Everything was great except the shower, not much watre pressure and the temp as well as pressure fluctuated the entire time, for as much as one room for one night is you'd think at the very least the water pressure and temp wouldn't change on their own

We had an amazing time! Great hotel, wonderful service loved the breakfast. There is a train that runs by about 7 AM. But that wasn’t too bad.

This hotel is on a hillside above the freeway. Traffic noise was bothersome in the evening but not too bad in the night.

Incredibly disappointed. I read so many reviews and this one kept coming back as the top choice for that area. When we arrived, check in was okay. He gave us our room and then told us the elevator was out of service. Not a problem, however, our room was right next the the “open all night pool”. Didn’t think many people would be using it all night so dropped off our bags and headed to our engagement. When we got back the pool was packed and it was rowdy but it was only 9. We turned a movie on and felt like by the time it was done things would quiet down. We were wrong! Kids running, talking, yelling, in the hall. We could hear kids screaming in the pool. Doors slamming, there was a dog barking off and on and then once we finally started to fall asleep.. the fire alarm went off!! Did I mention the road noise outside?! Needless to say, it was not a good nights sleep. The beds and pillows were comfortable and linens and room were clean. Parking was good and coffee was good. Could’ve stayed at a much nicer and quieter place for the price we payed.

Everything was fine. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool not being open.

We really like this hotel, especially when we travel with our small dogs. They have a large, open grass area in front of the property, and a nice area alongside the parking lot for walks and potty breaks.
Our room was really clean and didn't have any weird pet smells. Sometimes pet friendly hotels end up smelling like the worst of pets, but not here! Even though we sometimes like to travel with our dogs, we definitely don't like to sleep in rooms that smell from other pets! We ALWAYS use belly bands and girl pads on our dogs - wish hotels would ask, or even require, all owners to do this so that the rooms are guaranteed to stay accident free! - because you never know when a certain smell will set even the best housetrained dog off. But honestly, my dogs never acted like they smelled any previous pets in our room. That's a true testament to how clean the rooms are kept and we really appreciated it!
Breakfast was good, pretty much the usual that most hotels are serving.
Check in was fast & easy. Location is great, right off of the Interstate and convenient to the mall and all the great stores in Spokane Valley.

I have stayed there a lot of times. My daughter lives on the other side of the highway from there. Staff is always amazing, everything is always clean. I'm a little picky about the bed, and the electrical outlets on the lamps on the nightstands are really loose so plugging in your chargers there is difficult. Otherwise I love the place

The staff were pleasant. The hotel bed was extremely bumpy and the matter was cover would bunch up in the bed once a person moved.
I will not be staying at this hotel again. $180 for 1. Ight is a lot to pay for mediocre comfort.
