Shabby bathroom door rotted at bottom toilet seat not cleaned looked like it was painted over chairs in breakfast torn and not repaired Staff was friendly

Great staff, rooms were clean , pool area very clean and kept up

The front desk person was on his cell phone during check in. The room was a little dated with mold in bathroom. It was an ok room for one night. Our room was on ground level and right behind our room was a broken down travel trailer with people coming in and out of it all night.

Quiet and clean!

Didn't like walking up 2 flights of stairs. Didn't like no fan in the bathroom. Didn't like low/small toilet.

Nice and well kept property. Room was just as expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A quick ride to downtown Stillwater for dining and shopping. Would stay here again.

You need to replace your towels. They felt like burlap or sandpaper. Totally unacceptable in a motel. Impossible to dry with them.

All sorts of Covid paraphernalia still up parking lot seemed unsafe, poorly lit. The food was terrible for the continental breakfast would not stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet, well kept, good breakfast, coffee available by the office. Friendly staff.

Breakfast selection was minimal and didn’t look appetizing.

Room had such a musty smell we had to leave early due to my asthma. No refund given for 2nd night. Also at check in, front desk tried to give us a room on 2nd floor / no elevator when reservation was cleary for an accessible room. They did give us a furst floor room, however shower was not very accessible as it was normal tub shower combo with just more grab bars and shower wand. Lots of sand in hot tub. Ceiling falling down in bathroom. Odd black horizontal marks on wall of room.( Hoping not black mold. It would explain the smell) All chairs of dining room raggedy/ torn upholstery. Would avoid this place at all costs.

The curtains were very dirty and held together with tape, and the light shades were very dirty. The staff is great. Breakfast not so good.

Lobby and public areas attractive and updated. Overpowering possibly chemical smell when entering room, later dissipated to reveal slight mildew smell. Main area of room was fine and surface clean. The bathroom had been partially updated, but rust on door, older bath fixtures, repaired/painted toilet seat and lack of ventilation definitely detracted from experience.

Delighted to see the room upon arrival. Clean, pleasant furnishings, roomy and very fresh smelling. Front desk was very helpful in finding station guide for television. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

Wanted a better continental breakfast. . Location for where we needed to go was great.

Expected more for the continental breakfast. Always was fresh fruit, and waffle option other places i stayed. This only had 1 option. Toilets really low. Otherwise location great

The room 101 was very musty smelling. There needs to be thicker carpeting or padding because at 11:30 at night the floor vibration was unreal. And maybe lock the door to the laundry facilities. At 6:00 AM no one wants to here the sound of the washer and dryer from the floor above

Room and property were okay overall. Room kind of smelled like stale cigarettes, but was clean overall. Bed was comfortable. We loved that the pool area was adults only after 10 pm. Gave us time to relax and unwind without having kids throwing pool tools and jumping in the pool constantly.

Great check in, fast and courteous. Pool was perfect as was hot tub. Room was great. Ckean, mini fridge and microwave

Room 103 was the first room my friend and I was in for a four day stay. We were schooled about having a dog and could be charged much extra for the “smell” and the cost for them to clean the room. After two days we could not stand it anymore. The smell was so bad it was almost as if mold was under the wet carpets. The bedding was wet the towels were wet. The entire room was musty. Friday after much begging and having the employees come to the room to experience what we were smelling they agreed to move us. No elevator and we may have to go to the second floor. We waited and waited in the lobby while the staff attempted to find us a room, stating they were over booked and the system wouldn’t let him move us. But wait, magically when a couple walked in the front door to check in we were found a room. My guess is the staff didn’t want us to complain in front of the new customers This hotel should not be operating at all. It needs deep cleaned and fumigated. Breakfast was always late and cold. Just not what a person expects when good money is spent. SuzAnne Garcia

Extremely friendly service.

The hotel was fine, pool was nice. Upon our arrival there was a pair of used underwear in the corner of the room behind on the chair. The hotel manual was on the floor on top of them. It was also clear the room wasn’t vacuumed. The underwear was really gross and made us really uncomfortable.

There were no toiletries in the room, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, soap. We had to ask for this at the front desk. A first for means was a little inconvenient. Overall everything else was excellent.

Granted, there was a hockey tournament in town so the hotel was busy with kids. They were petty loud and running up and down the halls. The pool hours stated no kids after 10. This was completely ignored despite 1 of our groups request to the staff to intervene. The garbages were overflowing, the coffee was empty by 8:30am, there were no towels to be had. I think the staff just hid in the back room and collected a paycheck.

The ventilation in the bathroom was terrible. As a result, there was untreated mold growing on the shower ceiling. The shower curtain was full of mildew at the bottom and smelled.

A great place to stay, the staff are very friendly and professional, and Mikes taxi is the best!

Not impressed at all. Was there for a 3 night stay. First night TV's went out through the whole hotel. Called front desk and was informed they did not know how to fix it and that I could speak to manger in the morning. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about. Towels took a layer of skin off when drying off. The only staff that greeted us was the young man that checked us in on night one. Not impressed but a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in I guess.

My daughter and I stayed for a short getaway. The staff, especially the manager, were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Reasonably priced
