The hotel was quite nice, but there was a computer glitch causing check in to take about 20 minutes. Sound proofing was not good and I had the misfortune to have a room directly below what were apparently insomniac kangeroos.

This is our go-to, convenient stop driving from CA to Flagstaff. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. There is a breakfast included with the stay, which is super helpful while traveling, and there is a good selection of drinks and food, both hot and cold.

Everything was fairly clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. The only thing lighting in the room bathroom was dim making it too dark in that room.

Everything your reading from other posts are true except for one thing. I discovered a roach crawling across the sink just after we arrived. I managed to grab something and smash it before my wife could see it. When she asked what it was i said, just a bug, i think its a silverfish or something. At least she was able to sleep okay. I was appalled and a little freaked out knowing there could be more crawling around while we were sleeping. Unfortunately, i had to give a low review due to this one issue. Won't stay here again.

Staff made us feel like family. very warm and inviting. Two regional managers happened to be there when we arrived, both did not give you the impression that they were more important than us. very approachable, friendly and answered all of our questions without trying to push us off to a someone else. this will be our new go to hotel whenever when are in town.

Our stay was good, however the fire alarm went off and it took an hour to turn it off, which made it difficult to fall asleep. That was a minor irritant

The hotel is on Kingman’s main drag, easy to access from freeway and close to all the restaurants. The staff is exceptionally helpful and cheerful. The TV had real channels. So often hotel TVs runs on mutated cable that’s unfathomable. The rooms are fresh, well appointed and sparkling clean. The price is so reasonable I never would have imagined it also had a gym, pool and cafe. My dog was welcome too.

Very nice stay. Used the pool and exercise room with no issues. Breakfast was good. Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

Great hotel for me traveling across country with my dog. The staff were terrific, providing me a room on the first floor to make it easy to get in and out with my dog. There’s also a great dog park about a mile away. I will definitely stay here again!
