Check in is at 3pm. Got there 3:20 still has to wait 30 extra minutes because the room want ready. Smelly hotel, dirty carpet, staff is rude. They don’t want to work there. Found marihuana joints in the drawer. Dirty bathrooms. A really bad experience.

Good inexpensive night stay. Stay was friendly although you could hear conversations through the walls and it in the halls, it was still enjoyable night at America's Best Quality Inn...

No pillows in room upon arrival. Two pillow cases on the bed. Had to call desk. Roaches were active in hallway and bathroom. At check in was told that there would be waffles available at breakfast. They were not and nothing hot available and no fruit available. TV stopped working. Maintenance man was unable to resolve.

More clean, refresh forniture

This property is a bit dated in its decor. However, for the price point, it is an excellent choice when you need a place just to rest. It is close to shopping centers, is clean, safe and has the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. We arrived very late due to traffic delays but the front desk staff was very courteous and informed us that he had upgraded us to a suite (at no extra charge) because the room originally reserved for us had an issue with the lighting. Great way to be proactive. Our king suite was very spacious, had a separate bathroom sink in addition to the one in the actual bathroom. Water pressure was a bit low but plenty of hot water. They had an air freshener attached to the AC so the room smelled fresh. AC worked great. Much needed in 100 weather. We did not experience the free breakfast as we chose to eat elsewhere. Thank you to the staff for your attention to details.

Employees need to be more welcoming and not have an attitude while checking in guest.

Front desk personnel were polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean . Pool area an bbq area are so nice . I really had a great time here with my kids . Family friendly. It's like a second home . Love it .

I received a king and got a full size also didnt get the smoking room we asked for. I questioned them about it and they told me the 4 king rooms are all took. The breakfast in the morning was cerel or a Waffle. Will not recommend any one staying there.

I was unable to change the HDMI input ON THE TV so I could use my PS4.

What a wonderful stay! Everyone was so friendly. The room was large and clean. Our fridge wasn't working and they immediately came and replaced it. I would definitely stay here again.
