An issue with the TV was taken care of by moving us to another room, even better than our original room. The young man on duty was very accommodating and helpful, making sure we were satisfied with our stay, even offering a later checkout time if needed in the morning. The staff again checked on us to make sure the room change worked out for us. They also were accommodating concerning breakfast and smooth checkout.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. The place its self needs updating the floors were cracked and had tape covering spots. The shower needs to be fixed you don’t get full water pressure cuz half the water still comes out spout. Bed was comfy. Couch looked like certain kind of stains but staff said it was bleach stains did not look like bleach lol. Overall it’s a budget friendly place.

Toilets didnt work rooms were dirty gentleman at front desk was rude didnt want to look for plunger told him i needed a different room as toilet didnt work was rude but finally agreed previous guest in room 102 smoked and was smoking pot property didnt air the room out second room bed looked like someone laid on bed no wash clothes ceiling peeling

The room was not in good condition, The bathroom toilet was broken the tub was dirty. Cracks was in the bathroom at floor. Stains on the couch. I addressed the situation to the front desk clerk. And the man said that I can talk to the manager in the morning very unprofessional.

Got the jacuzzi super suite for me and my girlfriend for new years. We’ve stayed in much more expensive rooms so I really wasn’t expecting a whole lot! It exceeded my expectations though! Not anything special but it was a large updated room. It was comfortable! Large living room area. 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, the jacuzzi tub worked great although it took some time to fill up. I did find an entire fake fingernail on the floor which tells me it’s not the cleanest place around lol! But for 170$ it was pretty nice! If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel go spend the 900-1200$ at the Royal park. If you want an affordable night away close to home n you aren’t crazy picky, this will do just fine!

Very friendly staff and the room was very cozy and comfortable. I needed a 1 night stop to do my laundry and rest for a couple of hours. I’m glad I chose here. Bed was comfortable you can tell they recently updated the place and it looks great.

All the air conditioners around the place are extremely dirty and do not provide change to the temperatures of the room. The jacuzzi was dirty and had scum bubbles. The jacuzzi also did not work well as its faulty faucets took a couple hours to fill with it hot water. With booked the room “deluxe” suite specifically for the jacuzzi, so it greatly took away from the stay. However… The staff were very sweet. The manager however did not take much accountability and wouldn’t give any sort of refund on the room just because we booked on Expedia. He offered a coupon though. It is their choice to advertise on Expedia so why penalize us for it? Again however, staff were sweethearts. Would not recommend this place, just take the dive and buy better.

Was not impressed the shower tub was horrible. We spent three nights. They never came to check or clean some of the parts on the door wet broken. Just not impressed at all.

The room was okay but the window latch was broken and a stick was placed there for security but it was too short to keep anyone out. And the heater unit was hanging off the wall cracked. The smell was not pleasant. They moved us upstairs which was better but the door had been clearly booted in and we did not feel too safe. Overall the property is worn out and looks like it’s seen better days. Stained tubs, peeling plaster but newer sinks and flooring in the rooms.

Front desk staff was nice. The hallway was filthy and very noisy with other guests loud and arguing in hallway. This happened through the night. The room was pretty worn and the floor was dirty and broken up in places. I was afraid to use the in room hot tub as it was not clean and filthy around the drain. The bathroom was ok as far as the sink and toilet but I did not use the peeling and unclean shower.

First day, my door wouldn’t lock, and the door will stay open when I came back that they gave me a second room. The light when out for five hours. Then there was a fight between a bunch of black peoples in the hallway, trying to shoot, stab each other for a rape of a 15-year-old girl. Second day around 3 o’clock in the morning fight between Black people again in the hallway super bad Thursday my door was locked and I couldn’t open with all my foods and belongings on my hand. Had to wait when I went to the front desk the guy have gone for 15 minutes had to wait, this place is really danger is sucks. You might go there and you’ll get hurt or you end up hurting somebody. I’ve never come across such a disgusting place in every words.

Looking for somewhere to stay for a low budget and accept pets is a good hotel. Staff were super nice and friendly and very accommodating to my fur baby.

Hotel room was dirty and not well maintained. The jacuzzi tub appeared to have alot of mold. Stains in bed sheets as well as hair everywhere. The room smelled very bad as did the entire hotel upon entrance. We will never stay there again.

i got this hotel because i was going to a concert nearby. the toilet seat wasn’t even connected to the toilet, the tub was broken and cracked on the side.

It was easy to find and the staff were very friendly. My room smelled like a hundred smokers lived in it for 50 years, despite requesting a non smoking room, so I’m unsure if it was coming through the vents from other rooms, but I have asthma and allergies and coughed the whole night. Usually I’ve had great luck with super 8 hotels, but this one is a bit run down, like all the baseboards were crumbly, and someone must’ve kicked a big dent in the wall of my room which was not repaired.
The sheets were clean though. I am surprised all hotels are not smoke free because it really does travel. For this reason alone, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The jacuzzi in the first room had hair in it so i got another one which is worse, some black dirt started coming out of the jets. Disgusting

The room smelled of smoke and the ac unit was yellow nicotine stained. The bed had stains. The floor had trash and old food on it. The tub was stained gray.
Staff was excellent and our refund was handled graciously.

Room was filthy. Had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room before we could stay in it. Layer of dust on everything. Breakfast was already non existing at 8 am. Will not stay again, and will not recommend to anyone
