They are always attentive to my needs

I needed a place to stay, because the well on the property I live, was overflowing, making the water murky, Rodeway Inn was convenient, with great rates, and a room that was a lot nicer than what I thought it would be. I would definitely say there again.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at the Rodeway Inn and the service. I will mention that their desk area is highly uncomfortable as it only includes one wooden chair with less than enough cushion on it.
I don't know how they decide if you stay in the front facing the freeway or the back facing the other building, but if you have a choice face the freeway.

A lot of activity outside the hotel room on the property upstairs

The packets of coffee in the room, not enough to make a pot of coffee just one cup
The bed while sleeping rolls it is not secured to the wall or the floor

arrived at the location and was given the keys went to the room and noticed it smelt like cigarettes adked the guy to change rooms and he said sure no problem to just come back to front desk went back got new keys and went to room it was nice for the night quiet not a lot of noise to which i was thankful

The room was not cleaned from the prior stay. Bed was open and slept in, towels used and left in the shower.

There are no shampoos, conditioners, soaps. The towels are worn out.

Pictures and advertisement is of a much nicer hotel with a breakfast, they don’t have food. The rooms are torn apart trash. Just a bunch of lies, trash everywhere, junk cars, busses, and campers with tarps in the parking lot, pallets and huge plastic trays blocking railings on upper floors. Gross and unsanitary is the best way to describe it

I like the price that was good didn't like the no breakfast & didn't like how many police officers were in the parking lot all night didn't like the noise and then it was very dirty the staff was very nice to work with had a microwave and a refrigerator that was nice

The staff was great. I felt very afraid, not much lighting. People were comimg in at all hours. They were extremely loud & disruptive. It was 3:30am and people were shouting outside my window. I was told there was security, when i seen none. Dont take your family there.

Staff was uninterested in anything except checking you in, did not have any customer service qualities. We were checked in for two nights and left after the first for pure sanitary/saftey reasons !!! Will NEVER stay at a RODEWAY INN

The staff are friendly and helpful they have the whitest sheets and towels I have ever seen. Me being a residential housekeeper for 20 years that kind of clean comes from a place of love for there employers. I would recommend staying here not so much for the arcature or amendments but for the simple fact when you do you are supporting good people all the way down the line. I like that kind of camaraderie.

The stay was good, I believe they are in the middle of upgrading their facility. I stayed in the older section and it was not the greatest. The stay before about a few weeks earlier was excellent.

Limited staff did what they could however this motel badly needs to be cleaned up. Our nightstands had fresh spit/green expectorant which is a biohazard and we had to put our nightstands outside. Has the potential to be a good facility but it is just too dirty to recommend.

The property is centrally located with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The casino is only 5 minutes away.

I was hoping this was going to be a nice place to stay. It was not! The bathroom was absolutely filthy. It’s coming apart at the seams literally. The bathtub trim is coming off and you can see black mold. The coffee maker didn’t work and the grumpy person in the morning just told me too bad she can get me one later. Thank goodness for the gentleman in the lobby who showed me how to use the hotel one in the lobby. Noisy both nights! People yelling at each other! Cars beeping! The walls have holes in them where there’s not supposed to be, the paint is peeling where it’s not supposed to be, there’s holes in the shower, where they’re supposed to be a bar, there’s no towel bar in the bathroom because there’s a hole where it supposed to be. No this is not a place to stay.

Horrible staff, all the rooms have been smoked in and very dirty with blood on the doors and shower curtain. Also the bathroom had moldy and rotten baseboards. Never again!!!!!

Overall the room satisfied our needs. We only needed a place to sleep for one night that was clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was fast and the staff was courteous.
The place is a bit run down outside, but the beds were comfortable enough. It was close to the freeway which was very convenient for us.
