there was a lotttt of late night noise in parking lots 3am type, tv only works for 10 minutes at a time then powers itself off .that was turned in on 1st night but never was repaired during 4 day stay.

I’m actually the daughter of the the couple that stayed. They enjoyed their stay once the kinks were worked out but the first day was extremely stressful and difficult. The hotel staff stated there was an issue with the hotels.com payment and was threatening to kick my senior parents out of the room while they weren’t even at the property. Even though we had proof of payment and the issue wasn’t on our end. They were basically suggesting a double payment to correct the issue and knowing their policy would not refund what we had already paid through hotels.com.
This being my parents first trip away without me there to handle everything, I was 4 hours away having a panic attack while working with hotels.com reps who could not get the hotel to answer the phone with multiple attempts. I even tried and could not get through. Then I finally had to escalate to a hotels.con supervisor who after more multiple attempts finally got the hotel in the line and was able to correct whatever the issue was and get my parents all settled. I believe the hotel should have offered them a free future stay after all that mess because it caused some major stress!
Other than that my parents weren’t too disappointed with their stay and did like theirs room.

Check in was fast young lady at front desk was very nice.. we requested a room on the first floor and that’s what we got..was very pleased with that l…upon entering the room there was a roach on the floor..overall the room was clean until I went in the bathroom..there hair on the toilet,sink and tub.. always take gloves and my own cleaning supplies..then when I went to wash my face the sink was stopped up so my husband unclogged it with wash clothe…we only had 2 wash cloths..well u get what u pay for it was a last minute getaway..but overall it was ok..

Unfortunately, the Friday pricing was way beyond the quality provided. The sheets had fingertip size holes in them, the sink backed up in the morning simply brushing my teeth, the towels were stiff and smelled cheaply washed, and there was a stand alone floor dehumidifier in the room. To add to it, there was literally someone changing/swapping out the transmission from their SUV in the parking lot. Literally, the front tires of the vehicle were pulled up on the curb, and 3-4 guys had the transmission laying on the ground beneath the vehicle, exhaust disconnecting and on the ground, too.

Refrigerator leak into floor multiple times, mold stain shower curtain, minimal breakfast - no fruit, sausage was old and greasy, old bread for toast, not a good breakfast

The owners were amazing but due to previous occupations, our blankets had cigarette holes and the door was hard to open.

A rather well-used motel. Generally okay, but not a great place. Outside doors. Breakfast was disappointing and things were being stored in the lobby (mattress and other things.)

We really wanted to like this hotel, BUT...
the sink in the room took 10-15 minutes to drain a half a cup of water. Brushing teeth was less than optimal. Called front desk and they promised to come right up. We waited 30 minutes. Called desk again... told them we were going out, and it was agreed the sink would be fixed while we were out. When we returned at the end of the day... the sink had not been fixed. Since we were leaving next day, we sucked it up... told man at front desk when we left that we weren't stratified. His reaction indicated that i may as well have spoken in swahili. I will say beds were comfortable. The tub was grimy and i cleaned before using. Finally, there was food in the microwave from previous occupant. Expected better...

It was like staying at a crack hotel. Toilet seat needs be be replace as the plastic was rolling up on it. Thin walls, no weather stripping at the bottom of the door so bugs could get in, people talking all night right outside the door, kids running up & down the corridors. Not enough parking. Asked to cancel and was told it was too late. Didn’t feel safe at all!

They were doing some renovations, so I figured all their noise was coming from that until I heard a really loud noise which made me jump out of the shower to find two men trying to break in the front door then come to realize it were the owners it was completely embarrassing, and stupid on their part, because I had the do not disturbsign on the door and the door was even latched and double locked and they were trying to break the door down with the latch locked they’re only explanation for doing so was we’ve been knocking for 30 minutes which they had not!

There was no information that the hotel was undergoing renovation, my granddaughter got an allergy to paint, we had to find another hotel

The blanket had blood stain on it, the blow dryer didnt work, the in room coffee maker didnt work...the floor was grittie like it hadnt been swept or cleaned

Dirty, terrible area, comforters had huge holes and burns areas on them, floors were dirty and rooms were dusty. Did not feel safe there at all. No comfort. Stayed one night could not sleep there

Okay there under renovation so paint was on a lot of stuff in the room like the air conditioning the towel rack and had strong paint smell but I will say the rate was cheap so I wasn’t surprised and I was only there one night

We did not stay here. There were bugs in the room, stains on the mattress and bedding, and stains in the toilet bowl also.

I left my makeup bag there and did not realize it until the next day. Made contact with the property and they found it and mailed it back to me! Great service!

The place is older, and not in the best shape, but it was clean. the staff was friendly. we checked in late, but check-in was quick. the place was quiet through the night, but as people woke up, the noise level increased. My only big complaint was the TV did not work.

Very unpleasant experience and was just dirty and unsanitary and infested with cockroashes, there was 3 on bathroom wall when first walked in, 5 dead ones on floor. I would sleep in my car before i would sleep there again.

I enjoyed my days & nights here. Was pretty quiet n friendly staff. Breakfast should be provided as we did the first morning we were there other morning were difficult other than that it was good Thank you so much

When we went to check in the battery for our door lock wouldn’t work. After countless attempts to get it to work we were told the battery for the lock was dead and the staff didn’t have a master key to access the room. We were moved to a different room that had rust on all the fixtures, there were dead bugs and an ice cream cone wrapper in the light fixture above the sink. There was also a crack in the sink itself. The beds have spring mattresses with an aluminum box spring on bottom so ever time you moved it sounded like someone coming down a fight of metal stairs. The next morning we took advantage of the continental breakfast, which was the hotels only good quality. We were limited on time so we chose to eat in our room. As we are eating our breakfast a roach crawled across the desk. This hotel definitely needs to upgrade.

Check in was slow, did not go to the room until 11:00pm and found the room had not been cleaned after the former guest. They apologized and offered the only available room but the room would not accommodate us. Ended up driving an hour and a half home.

This property was more a $40 room not $125 room. Room smelled, and were old and outdated. Toilet was stained and seat was peeling. Ice bucket had standing water in it. Ice machine didn’t work. I was in a bind and needed a room for one night and it was Shrimpfest weekend but I wouldn’t stay or recommend this place to anyone.

The covers were not comfortable, it was either too hot or too cold, the floors felt like they had never been clean. The wall looked like it had been patched up,and it smelled funny. I will not stay there again.

We actually checked in, went to the room and came back out & checked out. The hotel is in need of much work. The outside is run down. The inside was not what I would expect of a Quality Inn. There appeared to be mold in the tub area & on refrigerator. Just overall not an impressive place.

Nasty and horrible service!! I would rather sleep in my car!!
My grandson had to sleep on the floor because they didnt have a room with a sofa bed. We paid for a a room for 3 for a reason!
Then my husbad had to take a sponge bath because we couldnt get shower to work.
We also had to move bed to get something that fell. We found an abundance of Roachs and trash!!. Nasty!!

The first lamp’s bulb was out. The bathroom had spiders in it. Lighting for the room was dim from cheap inefficient bulbs

The property was VERY VERY outdated. The mirror had black specks all over where you could barely see through mirror. The front door had crack through you could see light. Horrible luckily we only were there 12 hours.

Parking spots were tight and not easy to get in and out of, hotel is just a little worn but overall a pretty good hotel and was fairly clean. Beds were good and so was the shower. The hot breakfast that was served was also good.

The price of a hotel that is actually a motel. Room stunk of cigarettes and musty. Beds were dirty, bathroom stuck like pee.
Really disappointed on this stay.
