Precious was amazing and knew everything about everything. Super sweet people work there and take pride in their work & it shows!

One night stay. On first floor. Overall good, but lots of room doors closing loudly part of the night and early am. Breakfast had good choices, but they didnt keep up with how fast it went out.

Not happy about our stay here for the cost. Will never stay here again nor recommend. First off, the door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t lock. Secondly, there was rust/ or mold in the keurig single serve. The floor in the shower was covered in crap even our boys complained. Lastly, we had a king bed with pull out sofa sleeper for our two boys and they didn’t revenge have blankets and pillows for our children to be able to go to bed.

Loved the location and the staff was very friendly. I wish they had a waffle maker though instead of the pancakes. Also I didn’t see a little freezer in the mini fridge. Overall, it was a really nice stay

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. No noises around. Bfast was decent and convenient. Loved the custom board in the lobby with local food recommendations and things to do.

Very good breakfast, conveniently located for what we needed, very clean and comfortable. We were a bit concerned about the tub. It is very slippery, even with rough strips on the bottom. The bottom of the tub is also rounded from the middle of the bottom up to the sides making it difficult to stand in. For someone older and not the most steady on their feet, it is definitely a fall hazard.

We stayed in several hotels over the last week and this one was by far the best one. Very welcoming and helpful staff and extremely clean. Breakfast was really good also.

Bathroom was very dirty. I dropped a damp towel on the floor and it came up black. Tub was full of rust on the bottom. Was very concerned about the carpet and bed linens bases on the status of the bathroom.

I stay at HIE when I travel all over because it’s very consistent. Rooms were smaller than usual and out dated. In a pinch just fine but not like the others. Great staff and clean.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We were surprised at all the complimentary breakfast foods. The room was clean, also the bathroom was very well lit. It had a coffee pot, microwave and a safe with a large wardrobe closet. The bed was harder then we like but nice location and we would definitely stay again.

The room was super. Breakfast basic. Check in extremely slow. People in front of us had great difficulties with their expedia reservation. Can't recommend expedia because of it.

Easy to find. What I didn't like was the staff when we checked in. The gentleman helping us was very nice and helpful. The woman who came out was not very nice. Was not in a uniform, no name tag, and was very rude.

The staff was friendly and professional. I wanted to change the location of my room and it was taken care of with a smile and efficiency. The breakfast was good. We travel routinely and to have a tasty hot breakfast was a delight. We will make this our overnight in the area.

This hotel truly had the best shower of our whole trip! Beautiful and nice water pressure. The room was nice sized, and the breakfast was great!

The accommodations were very clean, comfortable, and updated. Comfortable bed with pillows labeled for degree of softness or firmness. The breakfast options were more than expected with several cooked items. The staff was very helpful at check in when we asked to check in a little early and at check out when I had to go back and retrieve a forgotten item. I highly recommend this hotel.
