for an easy drive to both Shark Valley Visitor Center and Flamingo Visitor Center in Everglades National Park. It was also a convenient location for driving to the Keys. We would definitely stay here again.

Basic, old property that was clean. It was OK for a one night stay and the location was good as it was the gateway to the Keys. But not a good value for the price that we paid.

This was one of the cleanest, best-cared-for motels I have ever stayed in. The facilities are not brand new but they are well kept and the grounds are very tidy with nice places to sit outside. You can tell the proprietor really goes the extra mile

This classic motel is only one block away from West Palm Drive, the entry road to the Everglades NP. Check in was very fast. Our room (#208) was clean but had a rather musty smell. The first night we had loud neighbors and noticed that the soundproofing is poor. The following two nights no such problems (an older couple being very quiet). The offering at breakfast is a bit limited, perhaps also due to the very small room it is served in. The few tables outside bring little relief. All in all a reasonable motel and a good base for the Everglades NP.

I have to say I was skeptical about the reviews but I stand corrected. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast - there was a lot of selections. The security and safety was top notch ;)

This is a clean well maintained motel. The room was very clean and reasonably updated. Bed was comfortable. They have a heated pool and free breakfast. Managed competently and the staff was friendly and helpful. In an area of run down hotels this was refreshing.

Over all an older hotel, but the rooms are clean the beds conformable and the pool was heated!! Close to a few goo places to eat and across the way from liquor store!! Very nice staff who checked us in a just a few minutes

loved having all the rooms on the ground floor with chairs outside. Everything was clean and comfortable. Not all the washing machines and dryers worked, but enough that we did laundry easily. The staff at the desk were great, especially George who could recommend restaurants in the area, and they were good! It's location for getting to the Everglades and Biscayne NP made getting places easy .
Would definitely stay there again. Staff were friendly and helpful which always makes a difference!

This motel is a good example of how great a traditionally laid-out motel can be. The condition of the property is immaculate and the room was excellent. All rooms on one level, and each car has a designated space right outside the room. We received a message in advance from the manager, Mr Patel, to say that he wanted us to have a good experience and we did. Check in (by Mr Mehta) was friendly and efficient and he went to great lengths to talk us through the local dining options (we took his advice). The swimming pool was heated and a welcome relief after a long day. Excellent breakfast too. Can thoroughly recommend this place.
