Nice area, clean and I traveled with my kids!

The hotel is very nice, my only critique would be check in, it took quite a while, when we got in line there was only one service person.

The room smell like mold and mildew come to find out the room next air conditioning had work done on it. And water had leaked on the floors the smell was so bad it had my head hurting and my stomach upset the housekeeper manager came up to confirm the issue I was only offer another room for the next day but not the 1 day that was ruined it was my husband birthday I paid a lot of money for a 2 night stay with the Ip never again

Eerything was great, nice and roomy bathroom. Employees were pleasant

The wait for the elevator can be very long. Other than getting to and from the room. The IP is a good hotel.

There are mixed reviews on the IP, but we ended up staying here because it was very affordable. On the ground floor, they have a café, a couple of boutiques and stores and a coffee shop. The second floor allows you access to go up to the pool that is on the 11th floor. It also has a sports bar that was really nice. The food was mediocre, but the atmosphere was nice The pool And pool area was nice with plenty of lounge chairs and An enormous TV that could be seen from just about. The only issue we had with going to the pool was that the staff did not address the adults who were hollering and screaming at the top of their lungs, being loudly being vulgar and dropping bombs. The room we had was nice, spacious and had plenty of lighting. The TV wasn’t that big and you could not hook your gaming system up to it. The most aggravating and ridiculous thing was the hotel wanted to charge you for using Wi-Fi. The free Wi-Fi that is supposedly five gigs, does not work. We probably will choose another hotel the next time we go

the room itself was as you would expect .dated but cleaner than most, we stayed 5 nights on 3rd morning we asked for fresh linen's, and front desk cursed and got very upset, i was caught off Gard at best, the casino was very disappointing from the heavy smoke, lack of drink servers, closed popular table games, worst visit to Biloxi in 20 yrs

They would not help us bring our luggage to our room, we brought in from the fifth floor parking garage but we were exhausted and needed them to help bring it to our room. My husband is handicapped also we ordered from the sports bar one night to go the hamburger wasn’t good. We ordered a hamburger and hand made chips from the other restaurant to go. The chips were stale. One good thing we had a problem with our reservations the front desk was wonderful and worked with us to get it straightened out. The spa was excellent

It was a good stay at a good price. Everything you need in one location.

This is a great place to stay. Everything you need is right there with the exception of a microwave. I microwave in the room is need to warm up your food when needed. Overall love the stay and will stay there again.

The room was beautiful. It overlooked the bay. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Nice room in big casino. There was no wifi access or complimentary breakfast, which I thought was part of the package. The wifi was a particular inconvenience.

The hotel is beautiful. The entire building was cold and there was only one working elevator. That was a serious issue especially when everyone is trying to leave at the same time

Our stay at the IP Casino Resort and Spa was an enjoyable one. The staff was very friendly and very helpful when needed. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and shampoo and soap. The shower was decent with immediate hot water. The only complaint we had was the water pressure in the shower was fairly weak and the water had quite a salty taste to it. We had dinner at two different restaurants and enjoyed both. Would recommend a visit!!

Definitely worth the money during the week. Rooms although alittle outdated were very clean All employees friendly and helfull

The room, lobby, pool and casino area were all 4-star clean. This is a casino resort hotel that is going through renovation at this time APR-MAY 2024. Several elevators were out of service while they worked on the updating. Although this property is not on the beautiful and long Biloxi/Gulfport beach (it's on the 'Back Bay' side of Biloxi) it's still nice to see the water if you happen to stay in an 'ocean-view' room. Technically you see 'the ocean', but it's not what you imagine when you hear that phrase. BEST ASPECT: Pet-friendly, they charge a one-time fee of $125 for your pets (2 max & not larger than 60 lbs). Now while I don't like it when hotels say that they are pet-friendly and then charge you for it (is that REALLY friendly?) IP's policy is acceptable for this class of hotel. WORST ASPECT: To go from your room to the parking garage is a very long way. They do not have any luggage carts for hotel guests to use to cart their luggage. If you travel with pets or bring many bags, if you are on a long trip, it can be quite a chore. They are not staffed full-time with bellhops so it's hit or miss. Theres a nice, beautiful pool, hot tub and cabanas for rent on top of the parking garage. One problem I had was housekeeping knocked on my door while a do not disturb sign was on the outside of the door l-in-all, I had a nice stay at the IP Casino Resort Spa. I would have uploaded some photos, but Hotel.com app not working properly while I am writing this review on their app.

All aspects of our stay were top notch. The only negative was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke as you enter the lobby. The Bayview Cafe food and service were excellent and the prices were VERY reasonable. Would definitely stay at the IP again.

Good hotel and reasonable price.

It was a great trip

The hotel is nice and the room was clean. The beds felt like air matresses and were horribly uncomfortable. The elevators were a major problem, at one point there was a line from the elevator bank to the check in desk and the wait was ridiculous. We ended up taking the service elevator multiple times to avoid it. I wish we had saved the money and booked anywhere else honestly.

The air quality was horrible the non-smoking room smelled like nothing but smoke. The staff were not friendly when you asked questions. Very stuffy and the smoke smell was not disguised. The other most disappointing thing was the rule of the pool area. I have never experienced only letting 4 people to a room in a pool area. Sometimes you will have more than 4 people in a room if children are involved. It was bad. This is not cool.

The IP is still a great place to stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We slept great with no problems with noise, good cold AC. They do not have maid service during the stay but do suggest calling if you have a need. There were no issues with the elevator repairs. My only complaint is the smell of smoke in the lobby and casino. They try very hard to mask it but for me it did not work. Our room did not have any odors and was great! There is a smoke free area in the casino. The employees of the IP were GREAT!

Beautiful place . I say the service was average because I thought I lost my DL and the employees just kept sending me from one place to another . Very clean environment, but the mattress was so hard .

Property was beautiful, every person that worked there was very helpful everything was perfect but the elevator being out of service

Was impressed from the moment we walked in the door. Lobby was nice, employees were nice, casino was nice and our room was perfectly appointed. Loved having a view if the bay. Will definitely be back!

I wish they would have had some type of entertainment at night.

It was a very nice stay, no complaints.

My only problem with my stay is they never cleaned my room
