Decent hotel. Check in was easy. Walls in the room are super thin. We could hear conversations from rooms all around us.

Overall everything was great but some areas of room does need some dusting but overall service was fast, room was nice, bathroom clean, and king bed was comfortable.

The room was not insulated well, as soon as we got in our room there was loud music playing in one of the nearby rooms. We were on the first floor and could here everything from outside.

There was a cockroach inside the room. Also I paid more to stay at this place because the reviews raved about the breakfast but it turned out to be basic just like any other place. The room also had a sewage smell that I don’t know where it comes from.

The room was nice, but the location was lousy. it was clustered in with several other hotels/motels and a coffee shop that made entering and exiting a hassle. I would choose somewhere else in the future. While there were not homeless on site, they were camping out on the outskirts of the rear parking lot, which made me feel uncomfortable about leaving my car over night.

Staff was very welcoming and answered any questions and concerns I had. Breakfast had a good selection to chose from. Definitely will be staying again

I'd have given Hillstone a 5-star for cleanliness, friendly staff and the very decent breakfast alone! Unfortunately, no bottled water in the room (and the tap is so clorinated) and the fire alarm kept going off because of the steam from the shower ~ at least that's what maintenance decided since it kept happening. FUN!

Rooms are clean , good service, good breakfast

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. Remodeled and updated. Breakfast was good. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate at all hours. I would stay there again

Our renovated room was modest, but very clean. Had a few noisy neighbors, and some one thought it would be funny to set off the fire alarm at midnight, but I would recommend this property for friendliness of staff, cleanliness, breakfast buffet, price point, and location.

It's not the first time I've slept there, this is the last time you see what happened. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy all night. The air conditioning was horrible. I found a bed bug in the bed. It was horrible. I couldn't sleep all night. I definitely stopped being. an option for me

Loud music from parking lot late at night and security did not stop them. Air conditioning had a smell. Room was clean, but horrible stay.

From an experienced traveler... Really a nice place. Fairly quiet location. Room seemed a bit tight due the Eastern King bed taking up a lot space. I wish they had some queen bed rooms for single travelers. Ice machine is kind of hidden away across from room 100.

Found the check in girl rude But, the stay was clean and quiet. Nice breakfast the room is far to small. Well, stocked and nice variety. Would stay their again.

Affordable, decent place to stay. It’s a motel, but felt safer seeing a security guard making rounds.

We arrived almost midnight and booked for 2 rooms for annovernight stay.It was the receptionist Renee who welcomed us warmly and gave us 2 rooms that beside each other as per we requested.Rooms were newly renovated and clean.Accessible to restaurants and outlet store.My only concern are the following...the telephone at my room is not working...elevator is under repair(thankfully, we were given a ground floor rooms)...it will be better if breakfast will be served until 10am instead of 9am Nevertheless, it was a great stay...value for money!I was not surprised they have a high review online.

Normally my family and I make the trek to and from Vegas to Sf and can do it in a straight shot. Our trip back did not go as planned and it was past 11pm. Enter the Hillstone Inn. Not only was the place just super cute and clean and had a nice lobby, I want to shout out to Ms Renee who is was the most absolute sweetest lady and deserves all the flowers and recognition for her welcoming and warm hospitality. We carried our 4 year old who was sleeping to the room and was surprised at all the well thought out details of the room, from the numerous usb plug outlets, the bathroom and it’s unique towel holder, the modern touches, and even the makeup wash towel with single use makeup cleansing wipe. How cute ! Beds were comfy , i can’t emphasize enough how clean everything was. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this quaint place and if we are ever in the area again, we will stay. Thanks for giving us a safe place to rest!

This hotel was very clean and room has been updated . Walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants.
