The only good thing about this hotel is that there’s a shopping plaza across the street. But this hotel is in need of an update. They house homeless people so maybe they stay there all day and sleep that if u get up and walk at 7am you will get a call from the downstairs room of 241 and complain about noise eventho I’m a 120lb person packing stuff and not stomping! Parking is plenty and gated that’s good… other than that don’t go here!

Hotel was decent and clean. They only gave two towels for four people. The lady running the breakfast made you feel uncomfortable as she would sit and just kind of glare at you while you were eating

The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke weed and alcohol. The walls are super thin you hear everything. Sheets were all stained. Housekeeping took all our towels and didn’t replenish or do anything else in the room. when we asked for more towels for our party of four, they would only give us two towels, insisting that each room was only allowed two towels. my son had a hard time breathing during our stay. Couldn’t even bring my daughter into the hotel because of severe allergies to smoke. Horrible experience

The hotel stay itself was fine. However, I needed to cut the stay short by two of four days because my ex wife passed away. Hotel$.com would make no consideration for this. Neither I nor my company will never use Hotel$.com again.

It was for business and the room had a stale smell and the cabinets doors was broken and put back instead of replacing them.

Looks good from outside. Best way to describe it is that it’s sketchy. Can hear everything going on in the halls and adjoining rooms. Lots of road noise from route 4. Overall condition is poor. I have attached a picture of the elevator buttons on the second floor. This is not that big of a deal but it is indicative of overall condition. If you are on the second floor it’s hard to tell how to get an elevator down since there is no down button. After a while we figured out that if you push the up button you may end up going up but at least you will be able to select floor 1.

Well it said that it was a non smoking property but there was guest smoking weed just outside of the front desk and cigarette. I would have changed my hotel if this was the case. knowing that I’m coming to a up in smoke concert.

Sounded like someone was playing basketball above our room. Pounding on the walls and floor early in the morning. Called the lobby twice, finally went down to the lobby. Very unhelpful staff. Lobby said it was cleaning crew--clearly not! Then lobby said she would call the room above us, she didn't call the room above us until we called the lobby the second time. Also the elevator did not work well, we used the stairs.

Room was clean, comfortable and quite. The rooms have a microwave and mini refrigerator. They also serve a complementary breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Woke up to at 2:00am both nights of my 2 night stay to emergency alarms going off. They were still going on at 5:00am when I left for work. Non smoking rooms smelled of cigarettes and had burn marks on plastic decor. Sticker from previous guests closthing weew stuck to the furniture. Water pressure was poor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast was excellent, with cheese omelets, potatoes & sausages, also biscuits & gravy and waffles, plus lots of other good stuff. But the room didn't have any hand soap or coat hangers! Plus the room door was very difficult to open-- spring too tight! Also, access was limited to just the center two entry doors, one of which closed at 9:30 or 10:00. Otherwise, it's a very good place in a good location.

I have stayed at Best Westerns before and not had an issue but I would not recommend staying at this location. The front staff were very unfriendly, they allow pets and don't clean well enough so our room smelled like dog. They also don't change the sheets well because we found a blood stain (not sure if fresh or they just didnt throw away a stained one) on our sheet. They vacuumed the room above ours at 11pm and room service came at 8am which was very odd.

The property is rundown and is in need of a facelift/renovations. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The sheets and towels were old too. It’s need to be turned into a “Plus” hotel.

Great staff. Easy access to the freeway. Easy parking. Pool was very tiny and they allowed some drunks to take glass bottles of liquor into the hot tub area

While the decor might be due for an updating, the staff keep the hotel very clean. The rooms are re-set to a high standard between guests, with conformity between rooms. IOW - good training means no variation in how the rooms look. It never depends on which staff member cleaned your room.

It was awful. The parking lot had a couple of homeless people on the premises. There was dog droppings on the walk way to the front entrance. Once in room the floor was not vacuumed, there were food chunks on the chairs, the hallway window screen was off and someone was going in and out of it. Was not clean nor safe to stay there at all.

Did not like that it took 30 minutes to get checked in. Only one little old lady working the desk & there were only 2 others in front of me to check in. AND since my reservations were made online, WHY THE HELL is she asking me if my stay of business or pleasure. It's none of HER business! AND I always ask to be away from the elevator & she put me in a room RIGHT NEXT TO THE DAMN ELEVATOR! I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

The location was east and convenient for us. The hotel staff was not helpful caring or courteous. The room felt old and dirty. The second night there was a person standing at the door across from our room staring at the door for 10 minutes. People were banging around all night including knocking on our door in the middle of the night.
