Stayed for 6 nights. Water for showers was lukewarm the entire time. Internet is spotty. Beds are super comfortable though! Overall with the exception of the water, we had a nice stay. Very nice renovations to entire hotel.

Tub stopped up. Refrigerator leaked phone didn't work had no TV. People coming in room when we weren't there. No hairdryer said if we want to leave we could. Rude

I wanted to like it. It is newly renovated but a couple really bad things. I usually don’t write reviews so take it for what it’s worth: 1. The entire place is ceramic floors. I was in room away from the lobby and there were people in the lobby until 3 in the morning and it sounded like they were just outside my door—sounded like I was in a bathroom or a pool. I couldn’t sleep 2. Hairs on the shower wall 3. New bathroom faucets are pretty but they don’t stick out enough—you can’t get your hands under to get water without making a mess. 4. Front staff seemed annoyed that I was there.

Clean room and bathroom. Easy check in and check out. Good breakfast included. Plenty of parking.

It wasn’t good experience. The air wasn’t working and too much noise not able to sleep. And the bed wasn’t comfort. And the pool wasn’t open.

When I got there half of the property was under renovation. The thing that really got me was they had closets but no clothes hangers. When I ask for some, the only thing the front desk said was we don't have any. The staff that was cleaning rooms was very nice and clean.

The property has been recently renovated and is clean and spacious. Convenient location to drive to surrounding area. Breakfast was provided and coffee was good! The elevator was not working during my stay which is why I gave only a 4star rating to facilities.

Property was under renovation, which was not a problem. The amount of people just hanging out in the parking lot, who were not employees was a bit concerning for us.

The place is currently being renovated. I stayed at the new section and it was very clean and beautiful. I slept well throughout my stay there.

Only went with this hotel for the free breakfast.. first two days there were no eggs the last day they only had egg whites and I tried for three days to make a waffle but every time I tried the spout was broken. I’ve never been so frustrated and ended up eating McDonald’s for three days. Save your money and go somewhere else

Better than expected! The Quality Inns I’ve seen are mostly older, unrenovated hotels which makes them less expensive. Most I’ve seen are also poorly maintained and managed - HAPPILY, this one was not. Well maintained, nice lobby, better than average breakfast, nice clean pool area. A definite “gem” of a Quality Inn.

Some one was already in my room when I checked in ..they didn’t want to give me my refund..so they gave me an updated room which they are renovating.room was nice but the place was a mess.. very uncomfortable. I’ve been got damage to my vehicle from the construction all around terrible experience.

The hotel is in a great location. The free breakfast was a great amenity. They offered a hot breakfast with grits, egg, sausage, etc. The rooms needed to be updated. My kids noticed the lamp shade as stained as son as they walked in. There were stains on the lower sheets. One of the sheets had about a 7 inch by 7inch cut as I'd they tried to cut out a stain. I was not satisfied with that at all. I actually ended up going to Sam's Club and purchasing 2 sets of sheets to put on the bed for my kids and I to have a sanitary place to sleep. The pool was obviously closed, and it was not because of weather. It was 80 all weekend but the pool was not clean. The elevators were covered in cardboard on the inside. I asked for extra washcloths because my room only had 2. They did not have any so he gave me hand towels instead. I have never experienced that. The staff was very nice and friendly but my family and i did not have a good experience with our accommodations. The website is very misleading

Was remodeling, so cleanliness wasnt so great. Stayed for two days and stairway wasnt cleaned that went to the lobby. Breakfast was pretty good. Although the last day we was there, no bread was available to make toast or bagels.

I like the staff and service. Room had bent lamps, loose electrical outlets, dirty lamps, outdated furnitures, room phone was inoperable.

Many things are wrong with this hotel. It doesn’t look like the picture at all, more ran down in person. We got a room with a king size bed and after getting the the room we discovered the air conditioner didn’t work and is visibly broken and the room obviously not cleaned well. The room was very hot. There was trash under the bathroom sink and there was something on the rug. Called the front desk and they gave us another room but she didn’t seem to understand why we couldn’t stay in a room without ac. The other room was a double queen which was too small but they ac worked. We saw a man sitting in the lobby that night when we came in and I kept seeing him the rest of the time we were there. He was obviously homeless and sleeping on the couch in the lobby because he had a bag of clothes with him and was in the same outfit. Who knows how long he’s been squatting there and no one says anything to him. The doors to get into the building say you need your room key to get in but you don’t and the doors are always unlocked. This is very unsafe. There was trash and dirt all down the hallways from where they don’t vacuum a lot. I will never be back to this hotel.

This hotel is set up terribly if ones room is at the rear of the complex, making a visit to the office quite an ordeal. The hotel had an overall bad odor to it, and the room furnishings are old and outdated, and have minimal electrical outlets. The bathroom had compromised floor tiles, a rusty sink drain, loose bathtub fixtures. We weren't told that our room was in the rear of the building and that it was a fair distance from the office, making the walk with luggage a struggle.

First room we got, had a cigarette burn on the top comforter and the room smelled like cigarettes and piss. Second room was a little better but not a great impression at all. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Had two rooms, both rooms had mold in the shower and crumbs in the beds before we got in them. One had hair on the ceiling in the bathroom, a grease spot on the mirror from someones forehead, and inspend a large part of the night flicking roaches off the two beds so my kids could sleep. Staffs answer was we will clean it better next time sorry

Trash in the hallways, carpets in room stained, smelled like smoke. Check in clerk was not very friendly. Seems to be a lot of riff raff here

We walked in to the room and immediately the horrible stale smell of cigarettes hits you like a giant wave! Walls and furniture were in poor condition with scratches. The ceiling looked like it was about to cave in! I told my family to not even put their stuff down. I should have known what to expect when I walked by one room that had dolls in the window and a cigarette ash tray outside the room loaded with butts!

The bed is not comfortable at all. I found a bug in the bathroom. The bed needs to be changed

For the price it was a place to sleep. But the hallway, elevator and room smelled of smoke and illegal substances. The lights flickered before turning on and overall the place is run down.
