Dis not stay at the property

Not even ice cube trays in the freezer? They might have mentioned there were no kitchen items when I checked in. I couldn't call down to ask, because my phone didn't work. I told them and two days later it still didn't work.

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The first floor smelled so bad we had to breathe through our mouths. The front desk said they keep telling management to get new carpet for the first floor but they don’t listen. The first room they put us in had used towels and washcloths in the tub and on the sink. We asked for a clean room. The second room they put us had thick smoke and the room was dirty. It felt like third world conditions. I don’t know how the health department hasn’t been involved to shut this hotel down or require higher standards.

There were no trash bags in the only trashcan provided in room. We were told there would be muffins for breakfast when we checked in but no muffins were available. No hand soap in bathroom to wash hands so we had to use shampoo. Tried to get trash bags 3xs no one was at desk. Very clean room as I am a housekeeper at a hospital. Bed was top hard.

Inside of the building was dirty and smelled. Would not come back to this hotel chain.

Lobby door locked and nobody around to check-in.

Rooms were disgusting. Sheets were filthy, looks as though it wasn't really cleaned... French fry left in the microwave and someone's used bar of soap in the shower. 100% would never recommend to ever stay in an extended stay ever again.

Hall smelled of urine, "free" breakfast not available, had to ask for toilet paper, nothing (dishes, pots, silverware, trash can) in kitchen, laundry room dirty, toilet didn't flush correctly, hall carpet dirty, furniture dusty. BUT....all staff were helpful, good hot water, comfortable bed, quiet room, good wifi, some updates in room: walls painted, bathtub upgraded, bathroom faucet new, nice neighborhood.

I didnt like the room it had a horrible smell food left in the refrigerator floor in bathroom oily toilet seat broken toilet not working carpet stained & dirty wifi didnt work asked for towels never received them & dog constantly barking.

Nice stay. Enjoyed it.

Housekeeping did not report that day and two young front desk clerks prepared the room. Trash was not emptied and wet used towels were still in the bathroom. It was taken care of promptly. Bed wasn't made very well but was clean and comfortable. Floors, corners and damage to wall particularly by shower made me feel it was not as maintained as it should be. Side stairwell was crumbling and dirty.

Dirty bed sheets on bed with disgusting stains. Toilet didn’t flush properly. No toilet paper in bathroom. Hair and dried toothpaste in bathroom sink. Half the lights didn’t work. Overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke in both the hallways and the room itself. Absolutely appalling. If I was in charge of “extended stay America “ I would immediately take my name off of this hotel franchise.

The room was dirty. It looked like the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. There was a used wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain and there were several hairs on the shower wall. The walls in the room had several areas where the paint had been chipped off. It was really disappointing for rooms that were almost $100 each

Do not stay here. The rooms do not feel clean, and they need updated. Our couch was chewed up, the TV was rocking in the stand because it was broken. The halls smell disgusting, like weed. There were no blankets, when we asked for some they told us they didn't have any. Toilet clogged and the floor felt so greasy, had to keep my shoes on.

No elevator. Arrived and being concerned came to mind. Front desk was friendly. Opened the door to room and had a bad smell. Couch had huge hole on the arm. Floor was sticking when walking. No blankets on bed only sheets. Floor had no carpet. My one daughter asked if we should check for bugs. Other daughter was like i dont want to stay here i dont feel comfortable. We basically left as soon as we walked into the room. We have stayed at many hotels over the years since my daughter was in a competitive sport. Thus one was very old, outdated and had a bad vibe. Front desk said we would receive a refund. Im still waiting.

Advice to everyone NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE. It’s DIRTY, DISGUSTING and No Friendly Service. When we arrived around 3:00 for check in, no one was at the front desk for checking us in. Then the lady came after 1 hour and check us in. Then our bad experience started from there. NO ELEVATORS IN THE BUILDING. We had to carry our luggage to third floor. After that hallway was dirty and smelled bad. Room was not cleaned. Carpet was so dirty that you cannot walk bare foot. It was stinky and sticky. Flush wasn’t working, when informed at front desk she told try 2-3 times it’ll work. Water was getting clogged in the bathroom sink and bathtub. No sheets or blankets given for sofa bed. Front desk lady said.. “mmm lemme check, I hv sheets, no pillows or blankets..you can come and take” No trash cans or the trash bags in the room. You will have to go all the way in the back of the hotel to throw your trash. Anyway it was the worst experience ever. Never going back there. After 3 days of our stay there we shifted to mainstay suits which is a lot cleaner, service is good, has elevator, gym, nice laundry, room and bathroom is so clean.

The room I booked, but clicked the button pay at property, was sold out when I got there.

Paid nearly 200.00 for a run down hotel. Could not get an extra pillow for the room. Ask for batteries for the remote- they had none. There was no coffee in the morning and limited granola bars offered for breakfast. Hotel carpet in lobby was dirty. Place in general was run down. There is no elevator in this hotel. Bad experience and overpriced for a second rate facility.

They gave me one of the worth room I EVER had. The people had a very bad attitude. I had a 3 day stay... I left the same day I check in.

This property is not handicapped accessible. Which I have a handicapped daughter so we could not even stay there. There is no elevator. No way to get out of the hotel if there was a fire. My room was up a flight of stairs then done another flight. I felt like we were in a dungeon. The room was old and outdated. Very dingy and smelled bad. The bathroom faucet did not work right. The floors were dirty. We left after being in the room for 5 minutes. Even when we were checking in we had to wait 10 minutes and then still had to call someone. I would never recommend this site to anyone. It was so bad that even though I had to pay for it we did not stay there.

This hotel is simply okay. Check in was ok my friend was to stay at the same time and when we arrived they had no room for her. Towels are poor quality, u must turn in dirty towels to receive new ones. Don’t leave trash in the hall to be picked up they’ll charge you $15 lol never staying again

They have bed bugs so I left and reported it to the front desk

No elevators and entry was with steps to use to carry your luggage and it is not a non-smoking facility as it is advertised on Expedia.

The smoke alarm erratically chirped my entire stay. I told staff twice but nothing was done. Bath towels are very small. Staff was nice and friendly.

Very uncomfortable, beds were hard and pullout mattress was dirty. Holes in the couch cushions like an animal ate it and they just flipped it over. Musty smell. Dirty old pop bottles left on the floor under the bed.
