The staff is patient and accommodating. Good places to eat at in walking distance.

I love the customer service from the breakfast lady. She was so polite and friendly. It is an old hotel but our room was very clean and quiet.

My stay at the Quality Inn wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. The person that checked me in, asked for my DL, phone number, email and the last four digits of the card that I used on line to pay for the room. My issue was, the person verified me with my DL, phone number and email. That should have been enough especially since the room was already paid. If I wasn't able to give that person the last four of the card that was used to pay for the room, that person would not have given me a paid room. I find this unacceptable since the person had already verified who I was. It wasn't necessary for me to then, tell this person the last four digits of my card. This person also didn't inform me of the breakfast in the morning. Since this was not my first time staying there, I knew it was available but I still wasn't informed about breakfast. Also right outside my room people were smoking cigarettes in a non smoking area of the hotel. Overall, this just wasn't a good stay.

When I arrived at the hotel I noticed my room door was slightly ajar and didn't think much of it. No one was in the room and it was clean for the most part. The next day when I tried to leave my room- I discovered that I was locked in. Windows don't open all the way and this was a complete fire hazard. (was rescued by the office at 6:45am downstairs) Also, to top it off breakfast was not really ready ...no coffee, no biscuits, just eggs. Stay in the hotel across the way for your own safety and well being.

Good place to stay

Decent place to stay. They did run out of breakfast food several of the days I was there this week and this has not happened previously.

My online reservation was easy. The check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I didn't care for the keeping of my debit card info for the unknowns due to me being scammed once by doing that.

When I checked in the facility looked cute and cozy. A bit run down. When I got to my room I was disgusted by the smell of mildew and wet dog. The manager was not on site to talk to. They refused my request for a refund, as they had no other rooms available for me. I did not stay.

My stay was wonderful up until the day of check out when I scheduled a late check out of 11:30 AM and at 11:23 AM someone from the front desk was calling me asking me when I was going to vacate the room.

The beds were very comfortable,and the room was clean.I loved the fact that they served breakfast daily,and it was really good. I would stay there again.

Good place

It is a dump! Smells really bad. Carpet is really dirty in hallways and rooms. I checked out and ate one nights room cost. When we got to room late the first night it did not have sheets on the bed. Really was bad! Sleep in your car V’s staying here!

My husband and I were assigned a room that smelled like someone had previously smoked in the room. My husband has breathing problems and we were told that they were fully booked and could not assign us another room. I called hotels.com to cancel the reservation no help. After checking in at 3:00 pm, We arrived for the stay around 6:30pm at 12:300pm we had to leave and return home because he could not breathe in that room. Stay cation spoiled. We did not return.

Its a place to stay. There's nothing special about this place. Its old, in need of renovation, and its clientele are definitely not upwardly socially motivated. One upside, the breakfast is something that i want, protein, decent eggs and sausage.

The a/c went out for 8 hours the first night maybe longer.I ask someone for help or change my room they said no .Then when someone came in about ten hours later or more it was someone from housekeeping she got on the floor told to push two buttons to reset it and keep doing it every time it happens.So guess what I had to do push the dang button at least twice a day get on the floor .This was not cool at all.So I did not enjoy my room and I am not sure I will go with quality inn in January

Front services employees are not very kind. It’s sadly because it won’t be a place to return.

Quit, Clean, Safe

The smell of dog was all in both rooms. and inside the building. Carpet in hallway was as so strong of dog. Front desk clerk was excellent. Service was excellent breakfast excellent. Bath room had mold on ceiling above the shower head. The tub was missing the hand support and the holes were exposed. Only rented one room with cot. When arrived had to rent 2 rooms because desk clerk said they made a mistake in telling me they could put a cot in the room. This was an experience I would not wish on anyone else. Also will add ice machine, Big Sign, OUT OF ORDER.

I was staying here for a cousins funeral, and was very pleased with the hotel. It was right around corner from funeral home too. The hotel was beautiful, staff very friendly, and the area was very quaint and inviting. Would love to come back, and will recommend this place.

No window shades, I had to place paper towels on the windows , anybody walking by window can look inside. Breakfast was lack luster, the place look like a old slave house that they made in to a hotel. If you need somewhere to stay in the VILLE try the holiday inn on 54 or the Hampton up the block or some the Hilton in peachtree if you wanna do the 20 mins drive.

I like the location and the feel of country sitting with the wraparound porch in the rocking chairs.

Older outside but clean. Most of the interior of the rooms is updated. Bathrooms could use more updates. But definitely an ok place. AC cold. Beds on the soft side. All in all a good place for an overnight stay while traveling.

Upon arrival, I was checked in and given a set of keys to room 210 on the second floor when I got to 210 the key didn’t work I went back downstairs to let them know and they gave me another set of keys for room 210. I went back upstairs that second set of keys didn’t work either. Went back downstairs to get another set of key and asked to move to another room and it worked. No apologies no let me check to see if someone else is in the room, nothing. The room had hair in the towels, on the floor and in the sink. Also looked like bugs under the mattress. Too big to be bed bugs. Housekeepers need to do a better job at servicing the rooms.

Good room

Room was clean and comfortable. I was able to have restful sleep.

The bathtub was clogged and a Big Cockroach was in the bathroom

What I didn't like was that when I checked in the room wasn't clean and the room they gave us smell like mold and mildew
