The "no smoking" room smelled of cigaretes even though i specifically told them that my kid had asthma so they decided to offer spray but that definitly would not work so i had to check out of the motel not even 30 minutes later to go to a holiday inn which was 100× better and cleaner than this place.

I wasn't sure about mask mandates because they haven't taken down the warning. However, seeing the signs around helped me realize the impacts of the pandemic abroad. I don't remember mask laws where I was visiting from. It's kind of cute though.

Seems as though it would take much to improve the bathroom conditions. Black mold is not acceptable from a health standpoint.

This motel is terrible. The carpets were ultra dirty and the entire motel super smelly. The location is shady too. The service was okayish. Would never recommend for the price. Not staying here again.

The Stay was just average. Should be proper breakfast not just coffee and muffin.

The room was dirty, there were cobwebs in the corner of the room. My socks got filthy from walking on the carpet. The shower/tub drain was very slow, by the time you got done with your shower you were standing in 6" of water. The sink drain was just as slow as the tub. The bathroom walls were dirty, looks like they are never washed/cleaned.

It is clean inside. A little noisy.

Room needs a update. The bathtub was old and peeling. The interior room walls were stained and peeling also.

The room was clean, but the property needs serious renovations. I did find a roach in the bathroom but that was the only one I saw.

I like how they attend to customers and clean our rooms.

This hotel is terrible. It smells very bad in both the hallways and in the room. The bathroom had no bath towels or soap. They should pay me to stay here. Stay away!

When we checked in, the receptionist took a long time with my license and was shaking her head. After an extended time, she confirmed that we were registered for a room and gave use keys. There was no hair dryer in the first room, so we asked to move to another room that had a hair dryer. I found out the next morning, that although there was a hair dryer in our second room, it did not work. The receptionist was not very willing to give us a second room that had a hair dryer. The hallways smelled like weed and the stairwell smelled like urine. Our first room didn't smell good either. Thankfully our second room smelled better. Bed linens did not look very clean. Neither did any carpets in the whole place. Breakfast was disappointing as there was no cold beverages or fruit. The humidity in the room was awful. I woke up at 1:30am from hearing people walking around in the room above us. I would never stay in this place again. We stayed in a hotel near Pittsburgh for the same exact price the following night and had a completely different positive experience.

Dirty and Badillo service

The lobby area and outside were clean and well lit. Sadly the room was not as nice. It was old and needs attention. It’s obvious that the housekeeping team works hard to keep the rooms clean but the place needs updating. The walls, and carpet are stained. The room looks dank and uninviting. With some proper attention I’m sure it could be a great stay.

Best overnight stay ever

Not a good experience. Rooms are full of smoky smell. When asked to give other room they gave spray to room. Not worth for money.

The property is in dire need of maintenance. The hallways reek of an unpleasant odor, and the room has a strong musty smell. The bed sheets were partially torn, and the blankets bear cigarette burns. The bathroom appears worn-out and neglected. Overall, the hotel requires immediate attention to maintenance. As for the breakfast, it was highly disappointing—a mere muffin accompanied by coffee… If you’re reading this review and contemplating staying at this hotel, my heartfelt advice is to avoid it altogether or escape while you still can.

Bad reception he must be so polite with the customers, hotel has a cockroachs. They are too bad

Should have checked other reviews. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes before having to beat on bulletproof glass to get someone to come from the back room. She was nice but you can’t hear her through the bulletproof glass and she is timid in interactions with you. Carpet in halls and room was dirty. Room reeks of old cigarette smoke. Third floor hall has other unpleasant smells. Problems with TV. Remote wouldn't work. Had to unplug it to turn it off. Shower was horrible in. You either take an unbearable hot or cold shower. Can not adjust. Towel had large tear in it. Bed sheets had hole in it. The place needs updating but that doesn’t bother me. I’m not paying extra for a room to sleep and shower in just to have it prettier. I just want everything to work and be clean. I didn’t even bother with any free breakfast. There is a great diner beside the place. I am not saying the place is horrible, it could have definitely been worse, but there is a lot of room for improvement. The location is convenient to the university if that's what you need. I will not be returning.

The bathroom door wouldn't shot and was in terrible ancient condition. Holes and damage from cigarettes everywhere in room. Dirty old chair. Out of date. On the good side: towels and sheets clean, comfortable pillows! Restaurants nearby (Board and Brew) was so fun! Quiet night and staff helpednus with directions and gave us a room we asked for w two beds

What you pay is what you will get. You can hear noise from upstairs. The service, how ever, is good and friendly. Not recommended for staying long period of nights.

Staff was not accommodating to early check-in

Nice little room in close proximity to UM and just a few clicks from the Metro to get to DC. Nothing special, just a bed and a bathroom when and where ya need it.

Bugs! The flying kind. All over the room and bathroom. The staff was very accomodating on getting it sprayed but still, bugs one day, dead the next. Not roaches, the flying kind.

The building is old. The carpets and bathrooms have seen better days. Old worn out.

This place is very nasty. It smells like a smoke factory and they have “no smoking” signs up. They linen is spotted up with stains. I walked in and asked for my money back. My advice to anyone who is looking to stay at this hotel is to run fast and don’t look back. If you are into the smoke and prostitution you would love it because that place looks like it was for those types of people.

In room bad smell, very old carpet. I can’t sleep in the whole night.
