Complementary breakfast which was part of the reason that this hotel was booked was no longer offered. They had a piece of tape covering the sign for "Complementary." Extremely noisy all night long, more than just normal hotel noise. The hallways look like you are in a mental hospital. I never saw house-keeping. Had to call the desk to get the Wi-Fi password and they were vocally annoyed that they had to get it to me. The room was not cleaned well. The upside was the room was quite large. Would not recommend it, would not book it again.

Very noisy. Initial room didn’t have a working lock to get in . Took a long time to sort it out. No breakfast as advertised. Construction everywhere which made it hard to get to

The property was gravel and dirt and appeared to be under construction. The Motel is nice, however, the staff seems to be only two people possibly husband and wife. It was noisy, someone was drilling in the neighboring room. I was not allowed to have extra towels and before I could get any towels I had to walk all the way back to my room and gather the used towels and walked them all the way back to the wife. I've never had this experience before. Racism or?

Person in check in seemed like he was in a rush poor communication, then cleaning ladies seemed like they love to judge the people staying there making faces at the guest and gossiping. The beds where definitely not clean you can see the mold in the showers would not stay there again.

While the hotel's online description promised a complimentary breakfast, my hopes were quickly dashed upon arrival. Instead of the advertised 'complimentary hot breakfast,' a sign greeted me, revealing that the hot breakfast option had been abruptly discontinued. To my dismay, I received a meager offering consisting of a Jimmy John's breakfast sandwich and a bag of mini muffins. This stark contrast between expectation and reality left me feeling deceived, as the provided food fell far short of what was promised and what I had paid for. Even more disheartening was the lack of hospitality and courtesy demonstrated by the staff. The only available seating area in the breakfast room was promptly cleared while my family and I were still engaged in conversation, creating an uncomfortable rush to finish our meal. Lied about having microwave in rooms. Terrible breakfast, have to eat in kitchen area, can not take breakfast to room, no closet to hang clothes, owners arguing in front of customers. Pros large rooms.

not well maintained, mediocre breakfast

I had to get my mom a place to stay after we loaded her truck and she reported back that the lady was super nice in helping her get a room. When i called she was super sweet and was able to get her downstairs as well as needed. My mom reported back that the room was clean, the bed was huge, and really got her rested for the next day

They kept the pool locked up. No one could use it.

The hotel room had a musty smell, some of the lamps had no light bulbs and worse off the AC sounded like it was gargling water all night. When I checked, the coil was completely plugged up with dust.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The first stay was my first time in Texas, and the experience was adequate. After 10 months, I recently stayed here a second - and final - time. Hotel conditions were run down, some staff members were unfriendly, elevator still not functional, breakfast was mediocre, and they ran out of clean face towels (which were rough and uncomfortable as well). Worst of all, sound traveled very easily throughout the hallways. The only positives I can mention are the quality of the room and the internet speed. If you can book elsewhere, please look elsewhere.

Hot breakfast did not exist and they had no hot water for showers

Checked in room located on 2nd floor. I requested a room close to the elevator. NO ELEVATOR! Not on Web-site. The King room I reserved did not come with a closet!!! What??? I requested to be moved to a room with a closet on the first floor due to a broken foot as I was staying 3 nights They said I would be charged $15 extra each night for a closet. They said that’s the way there standard rooms come without a closet! Never again!!!

Lady at front desk rude. Asking for towels was like pulling teeth. Room is not cleaned very well. Dust everywhere trash from previous people breakfast was pitiful not much selection at all!

Our room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable! We had an issue with the shower which they promptly fixed! Will stay ther again.

Nice stay

The bed wasn't good; my head was lower than my feet. Also, the hallway is very loud; lots of hard material, which makes for a noisy place and interrupted sleep.

No iron, saw a couple of roaches, no elevator. But for what i paid i guess i cant say much

When we went to check in at 4 pm, they were still cleaning our room. We mentioned that the check-in time for their hotel was 3 pm, then how come the room was not ready until 4 pm. They baldly mentioned that their cleaning lady came late, so our room was still getting cleaned. The sheets had a little bit of dirt on them, and was worn out in places. The breakfast was very meagre. Didn’t even have butter or cream cheese for toast.
