When I first got there, they tried to put us in a room that was in the midst of being painted. The breakfast they served was stale and horrible. The customer service was for most of the time was unavailable. There was also a large red spot on the walls which was covered up by a table that they put in front of it in order to hide it. This definitely was not worth the money!!!!!!!

I had to ask for toilet paper and kleenex. Rust on bathroom fixtures, used lotions and shampoos, stained carpet, did not appear clean.

Both the Mattresses was broken on one side.washroom was not clean as someone pee on the toilet seat and all over the floor. When asked to change the room only answer is we do not have any other room. Breakfast time was 7-9 when reached at 8.30 everything is finished when asked about it just told 2 of our employees are sick thats why we do not have anything pathetic service. Do not recommend to anyone.

One set of towels Breakfast was seriously disappointing Took forever to check in Hotel clerk claims to not have seen reservation paid online and attempted to charge my card a second time.

When we got to our room the night safety lock was BROKEN/ also every single night my husband or I had to have our room key redone for it would not open our room. We was not happy

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room #204. Cigarette burns in the comforter, blood/stains on the ceiling, hair and urine soaked bathroom floor, stained and moldy/smelly fridge, cockroach on the wall, bullet hole in the bathroom door, ceiling light didn’t work, damaged furniture, and picture ripped off the wall. In addition the room key didn’t work and we had to go back to the lobby multiple times. This hotel should be torn down. I can’t believe the state doesn’t have a minimum standard for hotels. Stay away!

The pool was closed at the time for health and safety reasons so I was a little curious about that. The bed sheets we had we stained but it wasn’t a huge deal. I also found it a little weird that you couldn’t take breakfast back to the room but hats really not that big of a deal

Do not stay here. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was dirty, our 1st floor window was open (no screen) and the room reeked of bleach when we arrived. The curtains were closed, so we didn’t know the window was wide open until we heard siren blaring from the sketchy neighborhood surrounding the hotel. While brushing my teeth in the morning, I also got a foot bath because the pipes were leaking terribly. They only provided one towel and one bath mat. There were random plastic hangers and extra furniture stuffed in a corner. If it wasn’t after 10 pm when we arrived without a hotel available in 10 miles, we would have immediately left.

I won't stay there again, although the service by the front desk staff was excellent. Fitted bed sheet was ripped and mirror in bathroom had not been cleaned (was full of toothpaste spatter). Bed was clean and comfortable otherwise. Someone loudly dumped trash in a dumpster at 4 am, and dumpster was right outside my window. Pool was also closed. Overall, the hotel was disappointing.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Far below most quality inns. Dirty, smelly rooms, with no cleaning service during a four day stay. Run down and seedy in condition and clients.

This is the worst quality inn I have stayed in. Even though there is no smoking in the building the whole place smelled like it, even our room. Tapped up windows on the first floor. Front desk people were nice, but other then that it was horrible. The walls are pretty thin cause got woken up by the neighbors at 3am. We just left and sat at the nearby dennys at 4am because that was better then spending any more time here. DONT STAY HERE

The whole experience was a nightmare. There was no tv no working phone no towels no pillows I asked for the cleaning crew to do a quick clean while we were out for the day and it never got done. The whole hotel was dirty, broken ceiling, hanging loose wires, cat urine Oder, sticky floors, dirty walls, freezer in fridge was taken over by ice accumulation. No breakfast, dirty pool area, the list goes on. Wouldn’t spend over 60 bucks a night here.

They did not clean the room or provide clean towels on our two night stay.

I and my wife stayed only one night but we really loved the hotel very clean and nice place to stay I would stay again when i travel to Mankato their price is fair too

This property I feel needs some updates and definitely some good cleaning there was mold in the toilet bowl, water was lukewarm dirt in the corner of the bathroom and around appliances, for the first time I did not put a do not disturb sign because we needed towels and wash cloths because we did not have a complete set no one came while we were out no sign telling us to request it. First place where you had to eat breakfast downstairs or would be charged if you took it to your room Dining area was very small to even suggest sitting down so just went without it. Did not expect the Ritz but paying over 100 a night should of been a little more of a comfortable spot

There were Cockroaches on the wall. The door didn’t lock and the door looked like it had been kicked in from the outside. The staff wasn’t surprised when we checked out 10 minutes later

The Hotel needs to be cleaned better. The facility needed attention to Edge Vacuum Cleaning. The Room was ok. But the Hall Way and the Steps need cleaning.

The room had obvious broken furniture, the tables and telephone in the room was very dusty, the towels were old and no longer looked white. I was bitten by bugs on the bed. The manager was informed of my situation but didn’t bother to call me or find a solution. I took pictures and sent it to Expedia customer service and I was told that I’ll get 3900 points for my inconvenience but never received it. I managed and endured my stay for 2 nights after I got some clean sheets from the receptionist. This was the most horrible experience I’ve had with my reservation on Expedia ☹️😠

This Quality Inn should be banned by corporate HQ. Place is absolutely disgusting !!!!! I paid for my room on Expedia, checked in, got to my disgusting room, peeled back the bedspread and bed bugs were in plain site. I immediately turned around and left. Tried to get a refund to no avail. Had to pay another $100.00 to stay at another hotel. I did not care. Absolutely ZERO chance I'd have stayed in that place. There cannot be a more dirty, disgusting, hotel anywhere. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. It's beyond disgusting.

Probably the worst place I’ve ever been to. Staff wasn’t exactly rude but didn’t seem to care that the room was dirty & when we asked for a different one we were told it would be a king bed but was a queen. Ending up canceling and finding a different hotel to stay at.

I sold my home and needed a place to stay for two weeks until my Son graduated HS. This facility was the closest facility I could find to my son's school that allowed for dogs and I could afford. The staff was nice but the place is a pit. It appears to cater to the population that is homeless and not exactly the vacationing type. This is the first place I have ever stayed where I actually had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to make it livable. I had to ask three times for the two rooms I rented to have the bedding changed which finally happened on our 10th day staying there. I will admit that the bed was very comfortable and the internet signal was strong which was good as I work remotely. But unless you are ok with dirt, I would go elsewhere.

Where to begin? This place was in a rough area of town. I would have felt unsafe, if it weren’t for my husband. There were junkie cars in the parking lot, to go with some of the people who were obviously living there. No elevator, filthy room, air conditioner didn’t work, uncomfortable beds, broken furniture in the room, opened soap/shampoo/conditioner/ couldn’t bring food to the room because of their pest control notice. NOT worth the price we paid.

Terrible condition. Pictures were misleading. There were ants in the room. I awoke with an ant on my pillow. The ceiling above the shower was water damaged from the room above. There was a hole in the wall in bathroom. The floor of the bathroom had not been cleaned. Drapes were torn. Garbage behind end table from previous guests, We did not feel completely safe. we have photos.
