Guy at the front desk was pretty nice, first room was quite dirty, second room was still dirty. Had to break up a fight between 2 "lady's" out front(on the road, no fault of the hotel), pretty seedy people in the area.

My overnight stay was more than satisfactory, the gentleman that served me was very kind and helpful. The beds and bathrooms were clean. The only complaints I had were that the tiles on the floor were a little sticky and didn’t seem to be cleaned very well… The free wifi was pretty spotty throughout my stay. They have smart TV’s but it’s impossible to get Netflix or any streaming service on the tv. There was only basic tv so I used a hot spot on my phone and my gaming console ( that I brought because I’ve encountered this problem at other hotels before) to use my own streaming services… And some parts of the room I stayed in needed some basic building maintenance..

The staff was friendly but the place was not very clean. There is great need for update of the property in all ways.

Unfortunately the hotel could not find our reservation which was booked for 4 nights. They were able to give us a room for one night, but it was really unclean, so we checked out and found another hotel. Reception did their best to help us, but the hotel has to improve it's standards.

Well you get what u pay for! The bathroom smelled like a sewer. The beds were hard w/ hair still on them. I don’t think they changed them from the previous stay! Breakfast was a joke! We got the jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was dirty so we didn’t get in it. Service was very slow by nice.

Bathroom had mold, had cheap work done, tub spout loose, toilet (I think) was leaking at the bottom, peeling wallpaper.

Hotel room seemed to be clean, but not the bathroom - drain plug looks moldy and hairs were present upon arrival. Tap water did not taste good, tried to get a bottle of water from the machine next to the ice, it would not give me any of the options present. I was also not informed of the $200 deposit upon arrival and my friend had to pay for it through her credit card. (This still hasn't been returned.)

asked for a first floor room, due to car accident, I walk with a cane and have difficulty with stairs. The clerk at the desk said there was nothing available on the main floor. The the stairs did not seem to code, as they are very narrow, and the handrailing was loose. Arrived in our room, tv didn’t work and the bedding Had stains. The clerks resolution was to cover them with a sheet when I refused that magically there were more rooms available on the first floor poor service. Very disappointing.

The first thing is that they gave my room away. They told me they called and the lady that answered said they didn't book a room. It wasn't even my phone number. I ended up staying in the same room as my friend. There was what looked to be blood stains on the top of the comforter. The hotel says that it is non-smoking but it smelled so strong of smoke.

I had a great stay

This place has all the opportunity to be a good hotel. But the small things are bad... You look out the window and you see a dilapidated pool abandoned. The lights between the beds didn't work. I pulled the table out to see if they were plugged in. They were so it was a blown fuse. When I pulled the nightstand out I found a pile of garbage under the nightstand. The desk chair was broken the back leaned so bad you'd think you were in a 64 chev. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless you lifted it up . The secondary lock on the entrance door is broken. The list goes on

Upon arrival the front office staff ignored us for more than 10 minutes with not another customer waiting in the reception area. Once greeted the staff struggled with checking us in and continually swiped my credit card. I had to forcibly ask the staff to stop swiping my card. He then asked to keep a photocopy of my card and license id. I declined. Shortly after this he said we could go to our room. My husband was stopped about 5 minutes later asked again for my credit card. The multiple swiping resulted in my card being charged twice for the 2 night stay. After 30 days since my stay and multiple conversations with the manager my card still is not credited the extra charge. Upon arrival in the room, the filth was overwhelming. The sofa was so stained it should never have been in the room. The bathroom tile was broken and you could only open the door part way to get into the bathroom. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. We looked for another hotel to stay but everything in the city was sold out. Approximately 20 minutes after being in our room; the same person who checked us in and conversed with us over 40 minutes attempted to enter our room with their master pass key! If our bar had not been across the door the front desk staff would have been in our room and I had just got out of the shower! I have been in contact with the corporate office of this chain and have started a formal ticket as no person should pay money to stay here.

I guess you get what you pay for. It was just ok.

Impressively clean. Congenial and helpful attendants. Good breakfast. For a budget hotel, this was one of the best I’ve stayed at.

I used to frequent the hotel while staying in town for work in the past but unfortunately it seems like the commitment to quality has greatly diminished. After a smooth check-in we went to hotel room to find stained and dirty bedding washroom and floor. We called room service to check only to be given a change of sheets and miniature blanket. When we asked about the mess instead of making an effort to have it cleaned or change rooms we were told “we could get and refund and leave”! I was taken back and informed the customer service representative that all other locations were booked and something had to be done. He then offered to clean the room and told us to return in 30 min, we gave him 2 hours only to find the room still not fully cleaned and him remaking the bed only then. Needless to say I understand now the low reviews, it’s a hit or miss with this location. Check the room before completing check in.

Not well equipped, and didn't seem that the ownership/management seemed to care.

Staff were polite and friendly, but found the facilities to be old and worn. Property is dated. Neighbourhood is also pretty worn looking, and need of development. Not what I expected for Wyndham property, particularly one near an airport. Our stay was ok, but I wouldn't hurry back.
