It was pretty average all the way around, I would probably stay here again when in town

To start with, the Head Manager was very snotty. Then when you use the shower, the water takes 30 minutes to drain. I told maintenance there was a lot of hair in the drain, but nothing was done about it. Then on the second night, the television quit working. I called the front desk and was told it was the Internet that caused it. Bull, there was sound but no picture. Finally the next morning, the owner came in and checked it and said to switch it out with a new one. We were checking out anyway.

The guy at the service desk was trying to do everything to make the stay right. He was very nice. The first room we had was not clean and we found some kind of bug on our pillow (not a bed bug) we got another room and inspected it with him. That room was okay but the 2nd day we came back our key didn’t work (it was cold and late so having to go to the front off of 3rd floor was inconvenient) while we were at the front we were approached by some lady wanting to pin a ride and grab statements from us because the front desk wouldn’t help her. Our AC was turning off and on at night so the room would go from freezing to humid. I honestly would not stay there again. It just didn’t feel safe especially because the lady kept on roaming the parking lot while we were there.

Room was broken down, draws in dresser was missing bottoms, tv was falling sideways with a sign not to touch it try and fix it, remote, phone didn’t work. Sink dripped all night. Front desk staff was rude when I was 15 minutes late to check out.

The listing makes it look like a hotel,it was not. This was a 4 story motel sitting in the middle of 3 major highways. We were put on the 3rd floor, broken ice machin and a tv remote that did not work. When i called the main office they had no one to get is a new remote, but he did say tje ice machine on one works. The noise from the highway was constant all night long. The only good tjing was they had a very comfortable bed. Be fore warned, very noisy but right off the highway

The property was clean, inexpensive, and in good shape. The only negative was the icy parking lot. It needed a snowplow and salt.

Buyer be warned...the pet policies will change at the drop of a hat and the manager is very unpleasant. I had called the hotel directly to confirm a policy for dogs over 20 lbs. EXPEDIA should make extra charges clear when you use them! But they dont, so we know we have to call the property. I was specifically told by someone ay Days Inn whose name I regretfully did not record, that a dog over $20 lbs was fine for a $40 updharge not mentioned by Expedia. Then later I was told we would only be charged $20. But when we got there, the owner was adament that no dogs over 20 lbs were allowed! I was subjected to a 10 minute rant about his problems with his job, all the while wondering what we were going to do, when he did finally allow us to stay with the dog at the extra charge. I warn others travelling with dogs over 20 lbs to avoid this hotel unless you get something in writing beforehand about what you will pay and what pets are allowed. It was a distressing experience. Expedia should also do this reaearch and make the policies clear. I will not use Expedia again

The man at the front desk had a terrible attitude and was not helpful at all. He and my daughter had words and she did swear at him which I agree was not necessary. However he canceled my reservation without discussing with me. He was very rude!!!!

Get what you pay for. Room had thick dust on lamps, ceiling, even the luggage racks. Floors probably hasn’t seen a mop in quite a while could see spill marks and places were sticky. Curtain had big stains that looked like old food. Sheets were clean.

Toilet leaked and there was legit blood on the mattress. Got there around 2am and the person who checked us in was just playing on his phone. 0/10

I got what you pay for. The refrigerator didn’t work and not all the channels worked. But it was clean the water in the shower was hot!! The air conditioner worked ok. But the noise from the street is not for a light sleeper.

This property should be torn down and rebuilt. Rooms were terrible. Stairs going to upper levels are unsafe. Breakfast choices were terrible. Would never stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed staying here. The only issue was the floors are very slipperyand not goid for older people. Also the bath tub is slick and we were afraid of falling.

Upon entering the room you are hit with a terrible odor, smells like dog/weed/mildew. Room was not throughly cleaned. Dirty towel on counter, hair in shower, back of toilet bowl dirty:( Room was old and totally disappointing for a Days Inn.

The place was terrible, over all it was not good at all. We woke up with Cockroaches in the floor. We arrived in the midnight and no option to leave, so we decided to stay because we’re all killed from a long drive. Soon we entered the room it’s okay but not decent, smell bad so we spray Lysol all over before laying down. No toiletries at all, for the money we paid off it’s not worth it. We supposed to stay for 2nights but because of the room condition and you can’t hardly sleep at night because of the banging noise, we was nice to tell the front desk that we check out and they told us that to call hotels.com to have the other night to be refunded but they lied because when the rep. of hotels.com called them they declined it.

A budget option in an expensive area...but...you get what you pay for and the hotel/motel isn't great. You can hear the street and the busy Bucees traffic. The room smelled like stale smoke. The furnishings, floors and fixtures all showed tons of wear. Not much else to say.
