Booked the suite for one night with my husband and that is the only room in the entire hotel that has a Jacuzzi when we used it that night Something underneath was leaking when we let the water out the whole floor had puddles of water. And when I had called to make the reservations, I asked about the pool and what time it had closed she told me 10;00 pm they didn’t tell me until I had already paid and was saying that the pool was closed for a few days

The hotel was not very clean and not in very good shape. Needs a good upgrade. The setup of the hotel rooms is very strange. The sink is in the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom. Made for a very uncomfortable situation in the middle of the night. Not possible for the second person in the room to sleep.

Hotel was.clean but the bathroom door hane was falling off. Hotel was in a good location and staff was friendly.

Breakfast food completely sucked. Small coffee cups, eggs weren’t real, thought I’d get real scrambled eggs. Sausage patties weird, coffee weak

The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling and the shower had dust, the water was coming with pieces of rust and brown. Poor reception service

Odor in room. The beds were not comfortable. I will say the common area entering the hotel looked and smelled clean. There was a small pool that looked well maintained, though I didn’t use it.

Our short stay was just OK. We used the pool. The bottom rung of the ladder was broken. Additionally, the hot tub wasn’t working.

This hotel smelled bad. Our room smelled of smoke and damp, the hallways were a mess of multiple odors as you moved down the hallway. Couch was really old, sagging. Would not boo this hotel again. It was sort of weird finding the entrance because you have to drive thru a truck stop to get there.

I did not like the cleanest of the room😞
A lot of dust. But it was dusty. The sink cabinet was dusty top microwave, dusty. In the shower, the soap holders in the corners had mold. The teabags had mold and look like something had been nibbled on them. The bed to low to the floor. The breakfast the scrambled eggs was dried up on top of them. The sausage was not brown. The orange juice did not taste like orange juice it taste like orange water.

This is the nicest Comfort Inn we’ve stayed in. It is newer, clean and doesn’t have that typical Comfort Inn moldy smell. Will definitely stay here again.

This was an emergency booking as we originally booked a Motel 6 in Elkton MD- read my review in that and you’ll understand why I needed to book this place. Last minute due to no rooms available in Newark DE area due to UD Graduation weekend. Staff was pleasant. Room was actually quite spacious and clean. Breakfast is limited but you can grab some scrambled eggs, sausage, toast and some fruit like apples bananas and oranges before you leave. Hotel also has some vending machines and ice makers. Also has an indoor pool with hot tub and it looked pretty clean and neat. Not much in immediate area but there is a Denny’s restaurant in the parking lot. Overall it is a nice place for a nights stay.

The staff were friendly when I checked in. The property needs updating and I saw a roach in my room. They offered to move me or come spray. That is unacceptable.

Everyone there is very nice and friendly. They don't clean your room and it's hard to get fresh towels. My room was pleasant but could do with a good dusting. Breakfast had a nice assortment of food. Would stay again if I had to
