The hotel was clean, and service attendants were super friendly and efficient.
However, the pillows were very uncomfortable and the pillow cases felt plastic.
Lastly, and most importantly, the bathroom had a barn door closure, which provided NO privacy due to the 1-2 inch gap between the wall and the door. For this reason alone, I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The room was nice and newer looking, but the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was also a little low.

Easy check-in. Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Better than most breakfast. Perfect place to stay while driving thru.

The breakfast was good, but could you some Danish? Room was nice, but they're the strange one door sliding door for the closet and the bathroom, so if the closet was open, the bathroom door was closed if the bathroom door was open the closet

I booked thru Expedia, not knowing hotel was part of Hilton chain. Collaboration between Hilton and Expedia systems is restricted. But apparently CS on both sides is not aware. Expedia sent me message to contact Hilton who referred me back to Expedia again. I wasted a lot of time in a failed attempt to secure a digital room key for late arrival next day. On check-in, I also discovered I could not be credited any points for my stay even though they could see my Hilton account. On first night, the toilet clogged twice in about 3 hours. Staff said it was a frequent occurrence on ground floor rooms, which was irksome to hear because they obviously weren’t trying to correct a known problem but choosing to inconvenience their guests instead. We were moved to another ground floor room. Late on second night the toilet in this room also clogged and flooded. Night mgr brought extra towels and handed me a plunger with instructions to leave it for the cleaning crew to pickup. Next morning the toilet clogged again and I used plunger myself for second time . We decided to leave early. Checkout is 11am. At 9am after taking our bags out to parking lot we discovered keys already decoded and locked from reentry. An awful 2 night stay. 4 clogged toilets that I even had to plunge myself twice. Service unbecoming a Hilton. Zero Hilton points earned. No refund. Just “sorry about that” that I’m sure is said too often. First place I’ve stayed where toilet plunger should be standard room amenities.

The overall hotel was nice; however, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a hardwood floor. Also, I'd love to say I'm the size of Paris Hilton, but I'm not. Please get bigger towels in the hotel rooms.

Our room was nice. We had a broken shelf in the bathroom and a broken lampshade, but otherwise the room was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall pleased with the place. We would stay again.

The stay was great stayed two nights the first night the woman that checked us in was very rude non informative the second night the young man was ok not feeling his job I’m thinking but it was a great choice for us to stay at I would recommend

My husband and I took a few days just to get away, and decided to stay in Richmond, Ky for our last night. The Hampton was perfect for us. The staff were all amazing, the hotel was super clean, best rest I have had being away from home and a continental full breakfast was available the morning we checked out. We will definitely stay here again if we ever need to be back in that area.

This Hampton is a wonderful stop when traveling thru as we were or to stay for a few days. So convenient to several places to eat. But the best part was the friendly helpful staff, the very very clean room and common areas. I would not hesitate to stay again!
