One of the beds in our room had three areas with blood and a hair on it. We had to move rooms after a very long day of travel. The stairway was dirty and a used band aid was laying on a step. It was all disconcerting. We stay at holiday inn express motels often but maybe not again.

Hotel room was very nice. Check in was easy. Close to interstate, easy, close to hobby lobby :).

Tried checking in at 3:00 which was check in time and was told that the room I reserved the month before was not ready and it wouldn’t be ready until 3:30! They told me they had an other room but had queen beds instead of the king beds I had reserved. So I asked if I was going to get a discount and she told me she would not be able to do that and I still had to pay the same price as the other room I did not get!!

Good location, facility was clean. Breakfast was decent and staff was stocking items as the morning went on. Check in was quick amd overall pleased with our stay.

The hotel was good, beds very comfy. The area around the hotel was an interesting mixed bag of places, gas stations, car dealership and a hobby lobby in a very weird place, but the staff recommended a couple of places to eat and we went to Cedars. Definitely worth checking out.

Clean, comfortable room, bathroom, beds. Great location in North Platte. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay here next time we are in North Platte.

Nice clean HI. My family 7 gets 2-rooms and I couldn’t check-in the 2nd room until my oldest son got here and showed his ID - maybe we could reconsider that policy.
The rest of the trip was great.

We did not get to stay here. Exprdia indicated this was a pet friendly facility but it is not. The front desk staff helped us find a pet friendly room at another hotel nearby.

My room was nice, but not $200/night nice. The person working the desk when I checked in was very rude and the person that checked me out the next morning wasn’t much better. You would think when paying that much for a night, the employees could at least put a smile on and make you feel welcome instead of a burden for staying with them.

Check in was fine. We were disappointed to find that our bathroom wasn’t clean and it looked like one of the beds was somewhat disheveled.
Breakfast was good and Cathy in the dining area checked in with all of the guests to make sure we were satisfied with our breakfast. She cleared our plates as well. What a gem she is. So friendly too.

Have stayed here 3 years ago and it was obvious how the building had gone downhill. Can see why it was downgraded to a 2 star hotel. Will not stay here again.
